Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority/TheRide: what do users think?
Thomas Baker: Everyone was so helpful and friendly to acquire my ADA bus pass!
Chance Springer: Clean busses my fav is Nova Bus
Mark Erichson: Well, it's a small office to which you have to go to do boring tasks. But it was clean, there was seating, the process (getting a bus pass) was straightforward and pretty quick, and the staffer was very pleasant. Not exactly a place I'd take out-of-town guests to, but not a place I'd dread revisiting, either.
kai peter stabell: 31 oh 31 - what is really the value in any schedule?
Julia Norton: Mostly crowded buses but the drivers are friendly and very helpful I love the transit will continue to use the bus for my travel needs with 3.00 a day it's a lot cheaper and safer than driving yourself so thanks Ann arbor transit authority
Nishant Jain: On time and clean
Billy Williams: Clean on time changing ports behind various seats informative drivers cost effective
Steve Polykernopolis: Van 942 trying to drag race cars down huron st in ann arbor 1-7-23 going 45mph in a 25 mph zone
Katherine Read: Timely reliable convenient
Ayodeji Arojo: Well organized system.
sujana ranjit: Best service in Ann Arbor for those who doesn't drive.
Mamie Rudd: Love the bus service in Ypsilanti! Buses are clean and drivers are kind.
Kyle Newmeyer: Got my senior citizen pass for free bus rides all over Ann Arbor
Hannah J: 👍Great
Jessica Remmert: Very helpful and courteous front staff and drivers.
Victoria Poole: AWESOME JOB!!!! I respect each and every one of you Wonderful Drivers!
Bruce C: The fat driver on the 46 doesn't believe in stopping for passengers. I know times are tough but you need to vet your drivers for at least bare minimum standards.Almost ran over by 44 bus at 5:14 Sept 2. You were almost sued! If I would have been hit you would be out a few million easy. Two witnesses.
Eric Langewicz: I'd give my experience today 0 stars if I could. Bus routes, printed and live updated, failed to reflect reality all day. Bus driver missed a turn on the 5 today and wasted more time. She didn't even go the right way after the fact. I had to walk miles in 90 degree heat because of you guys.
Hollyrock90: I came here specifically to buy a fare deal card and a new bus pass, and where others would've let me span spend an arm and a leg on my bus pass the receptionist let me know that the price on the bus passes go down on Sunday August 28th. She was very professional and I truly appreciate that. This company is 5 stars all the way in my book
Aron Charles: Poor customer service. I feel bad everyday that I give aata my money, even if it's just a dollar. Majority of the drivers are rude, the busses does not match the time that the aata app provided nor the booklet that tell you what time the bus arrives. To top it all off the drivers will leave you no matter what. Even if you flag them down. They will act as if the do not see you. If I could leave a no star review I definitely would.
Bruce Popejoy: A group of friends and I took the bus downtown to the Ann Arbor Art Fair as it was cheaper than trying to find parking in that area. Both drivers were courteous, good at their job, but I don't understand why we stopped in both directions at bus stops and didn't pick anybody up but sat there at least 5 minutes.

Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority - Blake Transit Center: what do users think?
L.M.: It's nice that there's an inside place where you can wait for the bus + an information desk. Indian Trail buses are hard to find though. I've learned that they park right across from the entrance at S 4th Ave (and yes, there is no sign or something alike on the street telling you this lol). however, the bus drivers usually also enter the Transit Center and tell people that they have arrived, so I guess you would be fine to wait for them inside.
Camila Burky: Lugar calentito para esperar el bus
Cyle Lowe: Good spot there's buses that also go to Detroit Romulus Lansing Brighton Ypsilanti to
ALAN TAYLOR: Staff is very friendly and welcoming security guards there seem very friendly knowledgeable and helpful
Jordan Murdock: AATA staff are the best! The amount of bologna they put up with from disorderly members of the public, and still do their jobs professionally, it’s amazing!
T J: Great transportation services
Eric Stewart: Don't rely on them to hold a job because you're in for a lot of problems with attendance and tardiness. You'll LOSE your job. Oh, it's reliable when school is in session but, as soon as the students leave for the summer, everything goes nuts. Once they're back everything will be fine so if you only work from September through August then you are fine. It's as if the people that make Ann Arbor actually run simply don't matter.
John Smith: During the week bus service is top-notch, when it's a weekend it's not good
Ian “EmeansEmissary” Gearhart: Bus drivers are for the most part helpful
Alice Fox: I have never felt more disrespected in my life than the drivers of these buses treat me. I feel bullied from almost all driver just because i look low income. Like tonight the 32 bus driver lectured me about my face mask when there was nothing wrong with it, and told me to pull my cart in when this new bus has no room for strollers or carts. Even my dog gets criticesed from all drivers and ive had to show my card on several occasions.
Some dude: The #4 to Ann Arbor is always late or doesn't even show up at all during scheduled time. I get up early to make it to an earlier scheduled bus to try to avoid this, only to have it not show up during that time. Drivers pull over to check their phones all the time causing me to be late. Drivers on this route slam breaks and suddenly accelerate while you are walking to a seat on the bus, causing people to trip or walk into things. Once I saw a driver pull up to a stop, open and close the door in front of a person waiting to get on and drive off. The fact that these guys are now charging again is laughable.
Dana Murray: AATA bus drivers used to be so much better to patrons. The bus drivers used to be somewhat courteous. But now they only respect you if you're either a college student, an elderly White person, or Asian. AATA has grown over the years and serve a larger area of Ypsilanti than it used to. However, the level of customer service has obviously declined a whole lot in recent years.I think they've resorted to hiring bus drivers who've escaped from the D-DOT and SMART bus system. This Is Ann Arbor, Not Detroit. And they need to recognize that
Dora Diaspora: Get anywhere without a car!
Yin Yin Chen: Clean and easy to get to the bus stop that will take me from Ann arbor to dtw airport.
Lena Reeves: They lock the handicap restroom after banking hours. Even when it's open, you still have to travel back and forth across the building just to get them to buzz the door so you can enter the restroom. Another example of how wheelchair users are treated as nuisances in most public places.
Sherry Veal: Bus ride was fun with my great grand son but the roads still need work, as usual....
Alexander Harmata: Most drivers are nice and the frequency of buses is good. Bus ride to DTW is pretty affordable (12 dollars if arranged in advance). Decent number of people around the transit center at all times either waiting for a bus or just hanging out. The inside and outside of the transit center seem clean and safe.
Suzette Hammond: Clean bus
D C: Alot of rude drivers.
Danielle Wheeler: Newer drivers( weekend, evening) aren't very nice however; the punctuality of the buses seems to be improving.
Ryan Stewart: Most of the bus drivers are very unprofessional and dont obey basic traffic safety.
