Poisonouspandax: Their vending machine keeps breaking plus, they don't restock it daily and they double stock stuff that people dont buy and take out on what people buy.
Nate Marsh: If you want to stare at a vending machine and watch it attempt to give you a refreshing beverage and fail at it then go through this company. You have better odds of winning the lottery then getting a drink out of their machines-disappointed dehydrated & disgtuntled
Brett Paulson: If you can pick any other vending company...DO IT!! Their machines CONSTANTLY break! On a good day....1/2 of the pop machine works. They come out to 'service' them but they are never fixed. We could easily have them out 2-3 times a week to fix them. They stock them with junk brands of stuff and sprinkle a few name brand stuff in there but very inconsistent with the restocking. If something sells out between visits, that might be clue #1 that people like it and to refill it. NOPE! Not this company! If the row sits full for a month, might be clue #2 to replace it with a better seller. They are frustrating to work with and the broke down machines on a weekly, consistent basis are enough to look for a better company. Plus they suck at restocking.

Mike Helton: This is what our machine looks like most of the time. They only refill it every few weeks. Card reader is down often, and the machines steal change all the time. It's not unusual at all to get expired food or drinks from these machines.
Keith Michalowski: Machine is never restocked. The credit card reader rarely works. It will take my money, state it is dispensing my drink, and then does nothing. Their website is parked. They do not have an email. Their phone number is not answered. I will not be giving this people any more of my money.

The drivers are very friendly and take the time to make sure the order is right. I did have an incident once where an item was missing from my order. It was delivered bright and early the next morning even though my location was not on a scheduled route for that day. Even with picky tastes, Northern Vending was able to deliver something for everyone and keep our office happy.

Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL!So here's what happened..I work security for a company in Ann Arbor, that uses Northern Vending's products, and I decided to try and put money on one of their MiZip cards that was sitting in the drawer at my desk, since I had no cash on me at the moment. I was completely unaware that $20 would automatically be put onto this thing when I swiped my card, since THERE WAS NOTHING POSTED. So that being said, I was now out $20 and thought that swiping my credit card again and quickly pressing 'cancel' would just reverse my entire transaction. Well, it didn't. It just added another $20 onto the card. The machines definitely don't have $20 worth of things that I want out of them, so I was pretty upset that there's no way to reverse this mistake..So the issue I had was with receiving a refund, and it took TWO WEEKS of me repeatedly calling to come to a simple solution.First off, the receptionist is terribly rude and talks to you like your problem isn't at all important. And second, with my problem being with an accidental credit card transaction on a MiZip card, I was blamed by the receptionist about my bank "not cooperating" with her, therefor she wasn't able to give me a refund. Now instead of trying to help come up with a solution about reversing my transaction, I was told by the receptionist that the only way I could fix the problem was to, 1. spend the $40 that was on the card, in their vending machine, or 2. go to the boss of my company, and if he "pities" me enough, he will buy the MiZip card from me.After two weeks of calling and dealing with this dreadful woman, I finally got in contact with the owner, who was just about as rude. He also gave me a difficult time about trying to receive a refund, but I DID finally receive it. With all of the run-arounds they put me through, the solution was as simple as me bringing that card to their office, them making sure the money was on there, and I was given cash back for my transaction.And just a side note to all of this: I SUGGESTED THAT SOLUTION MULTIPLE TIMES PRIOR TO IT HAPPENING, JUST TO HAVE IT REJECTED AND BE TOLD THAT IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR THEM TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK WITHOUT GOING THROUGH MY BANK!So all that being said, this company is terrible. They do NOT care about their customers and their machines are constantly eating your money and not dispensing products properly.If you use this company, I suggest you find a new one. You will thank me later. :)
Jason B: DO NOT HIRE! Where do I begin?? First this company is slow to restock machines and when they do they do not check expiration dates. I purchased a candy bar that had expired over a year ago, yes EXPIRED a year ago! I understand that people make mistakes but even after being notified of this they still had things in the machine that where expired. Really?!?! Once we finally terminated them and hired a competitor company they came and picked up there machines 4 days before scheduled without any notice, leaving our place of business without vending machines for 4 days. Also they called the company that we are replacing them with to yell at them for stealing the business.. Just bad business all around, If I were you I would keep looking if you are in need of vending services.

WOW Events: I purchased a Star Warsand a Mortal Kombat video game. Both were delivered and put where I requested. The delivery men were professional and careful. I did have to call for service on the Mortal Kombat, repair was covered under warranty No Charge. Thank you !

SOA Pitching: I am writing this review to raise awareness of the shady business taking place at 'Games We Play'. I found them on the internet and saw that they had great prices on many pinball games. Thinking it was too good to be true, I called them and asked if their prices were accurate that were listed on the website and I wanted to see a handful of the games. The lady assured me that prices were accurate. At that point I felt comfortable enough to make the long journey out to Walled Lake to check them out. When I got there they had about one tenth of the games on the floor that they had listed on their website. Not even one of the 5 games I asked about was on their floor, and after assessing what was on the floor, they did not match up with the prices on their website. When I questioned the worker about the listed pricing online being cheaper than what is actually listed in the store- she told me that the URL was different than their website URL [despite the fact that it had their logo, their address, and their phone number on the same page]. They are advertising false prices!Basically, I am writing this review because they knew that the prices were inaccurate. This was a basic bait and switch tactic. A wise man once told me, don't do business with someone you don't trust. If you are a pinball consumer looking to purchase a pinball machine, I would recommend Big Toys in Sterling Heights. Their games are much cleaner and they are good guys that are completely trust worthy. Pinball machines are expensive and they need regular maintenance. If you are going to purchase one, you want to have trust in who you buy from. Games We Play is not an establishment that I would trust.
