I cannot say enough about our event coordinator, Bryan, who worked with us for months to come up with the menu and room layout, and during the event to coordinate everything so that it turned out the way we expected.

Valerie Micol: If I could give 5 million stars, I would! I cannot say enough about how wonderful Zingerman's Greyline and catering are! We were originally supposed to have our wedding in April 2020, but the universe had other plans! Thankfully, the staff at Zingerman's were able to work with us to postpone to a later date. It finally happened May 2022, and I will say, it was even BETTER than I dreamed it would be after four years of engagement and two years of postponement. First, we worked closely with Bryan and Terra. These folks are absolutely amazing! You cannot get better than the customer service from Zingerman's! Both Bryan and Terra were knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, and just so incredibly kind! It was not surprising then when the wedding day came and the rest of the staff were also so wonderful. It felt as if they all were there to make our day special and genuinely tried to make sure we had a wonderful time.Aside from the amazing customer service, the food was the best food I've ever had at a wedding, and many of our guests remarked the same. I loved how many options there were and how we were able to customize some things as well. We highly recommend the savory puffs and latkes for appetizers, the marinated beef and roasted potatoes for dinner, and the sliders and mac n cheese bar for the late night snack! We opted to go with individual fruit tarts for dessert, which is something that wasn't on the catering menu, but is something that the bakehouse made. Of course, they were delicious and so beautiful. Everything was truly amazing!Finally, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the alcohol selection was top-notch! We loved how there really wasn't much decorating that needed to be done. The beers were mostly Michigan beer, which was also very important to us.We wouldn't have wanted to have our wedding anywhere else. Thank you, Zingerman's, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our special day so very special! We will be recommending Zingerman's catering to everyone we know and using it for all of our special occasions in the future!

Emily Murphy: I want to throw every party at Greyline. The venue has a neat vibe that requires no decorating, and with Zingerman’s providing the food, you know it’s going to be good. Terra was fabulous to work with, incredibly accommodating with down-to-the-minute changes due to Covid, and went absolutely above-and-beyond (I will never forget her tracking down and picking up a keg of the most popular beer when it ran out early in the reception).

Karly Smith: We had our 120 person wedding at Greyline and we could not have asked for a more perfect venue! It is gorgeous on the inside and more modern than your traditional wedding venue. We got so many compliments on the space as well as the food - some people said it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding! But the real star here is the staff. Stephanie, our event coordinator through Zingerman's, was immensely helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Her responses were prompt, she gave helpful suggestions, and she worked with us throughout the whole process to ensure it was a perfect day. She is the positive, calming, and organized presence you want leading up to and on your wedding day! The bartenders, waiters, and all staff we encountered were amazing. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a wedding or event venue!

They were super helpful through the entire planning process and were quick to answer any questions we had. They were present and kept things organized all day on wedding day to ensure we had an stress-free day. Several family members of ours said it was the most organized wedding they have ever attended. Not to mention, the drinks and food were delicious! They were very accommodating for our guests with special dietary needs as well. The food, which was exceptional!! And it was truly exceptional, I had so many compliments on the food! One of my guest, even located the chef to find out how his meal was prepared.Also, the liquor was all included in the package, so you don't have to bring your own liquor. They provided outstanding bartenders too. Oh and they provide incredible orderves. You can chose 3 different orderves to serve while your guests are at the bar.And having the wedding and reception at the same place was so nice. This way people don't have to drive anywhere. There is a nice little patio next to the bar, so people can mingle there while the tables are being set up.Really they provide everything you need. I was beyond pleased with the Meeting Place Grand Ballroom!Truly, it's an incredible venue for a wedding and reception!!You will be pleased with what they offer you!!!

Our daughter's wedding ceremony and reception was held there and from the moment of booking until the moment we walked out the door at the end of the evening, Tracy and Todd made the day an event to remember. The venue itself is beautiful and clean. It was magical, how it sparkled and felt intimate but yet offered a lot of space for mingling, dancing, and small conversation groups. The food was so delicious - the appetizers were plentiful and divine and dinner was out of this world. The staff has family style down-pat, with everyone receiving their food at the same time. The servers were patient and kind, ultra- friendly, and very professional. They were elegantly dressed and were very attentive to the needs of our guests. Tracy and Todd made everything easy - from choosing the menu, the payment schedule, pre-wedding decorating, etc to the rehearsal - everything was organized and flawless. You can tell that they have years of experience - there was never a question or concern that wasn't answered quickly. Communication was awesome, which is a huge deal for me. I highly recommend the Meeting House Grand Ballroom and heap high praise on Tracy and Todd Osann and their marvelous staff!

Suzanne Loden: This Grand Ballroom was the perfect place for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding! We had ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom. They are such a well oiled machine, they set everything up for us and boxed it back up at the end of the night. The transition from ceremony to reception was flawless! And the food!!! The appetizers were perfection!! The bride and groom chose to do buffet style so everyone could chose what they wanted - wonderful flavor on everything, and the chicken you could cut with a fork!! The owners are the sweetest most helpful couple - they will do whatever they can to accommodate your dream wedding! They tell you what they can and cannot do before hand. And set up exactly how we planned it! And their staff were perfection!! The bartenders remembered what I drank had it made for me before i asked while making 6 other one's!! And the waitstaff perfection!! They served all the appetizers to everyone and made sure everyone got at least one of each but would bring more if you asked! They all were so wonderful!! I recommend this location for anyone whose wedding is over 200 guests up to their limit.

Kayla Thomas-Wright: Friends wedding that I was honored to partake in! The food was amazing and so were the drinks. The staff was excellent, almost too excellent by taking drinks that were slightly unattended while dancing. Alcoholic beverages had a ton of ice which you required you to “refill” often. Bar tenders were kind and treated guests well! Bathrooms are very large to accommodate all guests and in the ballroom/ near the dance floor. I highly recommend for any upcoming couples looking for a venue!

Valerie Nzaou pambou: Andrea ,the manager need to work on her behaviors.One of their worker allowed me to leave some of my stuff there with one condition was to come back early in the morning to pick them up.When i got there, Andrea ceased my stuffs and took some of them threw its outside on the ground because she needed extra $250 for breaching their rules.I was very calm, I didn't want to low myself to that horrid level.I decided to call the groom to let him know about the incident; he requested if he could speak to Andrea .while she was talking to the groom, Andrea was very angry because she couldn't convince him to pay for an additional fee after keeping his deposit.Andrea asked me to get out and she slammed the door .I have manners,I didn't want to ruin the Christmas event that was going on!The groom decided to called back and payed for the $250 because he thought the Manager Andrea was dealing with the wrong person , I was just the decorator.At the end ,I once again apologized for the inconvenience.Andrea and Pat thank you for your help but you guys need to work on you!Special thanks to Walter may my God bless you!

Katie Spisich: Planning a silent auction fundraiser is not an easy task. The absolute greatest decision I made was deciding to use Plymouth Manor for the venue. Out of the 10 different venues/vendors I talked with, Plymouth Manor was by far the most responsive, accommodating, and compassionate. I loved working with Hope and Sam from Plymouth Manor. They eliminated all of my stress and made me feel like I was in good hands. We used their mix and mingle package and loved it. The food was set up as our guest arrived and the dessert display was perfect. The staff on event night was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I honestly can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Plymouth Manor! I would recommend it to anyone! If you are looking for a nice venue, in a great location, with a genuine, hard working staff, then Plymouth Manor is the place for you!
