Rachael M. Elliott: I have been to Beloved Bridal a few times and met with both Megan and Chaudoin! They were both professional and really made me feel special! I had been to two other bridal shops and none of them compared to Beloved Bridal! They are not pushy and really help you find the perfect dress! I am so happy to have found my DREAM dress here and would recommended this shop to anyone! They have a beautiful selection and the owner, Ashley, is amazing!

Briana Gonsar: Beloved bridal was the first bridal shop that I decided to try on dresses at. It was underwhelming and I do not recommend this shop or stylist, Ashley.My appt was for 1:00pm and we showed up at 12:50 pm. They were finishing up with a client and had us wait in their lounge area. This was understandable. However, we were not brought back to the gown area until almost 1:30 pm. No apologies given.Ashley was my stylist, who I later found out is one of the owners.I filled out a pre-questionnaire survey prior to the fitting appt. It was evident that it was Ashley's first time reading the survey as she was frantically scrolling through it and kept asking me redundant things that were typed on the survey.She gathered a couple of the dresses I attached onto the survey. In terms of their dress options at Beloved, one positive is that they do have a good amount to choose from. At the beginning of the appointment I was very open to trying on a range of styles, but as the appt went on and I was explaining to her what features I was and was not looking for in a dress, it was as if the things I was saying were in one ear and out the other. She kept pulling dresses that I was reiterating with her about things that I do not like. I felt that she was not listening to me and was simply churning out another generic fitting appointment. At one point there were over a dozen dresses in the fitting room and I had to ask Ashley to remove them and put them back as I was getting confused on which dresses I liked and didn't like.As this being my first time dress shopping it was terrible. I ended up leaving the dress appt 30 minutes early because I was simply wasting my time. After trying on my last dress, Ashley said "I will email you" and walked away. No "thank you for coming to Beloved, we hope you find the one etc". It was awkward and I have delayed writing this post in hopes to receive the email including the 3 possible dresses I liked, but to be honest, Ashley was inattentive so she probably doesn't even remember what they were. To this day I have not received a post email and it has been almost a week. My friends who both have been to plenty of dress try on appts at other shops stated that this was one of the worst.For being an owner, Ashley was dull and unprofessional. I absolutely regret going to beloved bridal and do not recommend this place.

Ashley McDermott: I'm still gushing over my experience at Beloved Bridal! They hosted my first bridal appointment...and my last :) From the easy booking system, to the pre-appointment survey, VIP champagne & treats option and how kind the team was via email, I knew I had made the right choice well before we even showed up! Come appointment day, we were in awe of the decor, plethora of dress options, sunlight pouring in the building and the amount of space our group of six had! Chelsea was/is an absolute gem, listened to what I liked, didn't like, dealt with my loud/crazy family who all had differing opinions and was so patient as we narrowed in on my style. I swooned over a few dresses, but had another appointment already scheduled later that day. We shared that news with Chelsea and she could not have been more understanding or kind! Our next appointment didn't hold a candle to Beloved Bridal so I returned a few days later for a retry appointment and ended up finding a new one (my absolute dream dress). This team is accomodating, quick to respond, so sweet & welcoming and I just want to find more excuses to go back there! Thank you Beloved Bridal team!

When you arrive your information is stored and ready to go. They had great lighting & setup to try dresses on. I am so glad that I chose them. Starting with it being a family owned business, run by 3 sisters, had my attention immediately. I worked with Chelsea and from making the appointment to picking up my dress she was AMAZING!! I was comfortable the entire time, she made sure my opinions and wants were heard and had my back throughout the entire experience! It was a very wholesome experience and buying a wedding dress comes with so many nerves so if you are looking for someone to help you relax and answer any questions you have come here! I never post reviews especially ones at this length but I felt like I had to share what an amazing experience I had in hopes it helps another bride to be. Madison Fentriss: As an Ann Arbor local I know many women dream of looking for a dress in this shop. After visiting a lot of other shops In town where the employees were amazingly nice and offering waters and making our experience very personal. We expected this and more from beloved bridal but they don’t offer water they don’t talk to your guests and they have tons of brides at a time on a Saturday in this tiny shop. My sister found a dress she loved here but they took longer than originally told to get it in, they never updated us on it’s arrival time. After all of this we now find out that they don’t do any alterations in house which we didn’t know!! Now we are stuck finding an alterations place with 3 months left till the wedding we are disappointed!

However, I felt strongly that I had to visit Beloved Bridal after seeing dresses on their social, photographer featured photos & reading reviews.I saw there were having a sample sale & had to go.Collectively, it was a 4 hour road trip.The drive was well worth it.I loved, loved, my experience and found the perfect dress for me! I brought veils & we ensured that the dress complimented them.Ashley & Meghan are the sweetest.It is great seeing businesses like this exist.Ashley was the person who helped me picking out the dress & with try ons. She nailed it with her selection & making sure it was true to what I like/wanted. Highly recommended. This shop is a gem.

Emera Sullivan: I came here not as a bride but to accompany my sister in looking for her dress. Not only was Ashley fantastic with taking my sister’s feedback and finding dresses that were catered to her, she made me and my wife feel welcome as well. It felt more like working with a friend than a sales person who only wanted to sell us a dress. The space is clean and bright and they not only carried dresses in larger sizes, they were proudly displayed which just made it feel that much more welcoming. This boutique is fantastic and so worth visiting.

cece leskun: I do not have enough good things to say about this boutique. I worked with Ashely who heard everything I was saying and did her absolute best to put me in dresses I loved. She gave honest feedback and helped every step of the way even helping to find dresses that I wouldn't originally go for but still loved. We were there for 2 hours and did not at all feel rushed, if anything I felt that I was welcome to stay to adjust things and take my time to take pictures. Not to mention Ashley is the most sweet soul, she is so helpful and has an amazing personality. She listened to everything I had to say, took the feedback and continued to bring out amazing dresses. I felt listened to and heard. I cannot say enough good things about this place, I've gone to a few so far and I would come back here 100 times before going somewhere else. She was very welcoming to my bridal party and included them whenever she could and she went above and beyond in trying to make suggestions and alterations to make me happy with the way everything looked. Alexandria Cell: I had a really amazing time trying on wedding dresses at Beloved Bridal this week! We had a spacious room to ourselves where 7 family members (plus two toddlers) were able to hang out and enjoy champagne while I tried on beautiful gowns. We also got to walk around and look at dresses on the rack — having my mom pick an entirely sparkly dress for me to try on was such a fun moment. Meg, one of the co-owners, was my guide and she was kind, insightful, patient (with both me and the peanut gallery), and very helpful. I am so glad we chose to go to Beloved Bridal to find a wedding dress in Ann Arbor!

Danielle R.: I can’t express my gratitude enough for Beloved Bridal and the wonderful Meg! For starters, I am one of the most indecisive people EVER so I was worried about finding the perfect dress for me. I didn’t think it existed. I set up three dress appointments with three different bridal shops as I had to make sure I was looking at all my options. Assma Ak: I cannot stress how welcoming meg was. She didn’t put any pressure on me to buy the gown. She was super helpful and very attentive. Overall, she exceeded my expectations, and she is the reason Why I made another appointment on the spot with her for the following week. My 1st appointment I felt so pressured to not buy anything as I was thinking this is my 1st ever bridal boutique appointment. But after trying so many dresses I figured out what I wanted. I went home and spend the week looking at the designer chosen by kyha and the next appointment I showed her the dress and she said we have it. It was meant to be as it fit my budget . I bought it the same day and I am soo excited. Again do not go anywhere else, this is the place to go! FYI Love the theme of the bridal shop it’s sooo cute!

Alana Walker: I can't recommend this store enough! I knew when I walked in that I was going to find my dress here. The staff is so nice and helpful and they have a BEAUTIFUL selection of dresses. My family and I had such a great time at our appointment and I was able to find my dream dress!

Jess Kennedy: Beloved Bridal was my first stop, and had my girls and mom not traveled from so far, it would have been my only stop. We worked with Ashley, one of the owners, and she made the experience completely amazing. From the moment we walked in and were supplied with champagne flutes to drink our champagne while we shopped, to the final moment when I knew the dress was THE dress, I could go on and on for days. We also happened to come in on the perfect weekend as they were having a trunk show! Ashley listened to my likes and dislikes, and helped me to truly figure out what kind of dress I was looking for. She ensured I didn't go over my budget, and made sure I was comfortable for the entire duration of my appointment. She made me feel so beautiful and confident, which is a hard thing to do for me. The store is absolutely stunning, and I cannot say enough good things about it. I would gladly send any future brides I know here to choose the perfect gown!

Cassidy Dobson: I went to White Arbor Bridal on 3/4/23. It was my first actual "official" wedding dress appointment. I took my mother, step mother, mother-in-law, grandma, and sister (MOH). From the moment we got there our consultant Nikki made me and my family feel at home. She made room for my family to have our own little corner of the salon and really made the experience feel personal.As a "plus-sized" woman I was always nervous to try on wedding dresses. I don't like trying on regular clothes, never mind such an important article of clothing. Never once did I feel anxiety or uncomfortable. Nikki made sure I was confident and felt beautiful in every dress option I tried on. She also never forced me to try something on that was out of my style preference or price range. I couldn't believe I found a dress that I loved and made me feel beautiful.I will forever be glad I went to a small business for my wedding dress. They made everything more personal and I felt that they really were looking out for me. They are amazing and I cannot wait to go back for my first fitting of MY own dress!!

Laura Haldane: White Arbor has a lovely storefront with spacious fitting rooms. I was the only appointment in the store that day, and Alice provided a very personal fitting, which I appreciated. The dresses were beautiful, and Alice’s selections and knowledge of the dresses was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend checking them out as part of your dress search!

Kristin Nowatzke: What should be a happy experience has been upsetting and costly. Save yourself the stress and disappointment!My daughter wanted a simple dress because she’s getting married on a beach, so she picked out a nice but rather plain bridesmaid style dress to be made in ivory. Since it had no embellishments the saleswoman suggested a pearl belt. When paying for the dress and belt, it was noticed the belt cost more than the dress itself by $50! Plus the credit card processor was set up to suggest a tip for the sales person!!! Of course in the excitement of deciding on a dress we paid a 20% tip! Unknowing we’d be hosed for the extras later!!!First, my daughter had to call to find out her dress was in and ready for alterations, because the store had not called, but when she did, she was told her pearl belt was no longer available so they would set aside the sample floor model for her and did not offer and kind of refund or discount. Next, when she went for the fitting and alterations it was shocking that to hem the dress (it has a couple layers but pretty simple) and it was suggested to put bustle pin ups in the back, along w/taking in the sides a bit under the arms and sew on the belt. To me those alterations should be pretty simple for a seamstress. The cost for that was more than twice the cost of the dress! There’s more…When going back (three weeks)for a fitting after alterations, it was not done! It was hemmed, but not done and it was covered with lint, pet hair and even long human hair!!! To top that the shop wanted to sell a garment bag and steam pressing for another $100+!!! Hopefully cleaned! Now my daughter is feeling stressed about the dress b/c her wedding is less than a month away and her dress is a mess and not ready!!!She is my only daughter and I suppose I’m inexperienced in this kind of thing but it just seems ridiculous that a $225 brides made dress made in ivory color should end up costing over $1,200 when it’s all done!!!

Michele Fox: First I would like to give White Arbor Bridal three to four stars. We had a wonderful experience dress shopping for my daughter.My daughter purchased her gown off the rack. It was beautiful but needed cleaning and alterations. The seamstress, Zorah, was notified of two loose buttons, which she promised to fix. They fell off before the ceremony. Also, we have video of her showing the Maid of Honor how to tie up the bustle. The day of the wedding the right side of the bustle was torn and unusable. Finally, the pull on the zipper was broken off, which was not the case when we bought the dress. The price of the alterations was almost half the price of the dress itself and I must say that I was very disappointed in the final outcome.

Rosalind Duma: I had been to 4 bridal boutiques before White Arbor Bridal and must have tried on over 50 dresses honestly before I found "the one" at White Arbor! Haley did such an amazing job listening to my concerns and finding "the one". She was super responsive, respected my budget and how I felt, and made me feel amazing. Lily Hagigat: So White Arbor was the first of three bridal stores I went to. I live about 45 minutes south of the store, so it is a bit of a drive but not too terrible. I didn’t find my dress at my first appointment, so I went to the two other stores. At the last one I found a beautiful dress from a store local to me - but I decided not to buy it. I felt most comfortable at White Arbor, and so I decided that I wanted to purchase from there and not from the shop I was at. So, I left and went back to White Arbor the next week. Now that I knew what style I wanted, dress shopping was much easier, and I was able to find a dress I loved even more than the initial one that I considered buying. Through the whole process - dress shopping, picking out accessories, alteration, etc. everyone who works there was so kind and helpful. Going there each time always made me happy and excited for my wedding. They have a wonderful environment and staff, and I am so glad they were the ones to help me through the process of finding a dress.

Chiquita Berg: With less than 1 week away to my destination wedding, my original seamstress came down with a COVID infection prior to making final revisions on my reception dress and was not going to be able to complete it. Scrambling, I called over 20 seamstresses in the hopes that I would find someone who could help me. Unfortunately, I had no luck, everyone was swamped as we were nearing the height of wedding season. But I was persistent and eventually was able to reach Heather at Heather’s Place in Ann Arbor. I explained my situation to her and initially she said that she would not likely be able to help me, but feeling sorry for me, she said, “Can you come over now and let me take a look”? Feeling hopeful, I dropped everything and immediately rushed to Ann Arbor with my dress in tow. She quickly pinned me and evaluated the dress. I knew it was a long shot, but not making any promises, she said she’d see what she could do. My reception dress was a feathered Jovani dress with lots of beading and detail and unfortunately it was a nearly 2 sizes too big, so it was going to be a challenge. But Heather was absolutely amazing and was so compassionate, she worked so hard and really went out of her way to make sure I would get the dress in time. In fact, she wasn’t even going to be able to get it done prior to my flight departure, so I had to have a friend, who was traveling the following day, pick it up for me. But it was PERFECT! Heather, words cannot even begin to express how grateful I am. I know that this was not an easy thing for you to do and I am overwhelmed by your generosity and compassion. Thank you so much! Amy was amazing and felt like she was apart of my entourage, cheering me on and listening to what I was looking for. I seriously had so much fun I wish I could do it again!! Brett Paterson: True NIGHTMARE of an experience. The only reason I am giving one star is because you have to leave some type of rating.I got my wedding dress from here off the rack. I was between two dresses by the end of my fitting and asked the opinion of the staff members, and they fully endorsed the one I ended choosing stating "It looks so great, and it will be so easy and cheap to alter with the simple design". There was also a small run in the dress that they ASSURED me their seamstress Angie would be able to fix no problem. Mind you the owner was also present during this entire fitting and also endorsed this dress stating alterations would be minimal and Angie would have no problem fixing the run. Yeah...not the case for any of the above.I booked my first alteration appointment and was instantly thrown into a panic as Angie stated she could not fix the run whatsoever. She stated that the staff should have never said such things because they are not trained and that it was extremely unprofessional of them to give their thoughts without knowledge of the process. AGREED. Angie also said alterations on this dress WOULD NOT be simple and I would lose a lot of the detailing because she had to take it in so much. AND also charged me THREE TIMES what the B Ella Bridal staff quoted me for these "simple" alterations. Obviously, I would not have chosen this dress if the staff was at all knowledgeable and properly counseled me on their business and didn't just try to make a quick sale (which was clearly the end game). But here I was stuck with it as they have a 'no return policy', so I moved forward with the alteration.Then after my first alteration Angie tells me that wedding dresses normally need three alteration appointments, but she has nothing available for my other two.... You would think the staff would notify you of this when you make your first appointment so that you can schedule your other two at the same time so that you are not left with a partially finished dress and no appointments as I was about to be (fortunately Angie accommodated me by holding an appointment in her home so that I actually had a dress to wear, but still very frustrating and could have been completely avoided).Then, finally, with the cherry on top--Angie proceeded to hem my dress at least 3 inches too short (and yes, I was wearing the shoes I PLANNED on wearing at my wedding to my fitting). Even Angie noticed the huge discrepancy and said I must've changed shoes when I didn't... and there was obviously nothing she could do to fix it because you can't magically make a dress longer. So, I had to buy new shoes that arrived three days before my wedding.... imagine the unnecessary stress.Then when I voiced my concerns to B Ella Bridal their manager Summer ENSURED me that my concerns were heard, and they would be reaching out with a solution. Do you think I ever heard back?? Of course not. Then when I texted the number Summer gave me, I got a poorly written message back that said, "thank you for reaching out us" ?? Not sure if the manager, Summer, didn't care enough to proofread her message; or if it was an automated message with typos--but either way, extremely unprofessional.All in all, I would NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Wedding planning is already stressful enough, don't let this place create 900 more problems for you that they can't even have the decency to solve.

Maria Gambino: I just got back from shopping for my bridal gown, and I think I may go back to say yes! The ladies were all so kind and amazing. It was a great interactive experience and felt super comfortable. The selection is extensive as well!

Natalie H: Brides beware. I visited this shop to find my wedding dress and was enticed to buy a dress on the first visit as they offered a discount if you buy your dress the same day of the initial visit. I was misguided by the sales staff with this initial dress as the store size that I tried on was multiple sizes too big. The sales associate tried to show me where the dress would hang (bust area and back area) by pinching the back of the dress. After locking in the dress, when I went home and looked at the stock photo online, the dress in the correct size hangs much lower in the bust area and back area. Less than 24 hours later, I called the shop to see if I could cancel my order and they shared that I could cancel my order however I would only be given a store credit at the shop. I had to then go back to the shop and find a different dress. I was looking for a modest dress for religious purposes and found this to be very difficult. As I was now stuck with a store credit at this shop, I found a different dress that was going to require multiple alterations (addition of sleeves and coverage of the back) but the sales associate assured me that the seamstress could do all of these alterations. I was told that my wedding dress would arrive three months before my wedding to allow time for all of the necessary alterations. I had to contact the shop multiple times to inquire when my dress would be in as the date they had ensured had already passed. After multiple calls, the shop finally contacted the dress company and called me back to tell me that they had bad news and that my dress would not arrive until a few weeks before my wedding as they had submitted an incorrect wedding date to the dress company. After asking to speak with the owner to rectify the situation, the sales associate called me back and told me that they had talked to the dress company and the dress would be arriving earlier. The situation got worse. When I had finally spoken with the seamstress regarding the alterations, she shared she could make sleeves for the dress however providing additional coverage in the back of the dress was not recommended due to the design of the back of the dress. Given the open back of the dress, I would be unable to wear this on my wedding day. Being so unhappy and my expectations unmet with the dress, I ended up having to go to another dress shop to find a new dress. My experience at the other dress shop was a total 180. The owner of the new shop I went to was very empathetic to my situation and personally accommodated my every need and went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress 6 weeks before my wedding. I am now stuck with the initial dress sitting in my closet from B. Ella Bridal. I would not recommend this bridal shop.

Kate D: I had the BEST experience at B. Ella where I found my wedding dress. I looked at a few shops locally and my experience at others doesn’t come close to my experience at B. Ella. They have a great selection and variety at different price points. My guests and I felt heard and cared for from start to finish. We loved how we could go around the shop and pick out dresses to try on - something I haven’t seen at other local shops. There was zero pressure or sales pitches like you get elsewhere. Amy, my consultant, really listened to what I was looking for and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t thank Amy and Kiana enough for making it a perfect experience and just being amazing people to work with :)

Courtney Woods: I bought my dress from B. Ella Bridal a few months back. The dress shopping experience was honestly great. They have a large selection, all the staff working there are kind and professional. The lady working with me the day of my bridal appointment did very well with staying in my budget while also pulling dresses that were in the style I liked. In the end I found a wonderful dress that I love, unfortunately I had a change of heart on the color that I ordered and once your dress is ordered they cannot make any changes.I inquired about having the skirt lining changed in tailoring, but the tailoring here is quite expensive. I was quoted $500 in labor alone to change only the skirt portion of the dress lining, and I was also told I needed to buy 10 yards of replacement fabric.Do yourself a favor and shop around a bit for tailoring if you need more than just the basics done. I was able to find several local seamstresses who could change the skirt lining at less than half that labor price, and I only had to buy 5 yards of replacement fabric, not 10. I’m not sure how the seamstress at B. Ella came up with 10 yards, it’s a big dress but it’s not THAT big.To sum it all up, I would 100% say check out this bridal salon. Great selection, wonderful ladies who work there. Just know that tailoring is a bit pricy.

Kay Raye: An experience every bride dreams of having!The dresses:There was a lovely selection of many styles and sizes of dresses. They were organized very well so I didn't feel like I was running around aimlessly looking for certain styles. They had a small, but quality selection of accessories too!The consultant:Nancy is my new best friend! She truly is a gem and made my experience shopping for wedding dresses so memorable. When we arrived she asked who I brought with me and asked each person who they were to me. She asked me about my wedding day, my vision, and most importantly, my gentile giant of a fiancé. From the start you could tell that she truly cared about you and your shopping experience. She made me feel comfortable dressing and undressing and asked me if I wanted her to step out while I stepped in the dress. She made me feel very comfortable. When she put a dress on that complimented my figure she fired a million compliments my way making me feel like the most beautiful person in the shop. For fun, she asked me if I wanted to try on a really big, purple, and sparkly dress, even though it wasn't my style. She saw me looking at it and said "Try it on! This is about having fun too!" She was never pushy, listened to my style preference, but also encouraged me to have fun. Finally, I found my dress! When I put this dress on she took a step back and said "This dress was made for you." She immediately found me a veil and headpiece that were EXACTLY my style. No questions, she just knew that I found the one and before I knew it, she had the veil and headpiece in. My family teared up, but I didn't until I was in the dressing room and had to take the dress off. Nancy came in and said "Oh boy, we have tears." and ran to get me tissue. When she returned she gave me a hug and told me that my fiancé is so lucky to have me and that I was made to wear that dress. Sadly, it was over my budget by a lot. She talked to someone and came back to tell me I could buy the sample for 30% off. I was thrilled. She took pictures of my family and I, was very interactive and fun, approachable, helpful, knowledgeable but also asked for clarification if she didn't know something, and kind. Nancy is a precious and wonderful woman and I am so lucky she was part of my wedding experience.The boutique:The place was well kept and clean. The only thing I think could be better would be the placement of the bridal rooms. Having to walk past other brides with a wedding dress on made me feel like I was intruding on their appointment. I went to another store before B. Ella and they sectioned off small rooms each with a dressing room, mirror, and chairs. If B. Ella ever went under remodeling, I think this might give brides more privacy. Literally that would be the only suggestion for improvement.Thank you, B. Ella Bridal! My dress is hanging up in my closet and I am so thankful I scheduled an appointment as I will never forget that special day.

Eric Ure: My name is Kendal and I am writing this review on my fiancé’s Google account because I don’t have my own and I needed to make sure set my experience at B. Ella bridal was recognized. Choosing your wedding dress is supposed to be memorable, a dream come true, and experience of a lifetime. Unfortunately, when I got my first wedding dress I did not go to B. Ella bridal. I went to a different bridal shop and a few months after purchasing my dress ended up being unsatisfied with my purchase. So I was onto search for trust number two. I stumbled upon be. Ella bridal and I am so thankful I did. To say that I was treated like a queen is a total understatement. It started from the first appointment. I worked with KIYANNA. When I walked in she asked me everything I liked about the dress I had and what I didn’t like and also asked for a photo of the dress. She listened and picked out accordingly. That was just a start. I she spent at least 3.5 hours with me helping me try on dresses to figure out the new style I was looking for. She even went as far is to call the company located behind her so I could get a pair of spanks to Tryon with my dress. She went way out of her job title in order to help me find a dress I loved. Unfortunately I left there not finding my dress. I ended up going to another bridal salon in Northville, tried on a dress and absolutely loved it. That slide was holding the dress for me until the following day. Only until I got a call that night that they could not sell me the dress because alterations work unable to be made on a dress that had horse hair, etc. I cried. I was mad. I didn’t know what to do. The next day because I had such a wonderful experience at B. Ella bridal I was willing to go back and try on the other dresses that I hadn’t tried on at my previous appointment because I was now set an a certain style that I had previously tried on. KIYANNA got me in that day! I walked in and was greeted with nothing but smiles and hugs. We tried on more dresses and I still couldn’t find one that compared to the dress I found at the other salon. KIYANNA went out of her way to call Casablanca which was the designer of the dress that I fell in love with. She did a rush shipping order and was able to get my dress it here in August. When I say this place made my experience 1000% what I wanted it to be, I mean it. Everybody was wonderful, but I mainly worked with KIYANNA and Amy. Both of which were great. If you want that experience but every bride is looking for when they find their wedding dress, then B. Ella bridal is the place for you. I will forever be grateful!! ♥️

I also visited another bridal salon in the area and after visiting Bridal Couture of Plymouth, I cannot recommend any other salon! Jacquline was SO KIND and SO ENCOURAGING. She made sure every dress I tried on got its fair chance, re-clipping and re-pinning dresses, so I could see them from every angle. I almost picked a dress that I was liked a lot about, but she encouraged me to try on the final dress I had pulled and THANK GOD she did because it was PERFECT, I knew immediately it was my dream dress. I never felt pressured to just pick a dress or felt like my timeline wouldn't work. Coming from out of state she was so kind and so accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Kasey Kohn: Outstanding experience. They have dresses for every size and shape, but it is a refined selection that will impress but not overwhelm. Jacqueline is one of a kind. She makes it fun and special. She knows how to perfectly clip or pin a dress to make it feel perfect even in the sample and has wonderful suggestions. I felt super comfortable with her and that made my appointment even more enjoyable. I highly recommend you make an appointment using their online system and give them a try, you won't regret it.

Ever since I was a maid of honor and went to this store with my Bf Amy almost 5 years ago. Anyway, I selected my dream dress by Enzonai, and they helped me find the perfect matching jacket and veils. Jacqueline and Carol were always there to greet me with a smile and felt a part of the process, we loved going to see the dress and them. Honestly going to miss working with such an awesome vendor. Deb, the seamstress, does fantastic work and with a smile too. We also selected our bridesmaid dresses from the shop in Birmingham, quite helpful too and everything on time.
