NSF International: what do users think?
Greg Reyneke: NSF is a critical part of the development and maintenance of ANSI standards that affect drinking water amongst many others.
Lon Matero: Water employees rely on NSF International when it comes to water standards. How many of the 3,000 NSF employees are checking if this old fashioned fluoride chemical is still the best water additive? Look at the periodic table of elements; of all the things to add to water, why does it have to be the element F, one of the most dangerous and toxic elements known to man?Update: On the Ides of March, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services National Toxicology Program released a report:"This review finds, with moderate confidence, that fluoride exposure is associated with lower IQ in children. The association between higher fluoride exposure and lower IQ in children was consistent across different study populations, study locations, study quality/risk-of-bias determinations, study designs, exposure measures, and types of exposure data (group-level and individual-level). There were 19 low risk-of-bias studies that were conducted in 15 study populations, across 5 countries, and evaluating more than 7,000 children. Of these 19 studies, 18 reported an association between higher fluoride exposure and lower IQ."
Alfred Brock: This is a very attractive building on very well kept grounds. It is located on a hill with a commanding presence and view of the dell before it. The building is kept up well. The art at the front of the building and in the lobby is very attractive and interesting. This location is the world headquarters for the organization.Assembled here are a number of scientists including engineers, microbiologists, toxicologists, chemists and public health experts .They provides services and testing to organizations and governments across 180 countries involved in all major industries. The work that is done includes a wide range of testing, certification and technical services as well as human health risk assessments.
Amber Doan: A lot of bullying, and they do NOTHING about it. People get to threaten each others life in a work place, nothing happens. All I hear about is negative stuff about this place
Jim S: They masquerade as a "not for profit" but are really all about generating income for the higher up managers, executives and expansion.
James Skornicka: They are for the advancement of human health throughout the globe
Bruce Bartley: Good people to work with
Adam D: Full of academics that ask academic questions. The Mexican buffet was good!
Sandy Jordanek: Worked here as a temp for 8 great months!
Odin1177: Parking is terrible
John Schweiger: Just a work related drive by
Nazim Uddin: I went there for an interview. This company certify food, packaging and coating materials. They are typical Midwestern company with low payment with maybe little better job security.
George: Had a very informative meeting there
Angga Fauzi: Good job
Ibrahim Abbas: Wonderful place to work
Brian Hill: It's a great place to work.
Sean Caputo: Great company with super team.
James Smith: False non profit. Executives make $1-2 million dollars per year.
David DuPuis: Interesting
Danielle Kale: They were very kind although unable to test my water. They directed me to a company that can.
John Madden: These folkes make various types of bearings. You know my favorite type of bearings is ball-bearings. Unfortunately they told me that these were not bearings made of FOOTBALLS!Could you imagine that? You could drive to the big game and then just grab the old pigskin right out of your car!NSK call me if you want to persue this idea!!

Divers Incorporated - Ann Arbor: what do users think?
K. Rutherford Thomas: UPDATE: 1/6/2022 (written 2023)It has take me a while to get around to writing this updated review. As I am conflicted. We really like everyone at Divers Inc and have had some great experiences, but also had an unacceptable one. Hence removal of just the ONE star. The learning experience was WONDERFUL! Lessons etc. Went on a couple dive adventures with them and had a wonderful time.Feel like I received comprehensive training and know that I can travel around the world and dive with confidence.I am hoping that post covid they have been able to train and retain some staff. I believe our negative experiences were related to the delightful staff just being overworked to the point of failure. That being said, I'm still very disappointed that an oversight that shouldn't have happened, ruined our ten day Caribbean diving trip.Original post:Truly passionate and professional staff. I asked real questions and got real answers. They have accommodated our many family challenges and we couldn’t be happier. Already booking our first dive vacation!
Wayne Atkinson: Megan runs trips that are fun, organized and stress-free, and give you the chance to see some amazing wrecks. You really should go diving with these folks.
Robert Watson: Divers Inc. is a fantastic shop. Family owned and operated. I found the owner Rich Synowiec to be extremely knowledgeable and willing to always go the extra mile.I highly recommend this shop for all your diving needs!
Michael Chan: Excellent associates, knowledgeable, great help. Truly enjoyed the shopping & training experiences! Definitely will return & do business again!
sockeye bob: Very friendly and helpful staff.
Kate Berg: Hands down the best dive shop in the area. The staff are great humans, passionate about what they do and excited to go the extra mile to get you diving. If you're looking to be part of a dive community, this is what you've been waiting for.
Hannah Hilbert: This has been my go-to dive shop for 5 years now, and there is a reason I have remained a customer even after moving closer to other shops. The personalized experience at Divers Inc cannot be beat. No matter where you are on the SCUBA journey, you will be pleased to work with these passionate and disciplined people.
Alex Friesner: Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff and excellent instruction. Everyone there has an an obvious passion for diving, both locally and abroad. I've taken many classes with the resident Course Director (who still gets in the water for fun dives with customers!) Overall a great shop, would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to get started in their diving life or progress all the way through tec trimix, they do it all.
Brian Parent: Excellent dive shop with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great place to take classes and buy equipment!
Madison Bachman: I took my advanced diving certification class and my boyfriend his dry suit certification class with Bill. Had an amazing, one on one experience throughout the course. Extremely knowledgeable and an excellent instructor. Will definitely be coming back for more certification classes and diving experiences!
Pete Ward: Rich and Bill are very helpful and knowledgeable. My wife got certified through this shop and she loved it. They even have monthly meetings to talk about diving and planning trips.
Aaron Oaks: I had the recent pleasure of meeting Rich, and I was extremely suprised at how knowledgable and informative he is.As for the store, this is a well socked store with plenty of rental gear available! Also, they have an awesome program for trying new gear (one dive guarantee). Talk to the store for more details.
Allen John: I love the people at Divers Inc. The training I received was organized and safe. I had fun learning and making friends. Since my training, I've continued diving in part because of the people who run this store. Thanks!
