Keith Kingston: As soon as I spoke with Justin, I knew I was dealing with the right company to help us realize our dream of owning a pool table. For the serious player, this is the only place to go. The Pro Billiards showroom reminds me of a billiards museum, everything you need is there. Justin's knowledge of the industry, is top notch, a true professional. The delivery and installation was very smooth, and the guys on Justin's team were excellent as well. I feel Justin will always stand behind his products. All and all, a pleasant experience. Kevin Michon: I have a Madison by Brunswick. My bumpers were dead and my felt was horrible. I have owned the table for 6 years and was unable to play on it. Juston and his crew got me new bumpers, felt and pockets. They worked efficiently and it was less than 3 hours for the whole table. It was worth every penny. We’re able to play on our table for the first time thanks to Juston and Pro Billiards.

Daryl Moseley: Just had my 20+ yr old Olhausen Accu-Fast table leveled and cloth redone with Simonis 860 cloth. Plays like a brand new table and fast with true path ball roll. Installers were professional, neat and knowledgeable, explained what was to be done, cleaned up.Very pleased would definitely recommend and use again.
Sharon James-Foy: PARAMOUNT BILLIARDS... These guys really know their business!Mike and Andrew put a new cloth top on our pool table today and replaced the bumper cushions. They were very polite and knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and they were so quiet, we hardly knew they were here😊 Originally, we were only going to have the cushions replaced, but decided to replace all of it at the same time.....💡💡One service fee is better than two💡💡 and the techs had no problem with the additional work & time involved. We chose "pistons" blue from the several color options they had.Satisfied customers here!!

Ed Lustenader: Purchased a 12' Playcraft St. Lawrence shuffleboard from Paramount Billiards. The board was shipped from the factory to the Wixom facility but the main table was misplaced by the trucking company. One of the owners went out of his way to drive to the trucking facility to find and pick it up. Installation was done just in time for a big party that was planned. Customer service is outstanding!!
Manuel Baez: Amazing staff and service. Our budget was small but they didn't try to push or steer us towards anything specific or over budget. We found one we liked and they scheduled delivery and setup for a couple of days later. The price included delivery and setup. They arrived on time and were very helpful in letting us know what they were doing and recommendations for orientation of placement of the table. The table is awesome and looks almost brand new. Overall we are extremely happy with the whole process and will recommend to anyone looking for a pool table or moving/installation services. I wish I could give more than 5 starts 😁. Thanks!!

Christina Sawicki: Had two gentlemen from this company come out today. They disassembled and moved our pool table, moved it about ten miles, then reassembled and re-felted it at the destination. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with these guys. Not only were they professional, courteous, punctual and fairly priced, but they also take an extreme amount of pride in what they do. I'm soooo happy with how our table looks. And with the new felt, it's literally like a whole new table. They took excellent care of my property, the table, and they were so nice to my dog. Even when she was in the way. 😏 Definitely recommend!
