Andrew Min: WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!We have a rental unit in a high-rise in Ann Arbor. Our tenant shared that the dryer wasn't drying suddenly (but was still getting to temperature). We called another company to clean the duct and while they were very nice, I got the sense that the tech was very new/not well trained. They indicated that the ductwork was likely disconnected and that we needed to rip out drywall to access (but this was not a service they offered).After thinking about it, I called AirDuct Clean to get a second opinion. Long story short, the owner called me back very quickly, asked about the setup, and scheduled time to come out the very next day. He and his partner arrived on time, and I could just tell by their conversation/equipment used/approach to troubleshooting that they were experienced and educated in their trade. While we did end up having to remove a small portion of drywall due to a bad clog (old bird's nest), they were quick, clean, and most importantly repaired the issue! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Victoria Carrio: We called because our dryer started to overheat and smelled like it was burning. It had been giving us an “af” warning response when we used it even when we cleaned out the lint trap.We thought we had been “cleaning” and blowing out this vent seasonally but we didn’t trust that it was actually doing anything because we kept getting the error response. We also weren’t confident that the dryer vents were done correctly because of the other wannabe DIY projects in our (new to us) house.We ended up needing to get the whole dryer ventilation system redone and replaced.They were able to get out to us in a timely manner. They caused a very little damage to the walls considering they had to replace everything. As you can see in the photos, our system was completely full of lint and done so poorly that it was a huge fire hazard, to say the least.The work that they did was solid, up to code, and reasonably priced considering the task. They were clean while working around our personal items and they stayed all day until it was done.Our dryer is not reporting any error codes anymore. It’s running better than ever. They came out to clean my dryer vent and after clearing a bird’s nest from the outside vent, they discovered that the line was broken inside the wall. They were able to find the break and repair it and pulled two big bags of lint out of my ceiling/wall where it had been accumulating for god knows how long. They also replaced the outside vent cover so no more birds will be able to take up residence there. So happy with the result! And very happy to have my dryer up and running again. Not only were they very professional, knowledgeable and efficient, they were very conscientious about keeping my house clean even though it was more effort for them - putting booties over their shoes on the way in and taking them off on the way out. They laid a drop cloth to protect the carpeting at the entry way and they protected all the walls with guards to keep the hoses from rubbing.
