Alan Gardner: Very helpful. Always open when I drop by, although it's only once a year for salt. Every 18 months if I need filters. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Hope the other guy didn't buy a third filter. The system has three cartridges, 2 filters and a bladder. I replace the two every 18 to 24 months.
Randy Dale: Went in to pick up filters for my R/O system. The store closes at 5pm durring the weekdays. This makes it hard for working people who work till 5 pm. I had to make a special trip on Saturday to get the filters.The guy at the store pulled up my account to see what filters I have bought in the past. He got two filters for me. I asked him if it was three filters. He said no, it was two. I went home to replace the filters. Guess what, it was three filters.I tried to stop by after work one day. I got to the shop at 5:04 pm. I knew I was four minutes late. There was a customer inside. I was happy I could get the third filter. The door was locked and the guy at the counter ignored me. I guess I will need to make another special trip to Ann Arbor to get my third filter.Moral of this comment. Weekday hours suck for people who work till 5pm. Think of this before you have a Kinetico system installed. This is also a problem trying to purchase softener salt.

Dre Sullos: Absopure has consistently missed delivering/picking up water at my facility. I had to call and get the calendar sent to me to track the dates to just be sure. Yesterday they were suppose to come out and did not. I'm encouraging my manager to either discontinue with them or switch to a different company. I am reporting every missed delivery.
Tony Maassarani: Returned the empty bottles and the dispenser and instead of calling me back to let me know the remaining balance they send my account to collection. I will make sure to let all my friends that are currently using their services how poorly I was treated with this company.
David Stasiak: My real review is zero. We have Absopure water delivered to a 94 year old woman to help make sure she hydrides everyday.When they have been delivering water to her, they fail to take her empties. The last delivery they left on her porch, one was empty and one was leaking.We have been in contact with Absopure and their management everyday, for the past 4 days, to pickup the empty bottles and replace the last unsatisfactory delivery. We call everyday to insure that someone is coming to complete the task. Everyday we are told someone is coming, we call everyday in the middle of afternoon to insure someone is coming. We are told they will take of the issue that day.THEY NEVER SHOW UP.If this 94 year old lady did not have an advocate, just image how Absopure would treat her.Unbelievable service, the kicker is that they charged her for the empty bottle and the bottle that leaks.Great customer service

Catherine Whalen: Water is fine. Customer service and delivery are ...not great. We get deliveries to our company, and go thru an average of 10-12 jugs per month. You would think that delivery would be on a regular schedule, and consistent. It's not. They sometimes mysteriously "change the delivery date".We had a wonderful, pleasant driver who was replaced by an argumentative, angry, moody delivery person who clearly hates his job.I called customer service to inquire about why they delivered a new water cooler (ours quit working). They apparently counted the visit to our office with the water cooler as a "delivery"-- did not take or leave any jugs of water. Since we missed our delivery date, they didn't come all month.A call to customer service resulted in "I'll tell the manager" or "I'll tell the manager that the driver is 'not being very nice to you'". Since having my "feelings hurt" was NOT remotely close to what I was implying, that response was not helpful.I'm looking for another water company. I frankly don't have time to manage all of these silly issues...over water.
Matthew Doeing: Update 4/18/23 - Customer service manager Lisa reached out to us today and I believe all issues will be resolved shortly.----------------------We used to use Absopure for our Auburn Hills facility but they just became to much of a PITA so we found someone else. Now we've been waiting a month for a return of the $519 owed to us from Absopure. We've tried calling and emailing Absopure on numerous occasions and receive either no response or some excuse about continuing IT issues. Looking at the reviews, we are not the only one to have issues with Absopure customer service. And obviously, Absopure doesn't care. Good riddance to them

She did everything she could to fix the situation and the next day Tom, an account manager, dropped of our water on his way home from work on a Friday! Called to order more water, was told it would be there this Monday, it’s now Wednesday and no water. I called and they said “oops, they messed up, sorry”. Honestly I was expecting much better service. Costco should reconsider this arrangement. The water is good though.
Steve Polykernopolis: Never quite seen a multi million dollar company run as such a fly by night.... They do not fix maintain or repair their facilities at all and when they do it's months after things have broken and most of the time it's not repaired properly or safely. The only reason there was a water shortage when Rima posted is because it took you 5 months to make a 3 day repair. There's no accountability for anything or anyone when it comes to management.
Tamara Smith: Terrible customer service and I never ever get my deliveries. I have to contact them several times and each time they claim it wasn’t notated that they would like the water left if the driver doesn’t see the other bottles laying out. I get a run around each time and I never had this problem at my Westland address. The canton drivers/route clearly has problems.

Richard Bernhardt: There is way to say anything good about them. Since starting my contract with them they have not once delivered the correct amount of water. They have delivered late without any notice and I don’t mean hours late, I mean days late. They have made promises that have never been kept and ignored requests for management contact. I’m trying to simply end the contract it took two weeks and multiple phone calls. Finally, after the second delay in picking up the water cooler and water, I had to insist for 20 minutes that I would not get off the phone until reaching a manager, they finally found one for me to speak to. Excuses were given, once again, but they insisted the pickup would happen today. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t and have another excuse.

Angela Harding: Not a good look to miss your first drop off appointment. We signed up through Costco and the initial experience was fine. Although I got hung up because I was told "I have another customer". He did call back and we got it squared away.They missed the first drop off and I got off the phone with customer service and they said they had multiple delivery drivers that were sick. That is understandable but It would be nice to know. I was expecting to have it delivered that day so we didn't purchase water from the store and had to go late at night. They said it will be delivered tomorrow so we will see. Shaky start.
Donatas Binevicius: Terrible company, Terrible customer service. I had service for little bit until they destroyed my driway with liking oil from the truck. I stopped the service last year on September because nobody called me about my complain and nobody wanna talked in customer service. Now, 4 months later after I stopped service, I got charged on my credit card for not existing service. Not recommended to nobody!!! I wish I never signed up for it .
Josh Mills: Was setup without any issue.They said a driver would be here every month, but decided to skip delivery for 3 months running after multiple calls being told, "a driver will be there tomorrow"... I think we have different opinions what "tomorrow" is.... until I canceled and THEN YOU SHOW UP WITHOUT ANY ISSUE TO TAKE IT AWAY.Thanks for not a whole lot....

John Foley: Culligan never returns a call. I have called three or four times to ask a question, and I get bounced around to various departments but never get any follow-up or a returned call. The monthly bill still arrives, but they never follow-up.Not happy. Would not recommend.

Alex Prieditē: Constantly and consistently missed our delivery schedule. Charged us for water they have to know was never delivered— the one odd time a delivery man does show up, he he told us he was giving us free cups and the next bill I got a surprise of a $150 charge for CUPS? And he never even gave them to us! Are these magical cups? Gold-plated? $150!? It took us three months to successfully cancel our account and failed being charged. It was a business account too and we consistently did not have water to offer our clients. I would never use them again. Every time I would call and think things were fixed, it never was. Even when I canceled the account, that couldn’t be done correctly. Good riddance!

I stick with the same people, knowing that no company is perfect.But Culligan is over the top TERRIBLE! For the past six months I have had deal with dirty stinky water in the salt tank. Old generator that did not work, long wait times for repairs. The last straw was NO SALT DELIVERY!! I went to Home Depot to buy salt and decided to buy a water softener instead! I’m done with Culligan for good!BUT NOW I CANT GET THEM TO PICK UP THEIR UNIT!!! They don’t return my calls. And, by the way, I have never missed or been late on a payment.If this unit is not picked up by Monday, the garbage man will haul it away. It’s junk anyway!
Kandy K: First, they only offered one style of kitchen drinking water faucet, all other places have options. Second after 2 years they now enrolled me in some monthly service of $17 a month, that covers my yearly filter change. They never informed me of this program, just sent me overdue notices. So to have my filter replaced yearly, I have to pay monthly. They r a rip off

Tom Pitkin: Excellent experience. Culligan is a great company; and their installer, Adam Beare, made the installation process as simple as possible. He was courteous and conscientious throughout, and explained everything thoroughly.
PV Roby: We were looking for a new water treatment and got bids from 4 other providers. They all said we needed a totally new expensive system with iron filter etc. Then Karen from your Ann Arbor store came out. She tested our water and said our existing system was working well. She showed us how it works and how to operate it. She warned us about potential future issues. As she was doing this she described the Culligan system she would recommend. I wanted to buy it then but she recommended that we wait until our current system fails.A year later we needed to replace our well and had issues with our softener. We called Karen and she walked us through how to recharge our system multiple times. She came to our home a few days later and again tested our water. She said it was fine, checked our system & answered my questions about it. Again, she said ‘if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.’Karen reflects wonderfully on Culligan and its customer service. Excellent service for potential customers as well. When our Kinetico system fails, we will make only one call:to Karen. Gregory Schneider: I was super disappointed with American Aqua. After waiting 10 days for a service call, they charged over $186 to walk in for 2 minutes and say they didn't have the part I needed, but they could order it for $500 and see if it would work. I had my softener replaced by Beauchamp - their rep came out on a Sunday and my install was complete by Tuesday of the same week. I recommend Beauchamp. I recommend against American Aqua.
