I called just before Christmas to see how she was coming on it. And found out that she had not done anything to the painting. She said she would call me the next day and she didn't. I called and left a message to call. I still have not heard from her. I am very worried. This painting is dear to us.

Remember this is a long-term investment in your art or photograph and getting it framed at this high-quality business is a very good decision.
