The bath is an immersion of oneself into the sound/vibration of several bowls each vibrating as he placed them on my back, legs, and abdomen. I chose to keep my eyes closed so that I could concentrate on the sounds and vibrations. I ‘saw’ the sounds in colors. The hour went very quickly. I have truly never felt so relaxed.
