Lindsay Johnson: The woman Diane the clerk who answers the phone at Vital records is VERY RUDE. I called them because dues to COVID our wedding has been rescheduled at least 6 times. The week we were able to finally get our marriage license THAT WE PAID IN FULL FOR the building closed. They never once contacted us or sent us our marriage license. I called today to explain that we are getting married in July and how would we get our marriage license? Her response was that its not her problem and we would have to pay for it again. Really? Even the courts suggested they waive it since we already PAID THEM FOR IT and the day we had to pick it up they closed all building due to COVID. So since we didn't get what we paid for shouldn't you redo the license at no charge?Diane should not be employed there. She is rude all the time and refused to let me speak to anyone else. How can you be so hateful to someone who came in there and paid for their marriage certificate and it just so happened to be when everything shut down from COVID?
