Mark Chen: Absolutely incredible experience working with Abby and would recommend her to anybody! She helped me plan out and capture my dream proposal and I’m in love with the results. I don’t even know where to start so here’s a list of the reasons she’s amazing:1) She selflessly spent weeks helping plan out the perfect location for a surprise proposal and showed up early to make sure the setting was perfect. Her eye for detail and for finding the perfect backdrop was impeccable2) She captures both posed/staged photos and candid photos equally well. Some of my favorite shots from the shoot are ones where I didn’t know she was capturing.3) She’s as good working in an intimate setting (one or two people) or a whole group (we had 13 family members)4) everybody feels awkward posing but Abby makes you feel right at ease and helps you feel natural and the photos look natural5) Great balance of taking your requests/preferences into account but also lending her expertise, from poses to outfits to lighting to pretty much anything you can or can’t think of. She had suggestions for making the setting perfect that I would never have dreamt of6) Incredibly fair pricing and a steal for how beautiful her photos turned out.I only hope we find our way back to Ann Arbor again so we can work with Abby again! So lucky she was introduced to us.We’ll treasure these photographic memories forever and I know anybody reading this will too!
