Jennifer Tislerics: Well lit, lots of parking spots, frequent buses.I wait to approach the light to exit onto the SB US23 ramp until the light is red, so I can cross Plymouth Road before the traffic exiting 23 onto EB Plymouth gets started, because once that line is rolling it doesn't stop. A dedicated green light for safety would be appreciated!
Myles Graybill: Safe place to park overnight!
Brett Howd: Very nice place to park and hitch a ride. The parking lot is pretty big and is well lit up at night. It's right next to US 23 with stores and gas stations all in walking distance. You can leave your car there for free. The lot is wheelchair accessible also.
Andrew Johanns: $6/gallon gas and no overnight parking really discourages carpooling. Even tried calling for authorization to park overnight per their signage and received no assistance.
Joe Napoleon: Very convenient meeting place.
Faye Douthat: Right off of US 23. There is a light that helps to exit the commuter lot.

Trooper Long: Someone suggested this lot is well lit; that is incorrect.This lot is just a public carpooling/commuter lot. It is NOT one of the AATA TheRide’s Park & Ride lots, and does not have night time lighting. AATA buses do not stop in the lot. This lot is considerably smaller than TheRide’s Park & Ride lots located at M-14 and Miller, US-23 and Plymouth, and lots near Pioneer High and on South State St. near I-94.If you plan on turning left out of the lot during most business hours, you will be waiting: Traffic is very heavy there due to proximity to Eisenhower Blvd., the ramps to I-94 at Ann Arbor-Saline Rd., and the shopping center adjacent to those ramps.

Cassandra Linklater: Very difficult to get in and out of this park and ride. It's nice that it's right off the highway, yet I had to make several turnarounds just to get in there and then to get back out.

J W: Convenient Park and ride location located in Ann Arbor. Plenty or parking in a huge lot. When we parked on a Saturday morning we were only 1 of 5 cars in the entire lot and when we came back on a Monday we're only 1 of 3 cars in the lot.
DonnaLeegolfho57: This place was easy to get to and very clean. I felt very safe leaving my new car there for a few hours.

caroline: It is a nice lot with lots of spots. The exit its off is a little confusing and my mom had trouble finding it but it served its purpose.
John Bishop: i like how you can carpool at this lot. Although, who the heck carpools nowadays? i am always confused why it is full of cars.

But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. I know times are tough but you need to vet your drivers for at least bare minimum standards.Almost ran over by 44 bus at 5:14 Sept 2. You were almost sued! If I would have been hit you would be out a few million easy. Two witnesses.
Eric Langewicz: I'd give my experience today 0 stars if I could. Bus routes, printed and live updated, failed to reflect reality all day. Bus driver missed a turn on the 5 today and wasted more time. She didn't even go the right way after the fact. I had to walk miles in 90 degree heat because of you guys.
Hollyrock90: I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book
Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.
