7-Eleven: what do users think?
Logan Mike-Partridge: Friendly staff. Great customer service 👏.
Ashley Howard: Friendly staff, clean store :)
Lita Ray: Racist. A lot of the minority workers here are very racist. They are always staring at me weirdly and other times asking me what country I am from, when I am from the United States. Some people have said that maybe they are just curious or they like knowing others in their own community are here. But, I am there to buy product, not there to comfort them. Also, they would not be asking me ethnic questions if I was White. I wish they would just treat me like a white customer. Lastly, they don't seem to understand that America has had minorities for 1000s of years. Just because we have darker skin does not mean we maybe are something you identify with. Seven -Eleven owners and employees need some major diversity training. They need to stop bringing race up with transactions.
Danielle Mcneil: Worst 7 11 every. Guy literally ands n front of the door smoking so noone can get in. He is very rude
ciaramsb: expired and moldy food throughout the store! DON'T BUY FRIDGE FOOD HERE! everything was puffed and or moldy! the food I got was over 2 months expired!
Peter Hackbardt: I got exactly what I wanted, and the staff there was helpful in setting up my 7-Eleven account.
Leonard Treman: I once was here during a robbery. It was extremely interesting. These 2 giant black dudes wanted free hotdogs and started pounding on the glass counter. The tiny indian man behind the counter started saying, "I am calling the police." It was an interesting moment. I thought about punching the one at the counter in the back of the head where his spine met his brainstem, but I figured we were in ann arbor, so stopping a robbery with violence would likely end in me being prosecuted so I just watched him rob the store. It was interesting because I was only there because some homeless dude was begging for food. Usually they want money, so I figured he was legitimately hungry. It was still cool to see a robbery in progress. Thanks to your plight, I have a very cool story to tell people about that time I walked in on a robery in a 711, so I figured I'd give you a 5 star rating.
Eric Langewicz: Yeah, it isn't as big as the one just north of here. But the people here have been kind to me in my experience and that's what matters. If you have such a problem with the people who hang outside there sometimes, it'd be more worthwhile to actually talk to them / help them than leave rude comments about them on the internet.
al “af” f: Incredibly rude location. We all grew up with a 7/11 right? Where I'm from there's a 7/11 for every two miles. It's the place you send your kids to go pick up a slurpee and snack for themselves. Sounds great, right? This place accuses me of stealing every time I visit. Mind you they tolerate the blue collar workers from UM not wearing their mask, entertain the Ann Arbor homeless hanging out asking for free things and also not wearing their mask.Reviews are correct, all this behavior stems from the indian male owner. If you're going to have me bag my own purchase, you can pay me an hourly rate or lower your prices.
Kelly Juracich: The employee at 10:20pm on October 3rd scammed my boy boyfriend saying that his credit card wouldn’t work and refused to give him change. This store will take you’re money and give you no change.
Maddisyn Fuller: Good service and kind staff
William Hu: Conveniently located 7-11 store right next to the University of Michigan campus for some simple snacks and meals and beverages. It is nice to have a store right on campus to get something simple to eat or drink. The store is clean and has a decent atmosphere as well.
Sarah Snyder: PLEASE PLEASE OPEN THE SECOND FLOOR UP! THIS WOULD BE AN AWESOME PLACE TO SIT
John Alexander: No public restroom and super rude about it.
RC: Worst 7-11 ever. Rude staff. Specially the Indian lady that works there. No sense of customer service. Have never exprienced this level of rudeness anywhere in the world. If I could I would give them -5. Apart from that store was dirty food on the grill was stale and grill didn’t appear to be very clean either. I am doubting their work and hygiene ethics now.
Varun Patel: Very clean environment. Fast service. Employees are always cheerful and socially involved. I got to meet the manager and felt a good vibe while communication some concerns and suggestions about the store. This store is a blessing on central campus for students like me and others.
ryan sample: they put sales tax on cold food items that should not be taxed as anyone know of a phone number I could call to report this
Nice Price II: 24 hour location. Cash back, no restroom. ATM good deals. Best 711 Downtown.
Craig Johnson: I was so impressed by this store, I made certain to let the person behind the counter how much I appreciated it. I've worked within 2 blocks of this place for a couple years, and had never been there until last week. Nice, Clean, Wide Aisles, Good Selection of convenience items and drinks, Well lit and Comfortable. You hardly notice it, even as you walk past on the sidewalk, you wouldn't think it'd be so very nice inside, BUT IT IS!I'll definitely be going there to get a couple bananas and a sweet roll or bear claw a couple mornings a week.
Melissa Berger: Okay, should have posted this a LONG TIME AGO!! Their deli sandwiches and donuts are by far the best food for a convience store shop. Maybe best donuts period. Yes... better than Dunkin donuts, and I love Dunkin donuts! ☺
Syed Ahmad: Cashier has gotten a lot nicer over the past semester for some reason, maybe he is just a happier guy in general. Regardless of the reason, I just had a nice interaction with the guy and the store itself is well located and a quick stop

7-Eleven: what do users think?
Marlon Anderson: Absolute trash. The door says Heinekens are 2 for $4. When I got 4 Heinekens, it should have had been $8 plus tax and deposit, but they'll charge you like $14. Total waste of time. The owner wont do anything about it. There's another liquor store further up the street, and a Shell the other way with way better deals.
vaisakh prem: 👍👌👌
Travis: That guy that works nights is miserable maybe don’t work a customer service job if you hate people.
John Smith: I would give zero stars. I just went in there and an old man working said he hates u of m students and when they come in. absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs if you can. Absolutely rude and a d*** to me. Cant believe it
Young Tocco: Worst 7eleven to stop at. 12 employees hanging out talking about how high they’re going to get tonight when they get off; while 1 works the register. Older man with long white beard needs to be fired. He’s rude and arrogant for someone wearing a back brace and on top of it nobody decided to tel all the customers grabbing a slurpee or fountain drink that they have no straws at all in the building. Then had the balls to rudely tell myself along with the rest of the customers in line that they could not refuse to pay for their drinks. Management is the biggest joke here overall though. I guess they hire anyone nowadays.
Eric Langewicz: Laborer was tacitly pleasant. They had a bunch of doughnuts just sitting in little bags by the point of sale, away from their cubby. They're not on sale or anything, they're just there. Other store locations in the zip code are more observant of the little things.
Chandler: Very convenient. Everything you'd expect from a C Store.
Brett Michaels: The staff is always friendly and cool
College Biz Reviewer: Whenever I go in and it’s night time, the store clerk is an older gentlemen and he always gives off the impression that I’m causing him an inconvenience. He gets mad that he has to do his job, and always angrily grabs my id and is overall rude. The other store clerks are absolutely amazing, but this gentleman is not.
Josh Guberman: After several visits, it really seems like the sales clerk doesn't own a mask
Jack Bell: They sell fake Breeze bars for an increased price. If you want real ones, go to the 7 eleven on E Huron street. They are $2 more and last you 3 days longer. They have 2 stars because they have parking.
Ssol 1001: Person working there was genuinely friendly and kind. Food selection was good. Clean store. Location is relatively near the school. Great that there's decent parking space, too.
Nate Bonham: Employee working at the time was near the front door and not wearing a mask.
Akash Kumar: The last few years that I've been frequenting this place the customer service has always been notable for friendliness that seems very genuine. At first I thought it was just this one black guy with light colored eyes who works there a ton, but then over time I noticed it really is everyone (there's an Indian guy and a couple of other black guys.. all super nice). Who ever is doing the hiring over there knows what they are doing. These other bad reviews seem unbelievable to me. If there was a bad egg in there I haven't seen him or her and I go to this 7-Eleven a few times a week for the last 2 years.Anyways I doubt reviews even matter for 7-Eleven, but this is my good deed for the day.
Destiny Odneal: A cashier there named Andrew was very rude to the customers and I received terrible service from them.
Sameh Bastawros: Bad service
LGS: Tried to order something, got a look of disgust from the Lady behind the counter. Ended up making me pay for the wrong thing without me realizing, clearly intentional. Will not be coming back, do not recommend 0/10.
Ronald Longworth: It’s a 7-Eleven, so what do you expect? Convenient, helpful employees, and always reliable for those last-minute bad decisions for food and drinks.
Pattye Ann: The man working at the time was wonderfully helpful and friendly. Everything was neat and clean; and all of the hot food looked very fresh. All around pleasant and very well maintained.
Doina P: Okay selection. Not too pricey. Close to the stadium. Free parking. No restrooms.
Robin Robinsin: Disgusting ownership and incompetent employees.

7-Eleven: what do users think?
yr dad: No one works at the cashier, even if he sees me waiting at the cashier for 10 minutes
Christopher Demetriou: 1. Hit or miss with the pickups. The associates are not the problem. These employees are left by themselves all night to take care of customers, keep the store clean, and prepare delivery orders. By the morning, the store is a disaster and the employee looks like he got hit with a truck. Every day. Holidays and weekends included. It's not right. Fix it.2. Waiting at the counter while the one employee working sweeps the floor. Going on five minutes here.
B- Stallings: I love going to this 7 eleven it’s in the heart of Ann Ab which is a great place to be. When I come there the people that work there is pretty nice and kind to the customers. Usually very fast and helpful in any way. They get you in and out !!
Robert Russell: Extremely rude and straight up ignored me for 10 minutes, even after looking at me three times
layal naja: Very Clean and very professional customer service
Harrison Kane: Staff rude and unhelpful
Max Pinsky: The man working was very nice. 5 stars
Jovani Ayavaca: I was cashed out by an older gentlemen with a fluorescent green vest. It didn’t go too well. I had recently (yesterday) signed up for the 7-eleven app and had a free small coffee. When i asked him about how to get a small coffee, he raised his voice at me to tell me that he couldn’t do it without scanning a barcode. I did as was told, but it would’ve been just as easy to explain calmly and without yelling at me. This isn’t a typical experience though, the other cashiers are friendly and upbeat. This older gentleman however is not.
croaki quark: One of the employees who works here is extremely rude (older man with chin length grey hair). His register stopped working and would not accept payment from my card (the person behind me tried to pay with his card as well and it did not accept payment, so the issue was not with the card declining), and he began to shout at me that he 'did not have time for this' and that I was wasting his time. He stormed off and another cashier had to take over and open a second register so the customers could pay. Even in the past, he treats customers as inconveniences, huffing and sighing while checking out. He also always has his mask down and I noticed that every time I come into the store, his mask is below his nose and sometimes on his chin. Not great for customers just trying to get in and out with their purchases.
Maddisyn Fuller: Typically nice staff, good service
Henry Zhou: I frequently come here since it's in a convineint location, just a quick walk from all my classes on Central. They workers are all very nice, and I've had a good experience coming here.
Jo Whicker: Kamari assisted my husband and I with excellent customer service skills. We were very impressed.
John Ardner: Friendly staff. The owners are involved and tend to customers. I appreciate the nice friendly service. Always a good experience.
Arielle: Not the largest convenience store but in a good location near the Diag. Often gets very crowded with intoxicated students in the later evening but a good place to grab a quick snack or Slurpee.
Joe Harajly: They don’t have a restroom
Alex Atkinson: Oh you know its fine. Just a seven eleven, with a substantial selection
Sheldon T: Lack of hot food choices, otherwise is good
Christian Library: Clean Store and Great Coffee!!!

7-Eleven: what do users think?
Pratik Vadlamudi: Great. I went in and Aron went the extra mile to make taquitos and put them nice boxes. He was great. Props to him
Rohit Karthaa: I really like this 7/11. It’s very new and clean. They have hot food and a bunch of items stocked up well on the shelves. It’s also in the middle of central Ann Arbor and not far from campus. The door is never too crowded like the one on S. State street or S. Forest.
Ari: awesome place i go here everyday
Brian Clark: I order UberEats delivery from here multiple times a week. They have hot food available for delivery 24 hours a day. It's amazing.
jaden nuculaj: sam is the best cashier, always makes us laugh and is so nice
Christopher Demetriou: 1. Employee wouldn't let me in the store because he had just mopped the floor. Said he was closed for 20 minutes while the floor dries.Same employee who doesn't cut pizzas after the pizza cutter is washed for the morning. Why do you continue to employ this guy?1. Per usual the food isn't started until I arrive. Ten minute wait for you to cook the food before I can deliver it. Since your parking is so terrible, my car is sitting on Huron street right now with the hope that the order would be ready. Nope. Of course not. So now traffic gets to be blocked for the ten minute wait as well. Great job.
Evan Schut: Order not ready when they said it would be
Steph louise: Fast and very friendly service
Noah Fairchild: Best place to loiter
Nathan Cho: Honestly, I get better service here than most (if not all) other resteraunts in Ann Arbor
Conner Giovenco: AMAZING
Queen Rose: So clean and great coffee. The workers are also very friendly and they have great discounts on items sometimes.
McMannis31: Awesome deals, great customer service
Jonethan James: I'm a student here at UOM, and live right above this 7/11 at Foundry Lofts. All I have to say is that I am really impressed by the quality of this store. It is by far the cleanest conviennce store I have ever walked into. They offer an array of items. From multicultural coffee to every Ben and Jerrys flavor. The customer service is great and I look forward to going down there for coffee every morning. We are lucky to have an establishment like this one, well respected and taken care of.
NuKo PrecisionLLC: Amazing Ambience. Luv it
Vijay Gudivaka: Amazing new store in upscale new building!
