He walked us through the main features and showed us the online videos to watch to learn more. We refer back to the videos frequently as we try out the many features. Jennifer made the loan process painless and found us a great loan rate. The only negative was having to wait six weeks for our new car, but that’s common these days. Would definitely buy from Germain Lexus of Ann Arbor again.
Pan Pan: 35K miles service on Lexus RX350. Amanda, customer service representative was very helpful, upfront greeted and asked if there are any issues, and once described, she documented and took corrective action during the service. The service was very quick in reasonable wait time. There are some snacks and hot drinks machine, had hot chocolate. It was a good a experience!

I worked with Aimee Kurutz who made the buying experience easy and enjoyable, she reviewed potential savings over the phone so I knew before I visited the dealership what to expect out the door in terms of cost. She rode along for a test drive with me because I wasn't familiar with the area, was friendly and upbeat during our conversation and when we got back to her desk she was able to draw up the paperwork. Aimee didn't add in additional fees or markups, found a great price for me for this car, had it clean and ready to go when I arrived. I would recommend her to anyone interested in buying a car here!

Back in 2021, my family rented a 2021 Mazda CX-5 for what became one of the most memorable road trips my family has ever experienced throughout California. After that trip, I instantly knew that my first vehicle was definitely going to be a Mazda CX-5 model. This year, I made it my goal to make my dream come true, literally! Thankfully, I came across the wonderful team at Sesi Motors who really went above and beyond my expectations in assisting me on purchasing a 2023 Mazda CX-5 Select in a beautiful Machine Gray Metallic color. To say I'm STILL in Cloud 9 is an understatement! HUGE shoutout and my gratitude to Nick Scott for his professionalism, efficiency, and genuine interest to learn what features, products, and services I prioritized and was looking for in a vehicle. He maintained contact with me throughout the process, diligently answered all my questions, and facilitated the process on my behalf taking into consideration my schedule and living almost 2 hours away. Zhu Shen: This is specifically targeted at the service department.Got 2023 Volvo XC60 in Sept 2022. The first malfunction was in April 30. The battery drained for unknown reasons while parking. The service rep said the issue I am bringing up was my fault. He said "Because I did not keep my key away enough from my car while parking. Therefore, your battery drained."The second malfunction was in May 30, 2023. The AC system completely failed suddenly. The service rep said they have no time to inspect the car before June 14, 2023. Two weeks without AC.... It is outrageous....

Noah Krichau: Wasted an afternoon at Sesi Motors. They offered me $2,000 less than most dealerships on my trade-in and then had the gall to say that they do not finance below $7,500. Sorry that I do not overextend on purchases. Darin did not seem to care if I bought a car or not. He didn't give me his card or ask for my info before I left. They are also closed on Saturday and Sunday. Am I supposed to take off work to buy a car? Unacceptable in my opinion. I will not be returning for service or sales on my personal Mazda 3.

They were very helpful when I called regarding the vehicle I wanted and even let me put a deposit down on it so no one else would buy it before I had a chance to look at it. And they went above and beyond what they needed to do, the salesman came to pick me up from the bus stop as I was coming in from over an hour away (thanks Bob!). Got a great deal on my car and they took good care of it at the service center before selling it to me, would definitely do business with them again.
