The Pazyamors: Free wifi, offer laundering services, on site coin operated machines. Some of the larger washers and dryers against the walls are not handicap accessible, but can ask attendant for assistance. Wed, Thur, and Fridays offer discounts on some of the larger washers. Very clean and always staffed. Laundry supplies, drinks and snacks available for purchase. Drawback is one time I tried to buy a bag after 10pm, but the till was closed--even though it's open until midnite. ATM also available. Last load at 10pm on regular business days. Would be nice if it went back to being open 24 hours.
Kendy Laracuente: The clerk was amazing and helpful! He explained everything in detail and with patience. Helped me with the machines and coins. Definitely worth it and the place was nice, clean and quiet.
E: Customer service sucks......please don't ask for help because you're not getting it. If workers can't do the job because of there own personal flaws they should get something that's MORE suitable for them😑 You have to move from time to time....it's a job.
Catherine Meza: Mr. Stadium was showing its age on a dready Monday afternoon. Some of the washers smelled musty and some equipment was blocked off with masking tape. Their machines don't take cards like newer ones do and one change machine is temperamental. I waited a long time at the counter with nobody there. Still I'll probably keep going there because it's big, has a shady parking lot and other stores in the plaza.

In a nutshell, I highly recommend this business.Dear owner: Here is the only recommendation I have to make the experience significantly better..It is time to move to cards, right? Coins are no longer practical for the price.. 5 dollars to wash a load that is 20 quarters. Two loads and two drying cycles and I was quickly handling 40+ coins.. there are coin machines so finding coins is not the issue..The inconvenience of handling all that metal is a problem for me. Also, tons of people come back because they need to use remaining card balances. Coins can be used anywhere. So cards are also good for business. Hope you take this into account for Mr. Stadium 2.0

Christopher Gray: The lady attendant kicked us out ASAP. THE THING IS, WE DID LAUNDRY! WE PAID FOR LAUNDRY! She told us, this is not a warming shelter, and we get that, but I felt like we were targeted because of our status. If you're looking for a family friendly, socially aware laundry place, look elsewhere. If you are looking for good service, look elsewhere. If you were looking for a decent laundromat, look elsewhere. And for the record, we were not loitering. The lady just said, "we'll make the boss mad"
Melissa Berger: Clean and affordable. They have coffee and hot chocolate and plenty of games and puzzles to keep you occupied if you have a lot of laundry. Free WiFi too.

Chuck U. Farley: The place is pricey$$$ but clean. The customer service was really good. I had a washer that did not spin my clothes out. The attendant took care of it and made me feel like he legitimately wanted to correct the issue. That alone would bring me back again.

Chad Michael: I have been to other laundromats in the area, and have just had my second experience here. When busy it can get crowded quick, but it seems that the machines keep up quickly enough where nobody is really standing around for very long. All of the machines are new and are usable and they clean close quite well considering they’re all front loaders. A neat touch is the vintage wringer washer over in a corner. The prices are slightly higher than the other laundromats, but newer building newer units, worth the extra quarters. I am really excited that I no longer have to get pockets full of heavy quarters, and can just use my debit or credit card to start up the laundry machine that you are using the gentleman who is sitting in the office is very kind and helpful and had several people asking him for things while I was in there and he helped quickly and happily every single one. I will definitely be using this laundromat as it is closer than the competitors and I find myself really driven to support a business that actually cares about its location and its machines inside that need to be used. If I could give 10 stars I would.

pizza steve: Always a good experience. Tried all the local laundromat in ann arbor area. This is the cleanest and the machines doesnt damage the clothes or cause heat shrink. Free WiFi. I suggedt coming early morning or after 4pm.
ravi daitota: Cost-effective laundry . We use it whenever we have large loads beyond the capabilities of our washing machine. Dont expect much help from staff ( may be you dont need help at all ). They do have credit card readers on every machine plus a coin dispenser.
Gutter Barbie: Had to take a few loads after power outage to keep caught up, did not clean bedding and charged 50 cents extra (without any signage-so everything was loaded) when you use hot water? CRAZY AS HECK. AND THE DRYERS TOOK FOREVER. WHEN I ARRIVED PARKING WAS AOK-then the tutoring place must have opened because what a nightmare. Avoid if possible.
Shavon Willis: While the laundry facility is clean it is the most expensive one I have used and does have small washers. It was $5 for a machine that said it could do up to 3 loads but almost didn’t even fit my one load. They have a fill like but at the fill like that’s not even close to 3 loads. The dryers I put a dollar in on high heat, never put a dollar in a dryer at the laundromat until today lol. Anyway, I put on high heat and mind you, it was below the fill like. I for home majority if not all my clothes are damp had to hang dry. Now it was fairly quick and I would use this laundry facility for a smaller load like very small otherwise it can get very pricey. You’d be better off using your apartment laundry for lots of loads.

M. S.: Definitely not as clean as reviews make it sound. I tried to dry 1 load of laundry between 3 different dryers on high heat and after 30 mins my clothes weren't even warm. The machines do seem new so it feels like a cash grab. Not returning.

scar synowiec: Overall, this location is very nice in regard to the machines. It is pricey but the machines are clean and big if needed. I noticed that the employees present were not wearing masks at all and were openly coughing and sneezing, so I would avoid this place if you are immunocompromised, especially with the raising numbers of Omicron in the Washtenaw area.

Buddy Walls: Went here Monday the 13 of Dec around 3:00 when I went inside all the dryer were full. Put my Landry in the washer, took about 23 minutes when my Landry was done all the dryer were still full but the clothes were l dry in the dryer.ask the attention if he could take some of the clothes. He said no the lady that had most of the dryer fill left for a hour and when she get back I could dry my clothes. Well I bend going here every Sunday in the morning but decided to go Monday. This is the last time I'll ever stop he again. I guess my business isn't that important

Jenn Fischer: I like this little laundromat. The owner was helpful. Good place to get your laundry done if you don't like crowds. I went on a Tuesday afternoon and almost had the place to myself. $2.50/regular wash, $5.00 for a big load. They have plenty of the 25¢ for 5 minutes mega dryers, and a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets for $1.00.
Matthew Wikaryasz: Dryers on one side only have one setting. This setting is not good for delicate clothes.The place feels dirty with broken wood panels on the wall water damage on the ceilings and busted tiles on the floor.Good place to get your dry cleaning done. Quick and inexpensive.

Charlotte TURNER: It would seem that getting a coin box emptied would be a simple task. Apparently NOT! For 4 WEEKS, we have been waiting for someone to empty the box so that we can wash. We placed many calls, but still no service. They've sent a serviceman twice, even thought they KNOW we just need the coin box emptied. The first tech confirmed this. This is terrible customer service, especially for a community comprised of mostly senior citizens. Shame on you!
