The project was a complete success.Three years after our initial remodel, we embarked on Phase 2 by repurposing the front entryway to our house, both inside and out. It was an area that was unaddressed during Phase 1 for budgetary reasons. We never considered working with anyone other than Michael and Architectural Resource for this phase. Like the first phase, they treated our second phase as if we were family, and we continued to feel like it was important to Michael and the AR team to treat our project as if it was their own home.Between these two phases, I decided to have a deteriorating 60-year-old stone wall on our property rebuilt. While the wall had needed repair for years, it stood out as a sore thumb after Phase 1. When Michael got wind of this effort, he generously provided advice to the stone mason on how to properly incorporate proper water remediation into the redesign of the wall. Because of his advice, the wall should last for another century without encountering the same type of deterioration.In summary, Michael and the team at Architectural Resource are absolutely amazing! We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them a third time!

My husband and I contracted with Michael to design our home using passive house standards. We were blown away with the design that was presented to us.
