Brandy Conway: I ordered on the app for delivery and never received my order. I kept trying to call the store and no one would pick up. After 30 minutes a man picked up i told him i did not get my delivery i was very polite he said the use door dash or uber eats for delivery and he would see what he could do. He put me on hold for a minute and hung up. I called back they answered and hung up on me again!! Do not waste your money or time with this place.

Tj: So Thursday I visited my long time favorite BW3 restaurant and I was SHOCKED to having had witnessed the DECLINE in QUALITY of food; to maybe what has nothing to do with the staff, but nonetheless, some things I won't be ordering again. Yes the servers are pleasant to look at and appear friendly but edgy when they think they know you.The traditional wings must've been taken OFF their steroid diet because they were itty bitty and not at all tasteful. They used to be 6-7 per pound but my wild wing guess is that now they are 11-12 per pound. They weren't extra wet as I asked but I didn't want to make a big deal causing more of an attitude from an already seemingly agitated and busy server.The boneless I received was looking more like kibbles and bits or balls of fried bread... and on BOGO night. Usually when the wing spinner notices the boneless aren't up to par in size customers get some courtesy extras... NOT this time. It even looked like the souffle cups of dressing got smaller. Maybe the restaurant is going threw alot of company changes but this was a MAJOR BOMB for me and my party. The beer was great tho, as beer usually is. But everything else, #poorpoor

Ben Schwarz: Order of wings came out cold and had obviously been sitting, when I asked to have it warmed up and some fresh sauce on the side they added sauce but didn’t warm up the wings. Waiter didn’t ask for our drink order and gave us the bill then went and sat on his phone in the middle of the restaurant for 10 minutes, without looking up to take the payment.

Joy Johnson: I came in to visit a friend for the first time in Ann Arbor. We chose to grab something quick to eat and it was here. Our waitor Eli is in need of additional training on the attentiveness to his customers. We ordered 2 appetizers only received one then had to ask about the other. We ordered chicken wings with fries both were cold when brought to the table. Jerrod the manager could've been more supportive vs dismissive of our complaint. He did take some things off our order ( Thank You). I will say the gentleman (Paul) that handled the bar was on point with his customers. Everyone walked away satisfied. Thank you!

Jarryn Shin: Food tastes great. It’s what you’d expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings. But take-out service is absolutely atrocious. Doesn’t matter if they’re busy or not. During my four years here, I’ve never had a carry out order that included my entire order. Something is always missing or incorrect. Missing sauce, missing fries, boneless instead of bone in, ranch instead of blue cheese, or something similar. Make sure to check your order before you leave the store cause chances are, something’s missing.

Karen: This has to go down as the worst dining experience ever. My family and my I came here on a Sunday afternoon and not at a busy time. We sit down and order our food relatively quickly only to sit for the next 40 mins waiting for our food to come. I would be understanding if the place was busy but to add insult to injury the table behind us came in 15 mins after us and had their food and eating while we still had nothing to show for our time sitting. The manager came over and told us she would check to see where our food. After a few more minutes of waiting and no manager. My husband went up to look for her and could not be found. We told them we were done and to cancel the order. On a positive note we had an excellent experience with service and food across the street at Red Robin.

Eon Prystup: The food I was served here was good, I asked for the Classic Chicken Wrap with no sauces, and received a well crafted wrap, nothing particularly outstanding, but I definitely recommended. The service was great, I can't recall my waitresses name unfortunately, but she was very friendly and funny. Even during the extremely busy hours with a party of 35 dining in she didn't act disrespectful to anyone, and was very quick and organized. The atmosphere was a little off putting, the place seemed a little cramped, and I was sitting basically right next to a basketball arcade game that was pretty popular, but very clunky and loud. There were plenty of TVs with a variety of sports to watch and be distracted with though, so I can't complain too much!

While personally the fries aren't the best, the smoked wings are delicious and I haven't had one of their sauces that tastes bad. And on top of that the price is amazing!

I called the store who said they couldn't issue refund and I had to call doordash. I called doordash, and they said it's just wings had to issue refund. Card charges show chilis ann arbor, not doordash. Either way, I have no food and I was charged the full amount.

Kaya B: Got buffalo boneless wing combo, the ranch is fantastic but the wings were somehow soggy and dry at the same time. Fries were burnt. Buffalo sauce had a bit of funk to it and overall wasn't great. Im not sure if the soggy/dry problem is true for the bone-in wings but I def don't recommend boneless.

Ordered here plenty of times and there are Plenty of sauces to choose from but when I ordered Parmesan garlic, it appeared to be a dry rub and not much on the wings. I wouldn’t recommend that sauce. They tend to go light on the sauce and you are guaranteed to get a couple wings without sauce sadly. Another thing to note, be sure to pick the order up right away otherwise the wings and fries will be cold when you get it. It doesn’t appear that they put it on a heater to keep warm when it is ready.

I liked the calypso heat, it had a great habanero spice but was a little too hot for me and the chipotle honey was good, but not great. My although my girlfriend and brother quite liked the creole parmesan. The lemon pepper was a little too lemon forward. The fries (plain and Cajun) were pretty mediocre. They were pretty dense and did not reheat well. It's pretty expensive for what it is, unless a flavor really stick out next time, I don't see myself coming regularly

Darren C: Went for traditional wings yesterday. Was blown away by the firecracker sauce and the fries. Fries were seasoned amazingly and were crispy yet potatoey in the middle aka perfect. Firecracker sauce is arguably the best wing sauce I've ever had. Saw that they did boneless wing happy hour and had to double dip today. Sauce on the side so everything stays nice and crispy and so you can reheat without it getting mushy. They just changed bdubs to Buffalo Wild Who?

Could have been ok if cooked right?The Mac and Vheese was so so so creamy and gross. Thick, loads of sauce and a few noodles. Ordered normal amount of panko on top and it was COATED in it. It was way too gross, rich and thick but pretty bad. My 11 year old son who has never turned down Mac and cheese hated it. My husband who will eat anything, really struggled to choke it down lol.Missing the sauce we ordered. For 3 people, 12 pc tenders, sauces ( missing) Mac and cheese and potato salad it was a bit over $50. Made the whole family feel sick to our stomachs after eating here unfortunately. Ordered the simplist items and the only thing that was ok (not great) was the potato salad.

David J: I know during the pandemic and afterward, every business struggled to maintain the standards they had before; Buffalo Wild Wings is not immune to this. Dinner on Saturday at 5 pm, more than half the restaurant was empty, but being served room temperature food or cooler is something that is hard to stomach. The food was the same standard minus the temperature; the kid's meals felt like it did make under a heat lamp. I made an additional order to take home and requested the food to be hot, and it was.
