Wilson Marine Brighton/Howell Parts/Service: what do users think?
Spartan0116: I got ripped off unfortunately. I asked to service my sea doo. They winterized it but didn’t change oil. Guy on the phone confirmed they’d do oil change. They couldn’t do anything for my dissatisfaction.
Tony Deptula: Absolutely the best place to go for your boat needs both sales and the service is wonderful to deal with
Terri Matheson: We had such a great experience at Wilson Marine service and Parts.today! Carl the service manager, Bill the Shop foreman and John the best service Technican helped us out big time! We're installing our Ghost trolling motor to our Crestline Fish Hawk with a quick disconnect. Also, can't wait to get our Kicker to! Thank you to Wilson Marina team in Brighton!! Customer Service was outstanding!
Calvin Freeman: Simply the best. Terry was great at helping me find an oil cap for a 99 motor. Also had some 6 gauge wire that needed replaced and they offered a less expensive option. Great team at Wilson's
Gary Brewer: Good place for boats and repair
Shadow: Good people, friendly staff. Was a little busy but they made room for me.
Carmen Grace Vella: Great service
Carole powell: Very friendly staff. Excited to get my new boat cover done.
Omar Zaki: We had a great experience, Austin has excellent customer service skills, very nice and professional, went above and beyond to make this an easy experience for us.
Brad Zalewski: Had the part in stock, great people.
Mat Gray: Always helpful staff. Prices a little expensive, but what is a boat. A hole in the water that you throw money into.
Ronald DeLong: This place will go threw any amd everything to sell you a boat. When it comes to parts and service. Take your boat somewhere that cares about their customer.. Id even say buy a boat from a dealer who takes pride in their coustomers. Not a place i will ever buy from again.
Luc Tassin: I really hate to write bad reviews but I dont think that I've ever had a good experience here. The first time I came to Wilson because my motor was over heating. They agreed to look at it and all was good. About a week later they call back to tell me the estimate was around 1,500 to repair the motor! I was shocked because surely there was something seriously wrong. Thay stated that the head gasket and thermostat needed to be replaced. These two parts alone are about 30 dollars so ill let you do the math for how much they were charging for labor! I ended up picking the boat up and doing it myself after buying my parts online. It took me an hour to do it and I had never even touched that particular motor before! When I did receive my boat I had found they had left it outside and it was full of about 8 inches of water and filled with old leaves. Now I understand that these boats get left outside but this was honestly shocking I mean you could have at least drained the water out! I came back a second time though for a different motor because I honestly wanted to give them a second chance. I came in and waited for about 5 minutes before I finally flagged down a worker and asked who I should talk to for parts. They directed me over and I spoke to him and he grabbed the part from the back. When he brought it out he said that this would fit and "we'll ring it up real quick" i stopped him first because I wanted to check how much it was and he seemed shocked and insulted that I would ask. turns out that's because they wanted around 20 dollars for a 10 dollar part no wonder they try to pay quick! To add on top of that I looked at the part and discovered they had tried to sell me a part for a different year and horse power than my motor that was clearly written on the packaging. This was not a part that was interchangeable either. Long story short I have had little to no positive experiences and can't recommend this place to anyone after what I've experienced.
steve herczak: Very good at what they do and say
Dana Wolfe: Ron and Ryan were helpful, transparent and extremely responsive when it came to working through details of my repair. The next time I’m in the market for a boat, Wilson Marine has my business. Great experience.
mathew hester: I bought my boat from Wilson Marine and had no issues. When I went to pick up my brand new boat they stated that the speedometer did not work. I was shown paperwork that the service department would contact me when the parts came in to fix the issue. When I contacted the service department they asked me to send them a picture of the speedometer. I did and that is as far as I’ve gotten with them. I have been working with a guy name Neal and he has completely blown me off. I’m rather surprised because they seem like a legit operation but the fact that they have been trying to shy away from warranty work is concerning. The only reason I’m giving them a one star rating is because of the fact that I can’t get my speedometer fixed because they refused to work with me at all. I bought a brand new boat with a inoperable speedometer. I just don’t get it. I think this is localized to the service department
Ann Capehart: Always friendly and have the parts we need.
Tony Palazzolo: Another 50 grand well-spent
Richard Drapinski: Fast service and friendly people. All parts I needed were in stock. There are closer place for me to get parts but I'd rather drive farther to go to Wilson's
Eli VanderVelde: Nice place , professional service .
Derrick Bunge: I have been dealing with Wilson for 5 years. Bought our boat new from them and have taken it back for winterization every year. They are always a great help and take great care of all my boating needs from simple service to boating advice. They have a customer for life.

I 94 Marine & Watersports: what do users think?
Jon Gancarz: Greg is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated in the power sports industry. Always have a great experience.
thad p: Said they would make my pontoons shine with power washing. I was disappointed.
Dan Mace: Greg at I-94 is always very helpful whenever I need some parts or questions about my boat. Prices are almost always the cheapest compared to other places i have called in the past. Also i would have to say there that there showroom is very nice, neat and always stocked. Thanks for all the great years of service from Greg and that pretty girl behind the desk!! Update I just bought a new pontoon from them. I cannot say enough about how the boat was delivered to me. Gary went over every answer the phone with me explained everything taught me how to launch the boat and load it and also during the process of buying it he kept in close touch with me keeping me updated on the delivery date! Thank you Gary
MrE P: If it's for a boat they can find it. The guys here have always helped me get things done faster and easier.
Frugal Traveler: UPDATE: My carb was fine. (Gregg said it needed to be rebuilt) I took it elsewhere..they simply saw the fuel line was overclamped and the pressure was spewing gas not the carb. I lost an entire season thanks to I-94 afraid to drive it.. My boat now runs beautifully. This is a case of a dad that created a business and a son running it into the ground that cant be trusted. When we hear he fires his son..it may be safe to return.____________I gave these people a lot of work. My boat trailer, new tires, lights, winch.. (and let them keep my old tires (6 of them)so they could sell them). Winterizing, towing from my storage to the store and back..2 miles.. that they increased the price from $50 to $100 each way. When they did my winterizing last fall ,they said my carb needed work and could he do it over the winter. I told them ok but when they called I was in Florida and not there to take the tarp off (they said they didnt want to tow as it could fly off and their suggestion for the tarp). I called when I got back the next week. Gregg said I "missed my opportunity" and now he couldnt do it and reluctantly put in a work order AND told me he had no help. Meanwhile..a google review says he took another womans engine without an appointment..a week later when I was back!!! Did I get a call? No! My tows plus putting in the water cost more than winter storage! I paid for putting in the water as well.I should not have had to bring it in the winter! I had this work order put in the previous fall to get the boat in the spring. Winter was a courtesy on my part. He lied and said he had no help.If they lie about that..rest assured..they lie about other things. They are just not reliable...I am not sure how they stay in business. The good reviews have to be friends or family.Message me if there is someone in the Belleville area that works on boat engines, shrink wraps, storage and restoration so I can pass on to our boat club. We need an alternative to being ripped off.
Tiffany Martin: This place has the worst customer service. Greg the owners son is very rude. We paid them almost $3000 for repairs to our boat and we continued to have issues with it.We are 1st time boat owners. When they returned the boat to us, they did not put the plug back in the back of the boat so when we put the boat in the water it sunk. There was no accountability for this or any of the other issues we had with them.
Stephen Jacobs: They did a good job taking care of us for parts
ESTEA: I dropped my jetski off to have it repaired. The guy that called me could not have been more rude and disrespectful to a prospective customer. His overly-apparent desire to NOT work on my jetski, while simultaneously insulting me, was a level of bad service I had yet to experience until today. I should’ve listened to the reviews about this place. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to I94 Marine & Watersports.
J Griff: Brought in common parts needing replacement. Looked at them and said can't help you.
Michael Lincoln: Yeah as others have said I just don't get it. For all I know they do good work, but you can't get past the people that work the front . It was so outwardly dismissive and rude you can't just bring yourself to give them your business. Weird.
James Fairley: Will never go there again! $100 deposit just to see what’s wrong with the boat! Dropped my boat off! Said that they will contact us on the repairs in 7 days! Well they didn’t! I called them on the 10th day and Greg said we haven’t looked at the unit yet! Called me a few days later and was extremely rude! Told me are you the one that I need to talk to about the boat because I’m not going to explain it again! Told me it’s $2000 to $3000.00 to fix the boat I told him to go head and fix the boat! I guess he thought because of my skin color I didn’t have it! He then called back and said he needed another $200.00 to do a compression check! Called back and said oh we can’t do the work! Basically telling us our boat was not worth it and a bad investment and not to put work into it! Total rip off! $300.00 for what! Took it to K&M Marine in Redford. Customer service was great they didn’t charge us to give us an estimate! They said they will get the boat running and ready for the water! Thanks K&M Marine!RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT GO TO I-94 MARINE & WATERSPORT!
Rodney Richardson: Parts guy was very rude won't go back never had a problem there before do your self a favor and go somewhere else
Nikk Niff: I called for service today and the guy who answered the phone didn't seem like he needed anyone's business. His response was "First come, first serve...2 week wait before we can even get it looked at".... Not sure but something about that just didn't suit right with me and seems like a waste of time on both ends. Sad it's so hard to find a decent marina
jesse porter: My father took his boat in to get it prepared for spring and get a new battery. When we got the boat back one of the plastic handles where broke. ( A $4 part) so we ask for them to replace it. After a whole lot of back and forth (3 phone calls and once going in)they finally agreed to replace it but they won't install it. Terrible customer service!!!!
steven meyer: Always helpful...very knowledgeable...fast turn around and lots of products
David Sengstock: The attendant was helpful and a nice guy. I will return to this store.
Tharina Verroen: Horrible customer service! Very rude and curt to me and my husband throughout the majority of this process. I initially thought I received a good deal on a NEW motor. After taking it out twice, it wasn't getting fuel and left us stranded!!! I would have taken it back there, but they were so rude, I swore not to going back there ever.I went to R&L to have them look at the issue. They got me right in THAT DAY, just to take a quick look and showed us that the engine hadn't been completely installed correctly on the gas line. The fitting wasn't even for our engine! It was leaking gas in the back of the boat. Fire hazzard! That's the Readers Digest version, because it's not worth another minute of my time. Do yourself a favor and go to ANYBODY but I-94 marina.
Jeff Sandy: Great service and prices. Fully stocked parts department.
Hubert Buchte: I like that I can get parts there and get my boat winterized too.
Barbara Scroi: The worst customer service ever. Will not ever go back, would never recommend this dump. Rude, extremely bad customer service.
KimberLeAnne D: DO NOT GO HERE IT IS THE WORST! YOU WILL REGRET GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Armadillo Pro Shield: what do users think?
Mark Laughton: Wonderful product! I applied to my Hatteras 52 CMY. After washing I followed the simple instructions. Boat looked great. Rain continues to bead-up and surfaces remain clean. Plan to reapply in a month to keep her looking good. Thanks for your great product.
Jack Pioch: Highly recommend this product. It really is as easy as the instructions. I use it on both my trucks and boat and it's made the biggest difference. Make your life easier and buy it now.
Peter Terry: Easy to use and apply. I personally apply in the morning before the hull gets too warm.
