Javier Samayoa: I came in for a detailing wash and clay bar service after setting up an appointment over the phone, at which time I was told that my wait time would be about 2 hours, so I could just wait around and not have to drop it off during the detailing. When I got there, I was informed that they never stated that and that was my own impression and that it would take all day. The gentleman at the counter brought over the manager who said it could be done in two hours, but the counter person seemed annoyed and was talking to the manager like I was not standing in front of him. I would say their customer service needs a bit of work because it should have been me the one annoyed, not them.
Matthew Schaller: I brought my car into this place for a clean up after a road trip in May. It had bugs all over the outside, salt stains on the floor mats from winter driving, sand and dog hair everywhere. It came back looking like a new car. No pet hair, no sand, and all the fries I had dropped where I couldn't reach them were gone. Worth every penny of the money spent
Michael K: They were excellent, but not cheap (worth the money, though). I got their "Premier" package, both inside and out, and they did not take shortcuts (got all the nooks and crannies, and little compartments). My car looked fantastic. Their shuttle service was drama free, on time, and service was polite and professional.The best thing to note is that they were honest- I left some cash in the glove compartment and center console (One of the tests I do to see if I will go back to the place), and sure enough, it was safely put into a cardboard box with all the other stuff. Spare change that got stuck in the seats and under the rugs- all put into the box. Nice.
Kyle: Bought a used car and the previous owner had a dog. I don't have any pets and wanted to start the car clean. All the hair was gone, interior vacuumed, and smell was gone as much as you could hope for. They also cleaned the exterior which was a bonus. Would definitely go back with other vehicles for detailing or cleaning in Ann Arbor.

Afterwards, a technician showed me everything that had been done, and a few days later I got a call asking me how things were looking. Good price also. I wish I had a before picture so badly, but I have a huge Lab that sheds heavily which led to the whole interior of my car absolutely coated in dog hair. Plus having friends in my car a lot too, it was just not clean whatsoever. I dropped my car off at 8am & when I pulled in at 4pm, it was SPOTLESS. It was parked right in the front running with the heat on (it was freezing so I really appreciated this thoughtful detail), exterior sparkling, and I swear to god not a dog hair in sight. I couldn't believe it, it looked better than it did when I purchased it directly from the dealership. He also gave me recommendations to manage the dog hair!I highly recommend going here if you need your car detailed! Tajah Eddy: This place was awesome! I dropped my car off at opening (9am) and it was finished at 3:53pm. The car was a WRECK, with toddler crumbs, and dirty seats, and sticky cupholders. When I got the car back it was absolutely SPOTLESS. I was so impressed with the ease of the entire day. PLUS, they texted me once my car was finished so I didn't have to play a guessing game. Also, they didn't use any weird scents, so the car came back spotless and smelled like nothing. My only critiques is that when calling their phone was fuzzy so it was hard to hear. And when paying, they charge an extra 5% if you pay with a card. So make sure you have cash on hand. Otherwise, wonderful experience and I will definitely be back here!Service:Auto detailing

Michael Thomas: Unsatisfaction is what you will retain after receiving A2 Auto‘s services. Brought my truck to them for an interior and exterior detail 40 minutes away from home which led me to go with the most expensive package they offer known as the “ELITE” package. Upon arrival i was excited to see my 2020 silverado to look brand new again after spending $280 on their services. On my drive home i couldn’t help but notice all of the smudge marks on my mirrors, windows, cluster, and eapecially the corners of my mirrors and windows where it hadn’t even been attempted to be cleaned. It’s pretty bad when you think to yourself there’s no way i would pickup my date with my truck looking like this. CindyW: Brought car to Novi location for "Elite" detail. When I picked up the car, it was dirty. Not only was the grill work not polished, it wasn't even clean. There were scuffs on the paint that I easily removed with a rag, so if they polished it at all, they missed several spots. It looked almost as good as if I had taken it to a full service car wash - but at $152, it was alot more expensive!
Devon Parker: I went in for an express detail and they were done in about an hour. They did a great job, especially since this was an express detail, but I noticed an area that I felt was missed. I called after hours and was surprised that someone answered! Then, without any issue, the owner (Brandi) helped me reschedule at a convenient time to make it right. Everyone in the shop cares and I know Brandi does everything she can to earn repeat business and have happy customers! I will return.

Lynn Schwiderson: I first used Auto Image 6 years ago and was well pleased with their attention to detail. Fast forward to last week and they still ROCK! Since I suffer from severe chemical sensitivity, they use enzymes and products which don’t affect my health negatively. This kind of service and attention to a customer’s specific needs is impossible to find elsewhere. Brandi was wonderful to deal with and operates a fun, family operated business. Everyone did a superb job at a fair price. Hence, my 2006 Saturn Vue has never looked better. At 13 years old, it’s very close to ‘showroom new’, but without the nasty new car smell! In other words, it’s PERFECT! If only they could do for people what they do for automobiles, I’d be 62 going on 25🙂!!!

It was fairly dirty from the inside as I have a kid that likes to eat a lot and the paint had some swirls from taking it to the car wash constantly. Angela M: This was my first visit to this car wash. I paid $28 for a "full service ultimate wash."The wash and the vacuum were subpar. I get a better wash from zippy wash at half the cost. Not to mention there were spots in my car that didn't even get vacuumed.
Brad Brown: This was my first and last time coming here. $28 dollar exterior car wash is all it is at best. I had to come home and do the interior and the windows all over again after I paid for it. They do a dusting at best inside. So do yourself a favor and get an $8 dollar wash somewhere else and do the interior yourself.

Jim Henderson: This is just a really expensive exterior car wash now. I haven’t been here in a couple years, and it sure has changed. $28 bucks for a basic interior vacuum and half a$$ wipe down. They used to spray your mats off and do a really nice job at cleaning up the inside.Never again.Zippy’s is $19.95 a month for unlimited wash and free vacuuming!!Can’t imagine you’ll stay in business much longer with customers not returning.👎Service:Auto interior vacuuming

The bottom of the car is rarely cleaned and tire shine doesn't ever work. I complain and they'll do it manually. Is it worth $20+ to have your car washed? No, not any more. I'm going to try just a basic and do the rest myself since that's about what happens anyway. What a sad end to what used to be a great car wash.

They were nice when I asked about this but the person who appeared to be in charge took no responsibility for the work and acted like “well, we did something so that should be good enough”. I literally asked for a rag and spray to work on it myself which they were happy to let me do.
