Jason Hecht: Bought a new washer and it was promptly delivered. Loved the timeliness! Unfortunately the washer was installed with the cold and hot water reversed (which I fixed). After running the first cycle the washer had a lake in the bottom of it and clearly wasn't draining or spinning properly. The day after delivery I called back to the store to ask for help and was told they were unable to help me and I had to call the manufacturer. In total I've called 4 times, talked a manager once, and still no movement on getting it fixed. It's now been 2 weeks without a washer and despite being new it still won't work. I'll never understand how you pay a company to install your new appliance and when something is wrong on the install they won't own the work you paid them for. I loved the idea of buying and supporting local but I certainly have not loved the experience thus far.

Two of your installers, Eli and Eddie, arrived on time and worked for nearly five hours. They were efficient, respectful, and expert in the installation. Emily Woltmann: Was very happy with my (three) trips to Noble Appliance in Dexter to buy a refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer from Brian. I learned about Noble after asking for a recommendation for a place that has good deals on appliances on a Buy Nothing Facebook group I’m involved with. I originally was just looking for a good deal on a fridge and dishwasher (found!). However, the washer/dryer I ordered months ago from Home Depot was not coming when predicted and I was about to not have a washer/dryer. Brian worked with us and our price point to get a similar model they had right in stock. Phew!

Shelley Harris: 5-Stars across the board! I stumbled across Noble Appliances on Ebay while shopping for new flooring. I found some spectacular hardwood (NOT laminate) flooring they had listed on Ebay at an amazing price. Their store was within driving distance of my location. I called them, made an offer and purchased the flooring over the phone. When I went to pick it up the next day, I walked into a massive warehouse that had everything under the sun you could want or need for your home. Their prices are great; and I snagged a new garbage disposal and some door hardware while I was there, too. I only wish I knew they existed when I was shopping for my appliances.Brian helped me throughout the process and he was fantastic. Friendly, very helpful and willing to answer questions. He went above and beyond helping me get the flooring loaded in the cargo van I had rented (including backing up the van to the loading dock). Thanks again, for doing that!I will certainly be back when I have time to explore the store. I recommend them to anyone renovating their home or who needs new appliances.

Nancy Harris: We were in a bit of a jam. Our dryer conked out on us & no one had any inventory (due to delays in shipments that were apparently covid related). We stopped in at Noble & they had a lot of options! We ended up buying a “scratch & dent special” & it didn’t work. They stepped up & gave us a new appliance right away. They want to give people a great deal on appliances & really seem to want to help. I never felt concerned that they wouldn’t take care of us & we got a great deal on a great appliance. We could have bought an open box from Best Buy, paid more & gotten worse service. Give these guys a chance!
