The Ann Arbor Aviary: what do users think?
MaKenna Powers: A really fun and inclusive place to work out, play, and practice skills, new and old!
Katherine Pates: They discriminate against people who aren't vaccinated to their standard... They claim to be all inclusive, but clearly they arent. They are more interested in virtue signaling than treating people fairly. They went WAY overboard with Covid and expected everyone else to do so as well...
L Blossom: Incredible place. I always feel safe in class with the incredible instructors. I love how seriously they take Covid (still!)
Doina P: They offer fun classes!
Rebecca Roughton: I'm very impressed both with the quality of the instructors but also with how seriously they take COVID. Having a studio that still uses masks is awesome!
KJ Pedri: Supportive, inclusive, and fun environment to stretch yourself mentally and physically
Anny Malla: Amazing studio, wonderful kind people.
Jonathan Killstring: As an overweight writer with a sedentary lifestyle, I didn't seriously consider aerial circus anything I could do.Welp, I was wrongWhen they say no experience necessary for things like aerial boot camp, they mean it. Absolutely in love with this place.
Camille Thomas: Amazing place, seriously good for all levels (really). You start in conditioning, intro classes, ground skills, or privates. I recommend trying a private if you're dealing with medical limitations (I was dealing with recovery from a back injury when I first started) but otherwise all the entry routes are good. Super supportive environment, very safe training methods but still plenty of advancement. Lots of support to get to performing levels but no pressure.
Claire Broderick: What a fantastic alternative to the norm! Weather it be to see an aerial performance show or to get fit and take classes the A2aviary is a special place. I absolutely support this locally owned small buisness, if you haven't yet, check it out!! Fun to watch or learn... but I'll tell ya after watching a performance you will probably get inspired to take classes next and that's even cooler!
Katie Ruffing: Incredible experience! I took Introduction to Aerials and go to test the Trapeze, Silks, Lira, and Hammock Silks. Our instructor was patient, and kind, and an excellent teacher. Go to the Ann Arbor Aviary for all your Aerial courses!!
Winston: Took a beginner Pole class here. The instructor Amy was amazing. She was nice and super welcoming. We got our first class on Groupon and have already paid for a second one.It is more focused on the fitness and opening the world to you. She talks about other classes, shows videos, gives demonstrations and helps you through each move. Can’t wait to go back!
C Zimmerman: Beautiful new facility. Super supportive environment. The instructors and owner are all top notch individuals in skill level and kindness.
Mikki Sharp: Exceptional space for dance classes! The staff is talented and helpful. There are options for all levels of dance experience. It's a great way to build your existing dance experience as well, whether you're an experienced dancer, taking it up for the first time, or picking up where you left off. There's a parking lot as well, so parking never seemed to be an issue.
Kimberly Ford: The Ann Arbor Aviary is a body positive space to get into practicing aerial arts, flextoration, hula hoop and acro yoga. Surely I'm missing something. You can try your first class for five dollars off, just follow the steps closely online. All of the instructors are very patient and will work with you to your comfort level. Whether you're doing it for the gram or working on your fitness, this is the perfect place for your. Throughout the year they host Lift Off which is a showcase for both students and instructors to show off their stuff. So much love for A2Aviary!
Benjamin Madoff: Looooooooooove it here :)
Eric Priuska: This is a safe and supportive environment where ANYONE can learn to fly. It's so warm and welcoming, yet it's staffed by experts in their art form who will take the time to teach you everything you need to know to swing, climb, spin, and soar. It could not be any better.
Brad Reckinger: Perfect location. My daughter loves the staff.
Vickie Jones: Kay is an amazing instructor! I feel so comfortable trying new things in the environment that this studio provides! Try it for yourself. You will love it.
Kimberly Creswell: The Ann Arbor Aviary is one of my favorite places to spend time. You learn, you laugh, you get stronger, more bendy, you make friends, and it's so much fun! I started coming here to work on my hand balance practice and have fallen in love with aerial arts and tried so many new cool things! Every class and instructor I've had has felt safe, professional, supportive, and fun. The student showcase performances are not to be missed!
Veronica Brumbaugh: Professional, fun, friendly cirque style training for fitness or performance. Great place for parties too.
