Nightcap: what do users think?
Christina Salowich: Slow service and WOOF they put LEMON OIL in their espresso martini!!!! Why!!!???! I appreciate the gender neutral bathrooms though ✅
Max Monegan: Great cocktails! The staff is fun.
Cassie Laitila: Our server was amazing! Came for after dinner drinks from a birthday dinner on Monday and we couldn't have picked a better place! Great whiskey/bourbon/scotch choices at a very reasonable price, service was amazing, and cocktails were great! Definitely will be back!
Vyas Shenoy: Like the atmosphere and the drinks were great. Friendly staff.
anusha chanda: I went yesterday with my friends we sat by the bar. The bartender in red outfit greeted us so well and she gave recommendations for drinks. The drink menu is extensive and the blueberry lemon vodka shots we had were amazing! She definitely took extra effort and was really nice.I read the other comments where the service was bad but maybe they were trained on that now. They treated us very nicely and loved the drinks and ambience!
Shane Miller: I wandered in off the street, and I really just enjoyed the vibe and my bartender, Jordan, was probably the most pleasant person I’ve met in awhile, even though they were absolutely slammed. I would totally recommend this place if you want some more adult than a typical undergrad bar.
Aaron Casey: Best experience, Jordan is amazing!
Uma Pandit: Jordan was phenomenal and we had a great time!!! The lavender lemonade is the best
Arielle 9892: Nice bar with a great atmosphere and overall vibe but definitely could use more staffing. Went with a couple friends and we asked for more water a couple times and each time it took them at least 15 minutes just to come fill up our glasses with a pitcher. Drinks were good, and our server was friendly, but when it’s busy it can take a long time just to order. Having more staff working during busy times would definitely solve this issue because otherwise I had a decent experience!
Gail Flanagan: Great atmosphere. Drinks only. They did not have appetizers late at night.
Rebecca Hogan: Enjoyed an adult night out here on Saturday around 7. Great music (90s pop/R&B) and nice dark but clean atmosphere. We sat at the bar and the bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. Drinks were small but strong and tasty! We’ll be back!
Yoirs Poindexter: My boyfriend & I were visiting for the weekend from Chicago and we loved the atmosphere and vibe at Nightcap. The music was perfect & the service was amazing. The Chelsey’s were awesome. Very nice & made great drinks! We will be back.
Todays Present: I loved all the options for deliciously crafted beverages here. The waitress provided excellent recommendations based on what we liked to drink. The Negroni was perfect - slightly bitter, but otherwise smooth. The seating was unconventional yet comfortable. And the decor is lovely. When you walk in, you feel transported. I’d totally return and recommend.
Ralph Germain: Great place to go out and have amazing drinks
Anthony Sapienza: The cocktails are overpriced for the quality received.
Vanessa Mirelez: Poor service. Not very busy, inattentive bartenders, Rude hostess. Cashed me out with out asking if I’d like another drink, I had just arrived after a long day at work. I’d never recommend this place to any one. Not to mention they had gnats coming out of the bathroom sink 🤮
Colin Gregory: A few years ago, the drinks were better. Quality has gone down but prices have stayed the same.
Steven Fields: Awesome atmosphere! Pricey but worth the money, you will not be disappointed! Staff are nice, respectful and attentive. Definitely one of my favorite bars in Ann Arbor
ana baker (pink16club): Great wait staff, good vibes, and excellent music! Drinks were great too!
Gizem Acar: Sugary cocktails with barely any alcohol in them. Overpriced for what it is. The ambiance is okay.
Joshua bentley: Let me start by saying that I am not one to complain about bars. I'm 32 years old and have been to many around the world including places like New Zealand and the carribbean to name a few. This place had some of the rudest servers I have ever met. I hope anyone else that goes here has a better experience but I will most likely not be back. I may give it one more shot since I know people have bad days but I just can't believe the service I received. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The Last Word: what do users think?
Wilka Carvalho: Everything is great. They're kind of pushy and want you to order as much as possible for some reason. Maybe tips? But aside from that great drinks and good food. Just pushy service.Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Cameron Jones: A bar masquerading as a speakeasy. Worst effort I’ve ever seen put into a speakeasy. It’s just a bar with loud music. It is not an intimate setting for any meaningful conversation.
Ryan OKeefe: EDIT: After posting this review, the management got in touch with me the very next day and resolved the issue, as well as laid out how they plan to prevent it from happening again going forward. I am very impressed by ownership here, they have certainly earned repeat business from me!I ordered and paid for take out drinks 4 days in advance but then when I show up they are sold out of what I ordered. What is the point of pre ordering if they pay no attention to their actual stock? Very disappointed and walked away without what I was most looking forward to.
Lola Meyers: Love this place!!
Michael Johnston: Good drink, overpriced though
L WW: They serve the best cocktails in town.
Caleb Jones: TLW is one of the finer craft cocktail and service establishments in A2. The attention to detail and the ambiance, live music (be prepared, it's loud), and the food is always good or they're willing to make it right.Definitely worth a visit for townies and visitors alike.
Michael Santiago: Great atmosphere, food, and drinks.
Jordan Petro: Favorite bar in Ann Arbor. Drinks are amazing and the vibe is always great.
Emily Rogers-Driskill: Excellent service and drink recommendations.
J G: Best bar in Ann Arbor, great drink and atmosphere!
Tim Hodapp: Great selection, wonderful bourbon list with fair prices. Bar staff is friendly, informative, and very skilled. Great place to have a drink or two!
Tonya H.: We went on a Saturday evening. The hostess was not very friendly. The music was loud. The drinks were good and reasonably price. We did not eat here.
Elizabeth Rusanchin: Fantastic ambiance, great cocktails, and a delightful charcuterie board.
Philip Masone: Super cool place! Almost didn't realize it was there and got a tip from a local. Live jazz music and some of the most creative cocktails I've ever seen.
MrViciousway: Classy spot, id recommend it for a memorable date. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Amazing original drinks, Great atmosphere. Look for a red door
My two cents: Great place for a dark chill lounge with great drinks, food, and music. The smells are relaxing and inviting. Been looking for a place like this for years. Definitely takes you back to a time you've heard about with keeping this place on the DL.
Naomi B: phoenix is the absolute best!!! so sweet and welcoming! she also gave great recommendations. top notch cocktails
Lorena E: Great staff, music, food, and drinks! Even had the chance to try Pappy's.
Michael Emery: Outstanding cocktails and a fantastic sipping whiskey collection.
Andrew Hester: Very good drinks and atmosphere

Alley Bar: what do users think?
Vyas Shenoy: I would give a 2 star only because mixologist was complaining about how busy it was and did not want to check what customers are asking when it comes house favorite cocktails. “Sorry we are busy to help you with it” was the response.Ambience was good.
Parker Thomas: Great drinks and they have a pinball machine too!
Martin Richardson: Very nice. Pretty Bartender
Thulani Moyo: Authentic, fun and gritty!Usually a great DJ on Wednesday. Unfortunately the new DJ is not main stream so fewer people out partying! Tonight we had a different vibe hope it continues!Unfortunately they continue to have no vibe. This first video is before and the rest are before
Alexandra Touchstone: I always like the staff they are really nice, this bar is pretty lowkey too.
Steven Fields: If you want a drink that is made with love and creativity this is your bar, the staff are awesome and really good at making you feel like family! When you go please order a drink called My Ol' G Mary, you won't regret it!!
Cody Weikel: Come find the Alley Bar next to the... Good n Plenty Alley! Or find the round AB neon sign. A simple no frills bar with great service and a great place to have amazing conversations with friends. This was our last stop on our bar hopping adventure, and I'll say it was one of the best of the night. Thank you Alley Bar!
kevin spangler: Go to bar where the cool people hang out
anita airon: Great place bar tender Ban is very friendly and awesome is suggesting the drinks.
Tyler Wykoff: Great bar, friendly staff, super good prices for downtown.
Brett Borsvold: Always worth it. Good place to read.
Katie Medvec: Carolyn is a gem! Lovely place with beautiful drinks.
Peter Lussier: Terrible experience. Bartender messed up my order twice in a row. Even put the tab of the guy next to me on my bill. When asked about, the bartender yelled at me and said, “fine, don’t tip at all then.” It was confusing and frustrating. Terrible service
Ronald Henry: Cool place Bartender was one of the best
Michael Taillard: Their drink menu is creative and tasty. Service is good. The music is always too loud, and the jukebox switches songs at random intervals which is really jarring.
T B: Omg worse bar experience in the world. Sour smell as soon as you walk in this dive bar. Possible covid infested and high transmission rate location. Both drunk female bartenders obviously don't know how to make a delicious tasting Cuba Libra. Cola + Rum + lime. Not generic lime juice
John Mohn: Serious drinkers here's your bar!
Karly Norment: nevers disappoints and good music
Derek Johnson: Perfect music for a night out with the boys....and girls! Great drinks and beer!
Bryan Keck: I met my wife here!
Avi S: Find it a bit strange that I've been charged 3 different prices for the same drink over 3 separate visits. Seems to be up to the discretion of the bartender but I can confirm I was overcharged.

Root: what do users think?
David Whitinger: Ultra Cool - if you want to impress anyone or really impress out-of-town guests ----- this is the place
Z: great atmosphere nice drinks
Shauna Hall: The atmosphere altogether is really good and it's definitely college town attraction but the first bartender I went to was just as drunk as the college kids so how to use a different bartender to get service. And it could use a deep cleaning it's got an off-putting smell
Ty Buffington: Very cool atmosphere. Great bartenders.
David Livingston: Root is the best place for a top shelf cocktail in Ann Arbor and one of the most unique bars that you will ever go to.Root is not your traditional bar, it is not even your traditional upscale cocktail bar. Root is an an experience from the moment you walk through the unmarked door. As you pass through layers of rock and darkness, you eventually find yourself in a place that feels so unfamiliar and undeniably cool that you wonder if you will be allowed to stay … and at the same time it feels as though it was hewn out of the earth just for you.
Kara H: The atmosphere and theme was cool, drinks were good, just wish they had more food options.
Mikhail Wise: Thought this place was great. The atmosphere is super cool, the drinks were good, and it wasn't too busy. If it was a busier time, I feel like it could have been a lot more noisy, but it worked out for us!
Christina DeAngelis: Behind Root’s feigned attempt of creating an air of exclusive sophistication, there lies…reality…aka majorly poor service. Place has a cool look to it, sure. What’s not cool is the complete lack of service. We waited, in vain. And left. Perhaps it was an off night but still. Do better!
Aditya Viswanath: Terrible service. Our party of 6 got seated and waited 30mins and no server came by. 20mins in, we went to the bartender to just order at the bar instead and we were told only a server can take our order and he'd come by the table himself to take the order. 10 mins later, still no service. We finally had enough and left.
Jaclyn: Hands down the best cocktails in Ann Arbor. This experience is memorable and special. The ambiance is relaxing and unique. It feels like a movie scene. My husband and I have been here twice now. Each time we want to stay for hours. We will certainly become regulars! The cocktails and experience also greatly outshine the last word
Jaime Kroske: To Corey Winters, sorry but we charge $14 for an old fashion at dive bars....so $17 seems very, very reasonable for a place like rhis....
Andrew Kapral: What a great place! Nice atmosphere, and a talented staff. Hope to return soon.
Jelani Embree: Excellent vibes
Corey Winters: Was here recently. Was one of my favorite spots, but they now charge 17$ for a old fashioned! I would go on about how nice the spot is, but honestly the price ruins the experience.
Sergei Kostiaev: Empty bar. Mad as hell cocktail was ok. Security didn’t allow me to enter second time 🤣 not going there again
Taz Earls: Made reservations and was actually excited. Then I find that this place required vackscenes for staff - meaning they purged whoever didn't comply. Absurd. Cancelled immediately and won't spend my money there. Neither should you.
Christine Comer: Lovely, just lovely.
Jahil Parker: Circ is a three level bar which includes:The Circ Bar - Rooftop BarThe Root Bar - Basement/SpeakeasyBarThe Tiki Bar - Outside bar with firepit and grilled/bbqish food.I believe there's a different name for the entire business but I can't remember. This place is really cool looking. Perfect venue to host a wedding or party event. Lots of space and great scenery. Drinks are TOOOOO EXPENSIVE $$$ and to be real not worth it at all. It's ann arbor... cocktails shouldn't be $15-$20 for one shot and juice/fruit/soda. Better off buying a drink from the other two bars and bringing it down to enjoy the view of somewhat of a speakeasy vibe. Staff friendly. Could be a great dance venue in my opinion if its used that way. This place is really just a nice sight see spot.
Lacey Hamilton: Such a cool experience, off the beaten path but completely worth it. Pretty pricey menu and small food portions but you are paying for the atmosphere which in my opinion is worth it. Really cool underground brick halls that make you feel like you’re no longer in Ann Arbor!
David McFarland: Awesome place! The bartenders were great and really friendly...
Leanne Ma: This is a super cool bar with a great atmosphere. It feels like you're in a European underground bar. The cocktails were great and reasonably priced for the quality. The bartenders were really personable and good at their jobs. We also ordered a large charcuterie and it was so good! Enough to satisfy 10+ people for snacking easily.

The Ravens Club: what do users think?
Erik Kegelmann: PricyFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Nicole: I have a friend who loves to come here whenever he is in town. This is always our first stop of the night for our group of friends when he comes by. They are big whiskey drinkers and I'm not really a fan but there is always a delicious cocktail waiting for me. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very pleasant.Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Grace Su Ming: Nice atmosphere, dark lighting. Avg alcoholic drink $13, whisky bar. Lots of drink options. Large bar. Grilled cheese was okay (not enough cheese). Spent $28 for 1 drink and grilled cheese with fries, on the expensive side. Vegetarian and gluten free food options.
Peter McGarty: Uh a meal in downtown Ann Arbor for four for under $100 dollars. I didn’t think that was possible and to have it be this good too… Wow.Went here for Mother’s Day and started with the shrimp and the sprouts. Shrimp were very good and crispy but the Brussels sprouts were heavenly. Super crispy with plenty of bacon. I had the fish tacos and the fish was super crunchy maybe just add a little more sauce. I really enjoyed the corn tortillas they came in which were lightly fried to give them a little crispness.
Rana Siroosian: First time here. The service was great and the place had a good vibe.I ordered Tune Poke Bowl. It was good but it was different than the ones I’ve had before. There’s usually a sweet taste in the ingredients of the bowl but this instead had pickled daikon radish which had a very strong taste and I couldn’t eat more than one piece. There was only one & a half slice of avocado in the bowl which usually is more than that. The Brussels with bacon was really good but a bit oily, the coconut shrimp was very good.Overall it was a good experience and I would go back.
Gretchen Miotto: Absolutely delicious! Great service!
Wood Mama: Great place to go for a date or fancy night out.
Miles McDowall: Great cocktails, particularly any using whiskey. Their truffle fries are absolutely amazing - order them "with everything". Seating can be limited.
Cathy Morris: We stopped in for a drink and appetizer. We had the Soft Parade beer. Very good. We also had the Cauliflower wings. They were amazing! The Korean BBQ sauce was delicious! I can't wait to go back.
Sin Addams: The mocktails are legit. I promise to enjoy the food next time and let you guys know what I think!
林立立: Nice place to relax
Josh Theisen: A bit dark but nice atmosphere. Food was fine but the cocktails were really good.
Michael Sherman: We had a nice dinner. All meals were delicious.
Mark Chapleski: Chose this restaurant after looking at the reviews. Wow- this is the first time that i have witnessed a place that was so far off the rating! It is very dark wood and dimly lit old style bar setup- that part is fine just not a great setting for dinner. But the food was average at best. We had a larger group of 8 and a few dishes were passable (menu is somewhat limited). 3 of us ordered the chicken pesto pasta (relatively simple Italian dish so was looking forward to a good pesto) and the 3 chicken pesto dishes- which came out about 2 mins after all the others- were room temperature. The chicken was also very dry and cardboard like. My 18-year old som was starving so he went ahead and ate his- 2 of us sent ours back. After 15 mins the server came back (she was polite enough- but didn’t really care about the quality or ask if the second one she brought was better- which it wasn’t!) with the 2 new ones- the chicken was much fresher and actually warm- however the pasta was still room temp. The pesto sauce wasn’t great either. We will not venture here again- too many very nice places to eat in downtown Ann Arbor..
anthony straham: Sammy is the best server
Jason Butka: I'd give it zero if I could. The food took over an hour, the chicken was dry and flavorless, the hostess was insanely rude and had zero personality (I didn't have a run-in with her, I just observed it.... several times).Old Fashioned is okay though they go on the cheap with it (no Bordeaux cherry). Which is fine unless you charge a lot for them (they do).The waitress was nice and tipped well. Hope she gets a job at a good restaurant one day.Stay away.
M Nedloc: I thoroughly enjoyed this speakeasy atmosphere but modern-day décor. It’s dark, but warm but it is also very lively. This place is popular, many bodies fill up the place with a lovely and informative staff. I didn’t know what to get at first, but I had my server explain to me the options and which ones were popular among the crowd. I tried a few different things and everything that was handed to me was great in flavor. I think the portion size for what you are buying is very fair so don’t be afraid to try more, you won’t be saddened. The food menu does change so don’t be afraid to keep up, they even have specials on cocktails and even offer flights of bourbon and more. I felt very laid back here and left alone but very much helped by staff. I can see it as a good first date place where it’s energetic but also a place where you can get to know someone, be able to hear your party and enjoy every detail of the establishment. The only other detail I would keep in mind about this place is the parking, come early to arrive on time.
Laura: They provide some creative mix food of noodles or rice and meat. The taste is 7/10
Jaclyn: Solid drinks, not out of this world. Good vibes
jon keeler: Awesome staff!
Evan Carew: A great place to go for fun drinks, and it has a wide tap. While there last, my friends and I ordered a variety of appetizers which were all good. I would also say they have a great collection of bourbons.

Mash: what do users think?
Lisa Lindenfelser: Great bourbon selection and really cool underground vibes.
Jordan Lam: Live music, good vibes, friendly staff.
BrentB W: Good drinks, fun atmosphere and great band. Wish I could remember their name.
Behdad: Poor customer service at the front door.
Noah Reed: Such a fun time, we went for NYE and it was busy but the live music was amazing and such a good vibe, the drinks were decent and reasonably priced but it's really great if you just want to have a good time and listen to music and jam a bit!
Dmitry K: Awesome dancing atmosphere with a live band!
Jacob Hare: Its a great place for drinks and watching live bands. The atmosphere is great and the drinks are good for the price. The only caveat is that I would not order any cocktails that are not from their cocktail menu. The bartenders did not do a good job making any cocktail not on the menu.
Tim Farrell: Great underground bar. Excellent bourbon cocktails made by knowledgeable and friendly bartender.
Michael Parr: Fantastic bar, great clientele, great whiskey selection, great love music. 10/10 would go again.
Robert Davis: Love this place. Spacious basement and good drinks!
Jacob Khakshouri: Great cozy bar with live music for college students....
Arshon Saadati: Bartenders are absolute buffoons. Never waited so long for a drink in my life. After standing at the bar for 10+ minutes I waved the bartender over and was greeted with a “**** off”.Come here if you wanna see some goons on a power trip
Camille Hudson: Good bar burger, conscientious waitstaff
Joyce Patterson: Come for the great music, but if you're hoping to get your drink on, don't plan to stay long. The bar is packed, but so many people without a drink! There are no more servers, there's a line that the bartenders don't respect. So you wait long, get mad, and want to start fights. The bartenders are overwhelmed, and even yell at the guests! I was ready to spend, but could only get 3 drinks 2 hours.
Jordan Huey: Great place on weekends especially during the summer when the students are gone. Live music on weekends and a great selection.
Grace Su Ming: Variety of at home brewed beer, live music on some nights, places to sit and stand, I love the vibe, bathrooms were clean and had toilet paper, prices are on par we paid $12 for 2 pints of beer
Rust Belt Angler: Awesome atmosphere! Definitely have the “Smoke and Oak” you won’t be sorry.
Christopher Finelli: Great beer, cocktails, liquors, and live music. Great place to chill in An Arbor.
Bobby Williams: A wonderful night out in a beautiful atmosphere courtesy wonderful staff
Aleksandar Siljanovski: I have never been so disrespected by a bartender in my entire life. I ordered 5 drinks, got 2, was told to wait for more glasses. Explained that they could use any glass, like the the ones I could visibly see, but was told to **** off by the bartender. I moved to the other side of the bar, spoke to the manager, they responded with excuses. The other 3 drinks were free, however time and respect are worth more to me. I'm extremely disappointed. I've never been treated this way at a bar.The bartender was the only guy with a beard. Get rid of him. Or at least tell him to be a man and make eye contact when he uses that type of language.
C “C”: Great live music

Bar 327 Braun Court: what do users think?
Max Monegan: The location itself is a bit of a hole in the wall, don't let that deter you. The cocktails are excellent, and the staff is super friendly.
Ebru Herzog-Uras: Unassuming and charming bar in Braun Court. Great mixology and correct prices. Love the authentic, welcoming vibe with great service and fantastic drinks and snacks.
Lauren Madden: Funky little spot with the best craft cocktails I've had in Ann Arbor
Anna Miklo: The drinks here are always good.
Paula D: Cocktails are always amazing! Friendly, helpful service too!
Wood Mama: They have mix drinks and beer here. Their kitchen is under construction at the time I went, so I can't really say much about the food. It's really small, easily crowded. Service was slow. It's not a bad place, but tough to make a larger part of people work upstairs.
Chris Bowlby: I love the atmosphere and drinks here. It does get crowded and a bit loud, but that's part of the appeal. We had a salad this time, specifically the fattoush, and it was seriously one of the best I've ever had.
Kevin Davis: The friendliest service, awesome cocktails without all the pretense.
david bloom: The room, the vibe, the crowd, the drinks. The Drinks. So much yes.
Sara Grosky: I think 327 makes the best drinks in A2 and it's also a chill neighborhood hang!
Slappy McJones: Lemonchello! Try it and you will love it.Great, simple, cool ambiance. Great bar.
Ryan Hawn: Great atmosphere and drinks. Really cute waitress there, too
Eris Beltran: Great environment and service.
Rajani Bhat: Great cocktails but somewhat of a slow service due to staffing issues. Highly recommend everyone to go on a week night for lesser burden on the staff.
Ian McClellan: Satisfying, well portioned and fairly priced food and drink. Charming and laid-back. A gem.
Trooper Long: They look for vaccination card and photo. I forgot my ID and had to go back home to get it. It’s good to know that this bar is checking! We had a nice dinner and drinks here, starting with a Fattoush salad made from crunchy, toasted pieces of khubz combined with spinach, pomegranate, bell peppers, onions and other vegetables. There is a white pizza (prosciutto pizza) which is absolutely 💣 and so is the “bee sting” which features honey. The craft cocktails were refreshing. So this was a great first visit!
Chris McAllister: One of my favorite spots in Ann Arbor! It’s a little quieter than the Main Street bars, but the music and atmosphere are some of the best in the area. Drinks are really good too - glad the beer taps are back open after Covid!
Maria Luciani: Wonderful cocktails and ambience right in Kerrytown! Love this place!
Richard Wallace: tried repeatedly to reach them today to order take out during hours for which they are supposed to be open on a Wednesday. After about five tries, I gave up when no one ever answered the phone. Probably never will try again.
Mark Hanss: Great bartender! Was happy and more than capable of holding conversation while cranking out great drinks, and a lot of them! The one bartender was taking and making orders and sending food orders to the kitchen for the 40+ customers present at any given time while we were there. We threw her a couple curveballs of obscure off menu cocktails (what we were feeling, not as a test) and she seemed to relish the opportunity. She has certainly earned a raise (at the very least), hopefully a barback/busser as well in the near future. Food was wonderful, simple, very well executed with high quality ingredients. Loved the relaxed atmosphere, there are plenty of basement bars, not enough attic/upstairs spots. Good music, volume muffled others' conversations but you could still hear those next to you speak, perfect balance.
Pedro: Awesome drinks

Havana Cigar and Cocktail Bar: what do users think?
Phillip G (Polar135): Perfect for a drink and cigar. Was in the area and had some extra time in my schedule. I came by early (3:44pm on a Tuesday), quick service, nice liquor selection. Beautiful space in the basement and up top. Can't wait to visit again.
Miguel Gironza: Gave th place two chances. The first time the service was so slow. It took an hour for the waitress to get to us. The second time we ordered food. Waited two hours and were told the food was not made and they ran out of food. This happened on a Saturday night. Wish we knew because we had to get to a comedy show and with every place busy we couldn't eat.
Eve _: We just got back from dinner. Some observations- food could be very good if it were brought out from the kitchen on time- service is very poor- inattentive help- long wait times without very many customers to justify this. Also, if you are sensitive to smoke, the minute you walk in you can smell the cigar smoke from the basement lounge. It isn't strong and was not really a problem during dinner but it would be for someone more sensitive to it.In particular: we ordered the chips trio. The guacamole was tasteless and hard. I think someone forgot to salt it. The chips were oily and not crisp. My partner ordered the jerk chicken and liked it. I ordered the brisket tacos with pineapple. They were not hot but when I sent them back they were tasty when they returned. The coconut rice was delicious. If they want more customers for meals they might want to reconsider the name. If I hadn't read about it in the Observer, I would not have considered the Havana Cigar and Cocktail Lounge as a place to go for a meal.Hopefully this is growing pains but I can't imagine going back unless it was for drinks and an appetizer.

The Grotto - Watering Hole: what do users think?
Severiano Paoli: Lovely establishment, with a swift and kind service. I've been served one of the best old fashioned I've ever had. Highly recommended.
Max Monegan: Ordering and paying are all done on your phone, which makes it fast to get your drinks. Good selection. Basically no staff interaction - I'll let you decide if that's good or bad. Out door patio was great.
Mukesh Chhatbar: Best road side place to cool yourself. Had Moscow mule and enjoyed the drink with perfect blend.
