Olivia Kreger: I come here fairly often and the food itself is always fine, but I do have some complaints. First of all, online ordering is never ready when it says it will be. Expect to wait 5-10 extra minutes for your food depending on the order size. Secondly, if you’re ordering a burrito, be prepared for the rice and beans to take up 90% of the order with barely anything else. Lastly, twice now have they charged me for guacamole and forgotten to put it in. Guac is an extra 2.40 so you can tell how disappointed I am to find that it’s often forgotten. Also, the workers are never that pleasant. I understand that this is a difficult job to have but at least putting some effort into making it look like you care about the customers would be nice.
Davina Curtis: At one point I would get lunch once a week here. But the staff changes, you order and pay online. Only to find out they are out of things, and reimbursement forget it!! App isn't build like that and their employees have no idea! Last visit.. I don't know if they were being funny, My order was again chips I paid for I can't get and my order was Topped with TONS of RED HOT sauce, which was not ordered.. made everything inedible!! Ronald Narge: This place is a mess!!, when you go in to get food the line is always almost out the door and this place is super slow and they have plenty of staff but the issue is a terrible GM and shift managers you have to wait like 45 minutes to get through the lines. Also the GM at this location needs to be fired and someone else needs to be hired in their position because every time someone goes in for a mobile or DoorDash GrubHub Uber eats order they are never doing the orders even if it’s 12:30 pm , when they clearly have what they need plus the staff, they just don’t want to do your order. And the district manager should intervene and this store needs to be audited!!!! Because the people that work there need to be let go and they need to hire non lazy staff that actually want to work and make the orders that they have to!!, no more being said I will be calling corporate and make sure somethings done about this location
Sarah DeStefano: Placed an order via DoorDash because I had a quick dinner break from work. When I arrived, they said they "don't do DoorDash," which is curious since their location accepted the order via the platform. Can you refund my order then? "We don't do that." Can you remove yourselves from DoorDash so that people do not waste their time ordering here then? "We don't do that." In addition to the inconvenience, the interaction was unnecessarily rude, like I was an annoyance to them for placing an order. I turned around and went elsewhere and was late to return to work. Won't be eating here anymore.

Paige Pierce: Do not go here! Someone stole my order from the pick up shelf (which is already a problem in itself) and instead of offering any solutions or to make it again they said there were none and I would have to just reorder (which meant standing in the incredibly long line or paying AGAIN on the app which I have to also go through to get my “refund”. They basically tough luck, order again. And then one of them walked away while I was asking for help and blatantly ignored me trying to get her attention again. Honestly so unhelpful and rude it was laughable.
alexander teasdale: Someone stole my pick up order and the manager told me they wouldn't remake it because they "already made it once". Had to refuse to leave until they would give me the food I paid for. Next time I tried to order it from Doordash they took an hour of accepting the order and then canceled it for system problems.
Marcel Elkouri: Not great vibes. Employees are visibly overworked by management, and UM students are often demanding. It’s no wonder every time I’ve ordered from here my order has been wrong, or menu options just weren’t available. Working here seems like hell, and the impact of that stress on the workers is obvious - just look at the other reviews for this place. Major change is needed to improve the wellness of the young people working here.

Emma Viglas: I went to this Chipotle with high expectations. I walked in and waited for about 25 minutes in line because somebody couldn’t work the register. This somebody was very kind nonetheless.I ordered the chicken Al pastor. Everything was fine. Tasted pretty mediocre compared to my other chipotle experiences. About 8-12 hours later I was greeted by some nonchalant nausea. The next morning I woke up and realized I had gotten food poisoning. There’s no doubt in my mind it was from this place. I urge the workers of this Chipotle to monitor the temperature of their meats and to make sure their products are being kept separate and clean. I would advise against going to this Chipotle because it resulted in a horrible 48 hours for me. If you do go to this facility, Goodluck.

Kyle Walton: This Chipotle is the worst one I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of basic items or have issues with service or staffing. And don’t even try to order online because your order will come missing items with no explanation or notice and it will be barely filled. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in Briarwood mall. It may be further away, but at least you will get a decent experience compared to this place.

Chief Ken: This location is so hit and miss. Some days you’ll get good portions and service, other days your bowl weighs an ounce and it’s all thrown together. I got virtually the same thing today as I did yesterday, yet there’s hardly anything in this bowl for what I ordered. Just take the “extra” button off because you don’t add extra portions anyways 🙄

Joshua Barbour: This place literally makes up their own hours. You never know when the place is actually going to be open. The lobby is closed most of the time and just the drive through will be open so you gotta order online and sit in the parking lot. Then they either give you a really small portion or mess up your order all together, and you can’t say anything about it because you can’t see what they are giving you. The first time there was an additional 20 min wait past the scheduled pickup time while there was no one else in line in front of us. The black beans were super spicy, we had ordered them in every dish. The adults could handle it but not our toddler. Who puts spicy options in a kids meal? We brushed it off as a preparation mistake that day.Last night, we ordered take out for a road trip. The black beans were super spicy again, so this seems to be a regular thing at this location. I was joking with my husband about the art of making a burrito where you somewhat disperse the various ingredients throughout the piece. For half the thing, I was just munching on black beans and rice, it was so dry. Then I got suspicious and turned on the light to check. My burrito only contained beans and rice, and heaps of cheese were waiting for me in the second half. I had ordered a veggie burrito with fajita veggies, beans, rice, guac, salsa and lettuce. Apart from the beans and rice everything was missing. And I had basically ordered a vegan dish and the second half was not something I wanted. I called the store to request a refund but no one answered the phone. I ended up speaking to a live agent via chat support who gave me a promo code for a free entree in the next 30 days.Because we were still driving I started reading aloud the reviews on here. Turns out this location seems to frequently run out of fresh ingredients. My husband realized his burrito did not contain lettuce either. We are now wondering whether they had simply run out of fresh stuff and filled my burrito with the things they had left. Our burritos were also much smaller than usual. If our suspicion is indeed the case, it's obviously unacceptable to not tell the customer that you were unable to fulfill an order as purchased and still charge full price.You only know what's in a take out burrito until you are on your way and diving in. We will not order from this location again.Vegetarian options: plenty of vegetarian and vegan options
Pooja Green: Lobby inexplicably closed and Chipotlane was so long it went into street; no cars moved for over 10 minutes. It became obvious that my kids would not get their order for a good 45 minutes. Had to leave as by now approaching bedtime. Online support (Clarence) refused to provide a refund and offered a free Entree despite being told we only order kids meals. Horrid experience and customer service.
Sarah Munger: Don't order online. If they are out of stuff they will just make it without it and apologize. However it's possible that you wouldn't have even ordered that item knowing something was out of stock. Also, don't go an hour before closing because they will lock the doors and say that they're closed even though their hours on the door say that they're open. I've been here many times and I love Chipotle, but they never seem to have the vinaigrette which is frustrating. Whoever's in charge of ordering at this location needs to do better.

Eric D'Ippolito: I don’t usually post, but this store was so dirty it was crazy. I ordered my food and asked the cashier for a tray and he hands me a dirty tray. He knew it was dirty cause he tried to wipe it off. Plus the whole place was dirty, looks like the tables were never wiped down and the floors never swept. Honestly the place is nasty. Brandon D: Chipotles everywhere are usually a pretty consistent experience. This place is the exception and not for the better. My experience seems rather consistent with the reviews of others. I arrived 30 min before closing to pick up my online order and the doors were all locked up. This has happened multiple times, the restaurant being closed well before closing time. Someone in the parking lot that had been inside said that the manager was having a fit and closed the place down. I proceeded to get my food through the drive thru and thought everything was fine at that point. However, I got home and realized that my bowl was missing the protein, guac, sour cream, and cheese so just rice, salsa, and lettuce was given to me. I went back to the restaurant and asked them to fix it. They proceeded to tell me they were out of everything, so that is why my bowl was made the way that it was. Seriously, who gives a customer an order that they know is completely wrong and says nothing?
