Foxcreek: Good place and nice people, you will find almost any home improvement products that you can not find at Lowe's or Home depot.
AMJ Staffing: Very ethical organization with a personal touch. You can tell they are customer driven and truly care about what they do.
Janet Lucas: They do not answer the phones in accounting. I have made many attempts to get them to call me regarding an account that I am not associated with. Poor service

justin sly: Unfortunately less then helpful from service to parts. Refuse to determine root cause of issues and proper diag. Likewise, with parts they greet customers with a negative attitude as if you are an inconvenience to them. Sure, im not a huge contractor or have millions in cat equipment but a loyal customer at the least. Redirect your travels to Michigan CAT lansing and have a real CAT experience.
Steve Hamburg: I operated a lot of different equipment and dealt with just as many dealers. I have to say that I really like CAT equipment and the personal at CAT.
ABdul ELhadi: Brian at the Novi location was great help found me all the oil and parts I needed thank you sir made my job easier!!

Kris Buildit (At-ARyouReady.club): Very knowledgeable staff answered my questions very well and explained a few things to help with my repair. It's worth maybe the few extra dollars to get the genuine parts and not have to go back and forth trying to get the one you need. Just go to cat and get it right the first time!
Blackpantherexpress Llc: Spent a whole week calling them about a skidsteer I was interested in, they told me it was pending from the first day, then told me customer decided not to sell it. Then they told me I have a chance to buy the skidsteer. I had hope and then later next week they told me the first person is buying the skidsteer. Not serious at all.
Jason Godfrey: Thank you to Michigan CAT and especially Mark Moran for helping us with the purchase of our new 299D3 and all our new attachments this is going to help us so much in the field. Mark also sent out a technician to go over the machine with us and how to operate it safely and efficiently. He made this process very easy and was always there to help in anyway.
