Scott Kollmeyer: Tried to sell my car to them using KBB ICO. Was told prior via email the KBB ICO price was good as long as the car was in good shape, which it was. Drove 2 hours and was low balled for $2000 less than what I thought was an agreed upon price. I never would have wasted my time had I known they lacked that much integrity.To the response from Suburban: I was dealing with a manager while I was there, if they could have fixed it and made my experience a positive one, then they should have done it while I was physically there. I don't see how talking with them again will change anything. Maybe it looks good on google that you responded but I don't see my outcome changing.

I have avtext number but they don't respond to it. I called and left message. Jenna Fisher: Don’t ever work with Michael Gardner (“Mike”), he was very judgmental and didn’t even allow us to look at a truck of interest after driving all day to get to that dealership just to see it. Asked about financing and he completely shut down our options of how we could work it out. Very pessimistic. —-You’ll never sell vehicles to anyone with that attitude in my opinion…In his own words “I’m not gonna waste your time and I’m not gonna waste my time, it’s just not gonna happen” ——Even though we drove to this specific dealership to see a very particular truck (that we couldn’t even see with the doors unlocked), he basically brushed us off just to look at the truck outside with no care. Having our hands to the window just to see the inside of the truck from the bright sun and then leaving 2 minutes later. Elephant Miracle Miracle: THEY SOLD A CAR DEEMED "DANGEROUS TO DRIVE" BY THE MANUFACTURER. The bad reviews will give you an accurate description of this dealership.This car should not even be on the road after being told that it passed all inspections and there was "nothing wrong with it." They did not care that we could have had a major accident in this car. THIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD NOT BE SELLING CARS. The location manager got defensive and hung up on us when we brought things to his attention. The sales manager Tony and the salesman Sean have done nothing to resolve this issue which is illegal for a dealership to sell a car.deemed "unsafe to drive." IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE TALKING TO YOUR LAWYER over a car purchase, don't buy here. If we could give "0 stars we would. They obviously don't care about the customer's well being or in this situation, life.
Amy: The sticker description of included features was ambiguous. When I did not receive what I thought was included, I called and asked to speak with management. No one returned my call. When I finally received a call, the manager yelled at me and wouldn’t let me speak. I asked to speak with a different salesperson who was more knowledgeable about wranglers, he was very kind and explained the situation, however, in my all of my Jeep purchases, I have never been treated so poorly.Had the management been knowledgeable and been able to explain the situation without berating me, or having to google the answer, I would have been less upset. But this wasn’t my first Jeep wrangler, and his “mansplaining” was unwarranted and inaccurate.I spoke with the General Manager who assured me that he would call me back the same night, or the next day. 1 week later, I hadn’t received a call from anyone, so I reached out to my salesperson. The general manager then called me back and said he had “meetings” and that’s why he didn’t call me.I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I’m tempted to switch to a ford bronco.Edit to add: I spoke with the General Manager, who was dismissive and said he’d never had problems with that manager (who was new) before. And then told me,”I won’t be held hostage to a survey” when I expressed my opinions.I can’t reply to the response given by the dealership, but I assure you, I spoke with the General Manager, and he was not helpful. I am currently reaching out to Stellantis for resolution.

They confirmed 2 hours ahead, but when I arrived early, and waited until well after the scheduled time, the door was locked, no one was around and my texts and calls were not immediately answered. The OPEN light was on but no one was there.I was later asked by text later how my experience was! Well they implied I had the wrong address or arrived at the wrong time. I work nearby and they had confirmed! It was ridiculous and a waste of my time. They never tried to apologize in any way

adriana garrett: i purchased a car here in january and by the end of february i had to put in over 1500$ of work into it. never came with a spare tire or the part to take the tires off. whippits in the backseat, all the previous owners stuff in the glove compartment. clearly was not cleaned or looked over. had no oil in it AT ALL. im very disappointed and was going to trade my other car in here but will NOT be back.

Sean Dunn: I had been looking for a specific (used) SUV model for more than month. One appeared at Next Mile over the weekend and I drove down to see it on Monday morning. Not yet detailed, it was in very good condition and I decided I’d take it if they could get it ready for me. Jodi got the sale all organized and had the vehicle detailed and ready for me by the end of the day. Awesome! But I needed a second key, not just one (always check this). Logan organized this for me. Because of the security on the keys (thankfully) and me not being local, it took a week to get it done securely and I was kept informed daily of progress. The overall buying experience was simple and friendly. Well done!

Ashlee Dunham: I have been looking for a new car for a few weeks, found a great 2016 Buick Encore on Carfax from Next Mile Ann Arbor. Austin was amazing to work with and make sure that everything was taken care of within a few hours. The only slight issue is that the car had a sizable key scratch that was not pictured, and was told it would be painted over, if i came back in a few days. Drove back ( an hour drive) a few days later and the sales guy ( different from the day i bought the car) seemed unaware of what was happening. I was also told that my plate could be picked up that day as well, which was not the case. Could use better in house communication. Overall a great experience, very helpful and friendly.

Sam B: I honestly cannot believe how scary easy it was to sell my car to Carvana. I wanted to sell my E350 mercedes. I checked its kellyblue book value and listed it online. I had tons of wasted time with showing with everyone wanting a barging below fair value. I put on Carvana just to see what they will give. The price they gave me was exactly equal to kellyblue book. I went ahead to sell it to them. I posted my odometer, title and license pics and they said come over and drop it off. I was like okay. They didnt even ask for a single picture of my car. Never the less two days later I dropped the car over to Carvana. I go inside and they said hey can you go out and take a pic of your odometer again and bring it in and show us. I was like dont you need to come out and see the car? or test drive it? or check to make sure everything is all good? No dents? Car turns on? etc? They are like nope we are good. Within 10 mins I had signed all the paperwork, gave them the keys and they released the payment which I got with in 24 hours direct deposit to my bank account. I honestly am flabbergasted. Mind you I went to my mercedes dealership and asked if they want to buy it and they gave me price 8K less than kellyblue book.This was unbelievably easy. People who have 5 star experience rarely come back and post the positive experience but anyone who had a slightly bad experience will post a 1 star rating right away. I was reluctant to go to them after seeing all the bad reviews on google but I had to post this one so everyone knows.

Kate Krauss: Feel the need to review because of the abundance of negative reviews here. I've had a super positive experience with Carvana, at least so far (it's only been 7 days so registration and title transfer still in the works). I wanted a very specific car that I couldn't find at any local dealers or private sellers. Working with Carvana enabled me to get not just the make, model, year, and mileage I wanted, but to pick things like the exact right mix of accessories I wanted and trim etc.I found the customer service to be proactive and helpful - they called me a couple of times just to check in and have been responsive by email, text, and phone. And the car was just what I wanted. I took it to the local Toyota dealer for a used car check up, because of all of the warnings about how the Carvana inspection wasn't great, but the dealer tells me everything is in excellent working order.My only two minor issues were 1) on the passenger door there was a small ding the size of a dime with a paint chip the size of the head of a pin in the center - not a big deal but not listed in the inspection report when two small scrapes I could barely see were. Seemed a weird miss. And 2) I did get a bit of conflicting information about what I needed to do and what to expect at pickup. Examples: one person told me I just needed to bring proof of insurance but another person told me I had to upload it AND bring it (it was the latter) and then I got an email from Carvana saying that as part of my pick up process I'd be able to take the car for a test drive, but when I got there I found out that wasn't true (at least in Michigan I think related to the regulatory fight they're having). The attendant was lovely about it, though, and while she didn't let me take it for a test drive, she did drive it across the lot and left it running for me to check all the things one can check without actually driving it. At that point I knew I wanted the car, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with it (again reaction to previous reviews).Anyway, I've found Carvana to be a stand-up company with good customer service. I love my new (used) car and I thought I should share.

For those who aren't aware I feel its important to mention that carvana does not sell cars in person everything is done online, only paperwork and pick up are in person. While my family and I were there a couple came in to buy a car right then and were surprised to find out that they couldn't. Just a heads up!

I was late for my “appointment” and was rudely told by the truck driver (they don’t have sales people, it’s just the delivery guy) that since I’m late he won’t sell me my car (with a smug smile). He then rudely said oh you’re going to wait all day until I leave, I’m not selling you that car. Mind you, I already signed documents online and put down a down payment. He told me to call corporate. I did and the person who answered was allegedly an executive and when I told her what happened she told me “oh yeah well if you’re late there is nothing we can do about it” I then asked for a supervisor and she told me she was an executive and that there was no one higher up than her. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation is this? You have the delivery guy selling cars and phone reps are the executives?As awful as this experience was, I’m very grateful that I walked away without the car. I ended up going to LaFontaine Honda (without an appointment) and walked out with a nicer car and much lower interest rate.Carvana? More like Cardystopia

Knocking off one star because they cancelled their pickup appointment the day it was supposed to happen, so we ended up just bringing it in.
Marissa Yee: I visited this Carvana location to pickup someone who was selling a vehicle. Even with an appointment to drop off a vehicle, there could be a long wait depending on if people are there to pick up a purchased vehicle and/or there aren’t a lot of people working. Once someone was available to help, the transaction was quick. The parking lot is packed of vehicles so you may not be able to get a parking spot close by if waiting for someone.

Sebastian: 2023-04-05 update: witnessed a carvana employee pump fuel today at the gas station. They starting pumping and went inside the store leaving the running pump unattended. they spilled fuel in all adjacent spots. Not surprising that employees can't do basic functions like refuel a vehical in a safe manner.
