Matthew Laurin: Update: February 11, 2023This location has really improved over the years and is one of our favorite places to eat.They have also completely remodeled and upgraded their interior and it looks so great.The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly.We have been going here for years. Food is great and 98% of the employees are fast, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Lately though they’ve hired people that refuse to write orders down. It’s so frustrating when you start rattling off what you want and the guy doesn’t start writing anything until he realizes that you’re ordering more than 3 things and then when he finally starts writing stuff he forgets what the first things were. Ugh!

Mike Reviews: Consistently great food and service, I haven't had a single negative experience here in the months I've been coming.The food is always fresh, and the bagels are made in-house. Barry Bagels has simple breakfast sandwiches, but they're some of the best in the area simply because of the good ingredients they use. This holds true for all their other sandwiches and soups as well, which generally taste fresh and tasty. And, while I haven't needed to cater recently, Barry Bagels would be my go-to. You'll regularly see people come here to get bagels or sandwiches in bulk.I can't recommend the place enough, I love Barry Bagels

Jamie Pringle: The bagels are good but the company doesn't seem to keep any consistent hours. Over the last few months more often than not the store is closing an hour+ early. Hard to want to drive to the store just to be greeted with a sign that they've closed early over and over again. They should probably change their hours if they regularly can't stay open until their posted hours.

Yelling at customers to “not block the door” right as they’d walk in, treating everyone like they were stupid and inconveniencing him by just being there. I’ve never been somewhere where everyone in there was so uncomfortable because of a single man’s attitude. Someone needs to tell him that how he acts really affects peoples experience and day, and if he hates his job that much to not work there then. Extremely appalled by his attitude and the experience.

Bagels aren’t worth that treatment. It’s a shame because there are quite a few other reviews about him as well. If I drive past and see he’s at the counter, I will not be going in.

Older gentleman with glasses took my order and he was not very friendly, which was even more pronounced as he was very friendly with a younger woman right before he took my order. If I were in New York I would of expected that but living in A2 very unexpected. Panera Bread and Einstein Bagels are alternatives that are nearby that have consistently friendly service in the morning.

Their bagels and cream cheese are out of this world (my new favorite is the jalapeño cheddar bagel with bacon shallot cream cheese), and I recently tried one of their sandwiches for lunch. The BLT does not skimp on the bacon, and it was delicious! I'm slowly working through all of the menu options. It's gonna take a long time, but that's what makes it fun!

JustMe: I tried Einstein Bros. Bagels for the 1st time. I ordered Ham&Swiss Classic (Egg Bagel Sandwich) with added bacon. The sandwich had a hard cooked egg, thin bacon, deli style ham topped with a slice of swiss cheese between a dry toasted bagel. Deliciously filling, I know next time to ask for a sauce or shmear so it will not be such a dry sandwich. Just my personal preference. All in all, it is tasty. I would recommend giving one of these bagel sandwiches a try.

I went back up to my fiance's room (who needs 24 hour monitoring so I couldn't get back down to the coffee shop for 2 hours). Tried calling, straight to voicemail, no call back. Went down there, politely told them what I ordered and what I got. She had me open the lid to show her then said 'it must have been rang in as a white mocha' and walked away. Made someone else's coffee, then mine. I asked for whipped cream. She said 'just make sure to let them know what you want. I can't see what you ordered because it's been so long'. I said I did and told her why I couldn't come down sooner. She said 'it's okay'. I said I know it's okay, I didn't do anything wrong. She started to argue so I walked away. No apology, right from the beginning. Not good.
