Amanda, customer service representative was very helpful, upfront greeted and asked if there are any issues, and once described, she documented and took corrective action during the service. The service was very quick in reasonable wait time. There are some snacks and hot drinks machine, had hot chocolate. It was a good a experience!

The service rep said the issue I am bringing up was my fault. He said "Because I did not keep my key away enough from my car while parking. Therefore, your battery drained."The second malfunction was in May 30, 2023. The AC system completely failed suddenly. The service rep said they have no time to inspect the car before June 14, 2023. Two weeks without AC.... It is outrageous....

Sorry that I do not overextend on purchases. Darin did not seem to care if I bought a car or not. He didn't give me his card or ask for my info before I left. They are also closed on Saturday and Sunday. Am I supposed to take off work to buy a car? Unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be returning for service or sales on my personal Mazda 3.
