Oxford Companies: I am a maintenance engineer for Oxford Property Management. One of my properties is Galleria on S. University.(where Pinball Pete's is)I just wanted to reach out & tell you how impressed I am with Victor. He's been here forever & is always thorough & in a great friendly mood. If he ever sees a repair he will let me know.This is extremely helpful considering he's in places more often than I am, such as women's restrooms for example.He just recently found an entry door handle on the ground that someone had broken off of the door(a pretty expensive one too) & left it in my maintenance room for me. A little while ago we had a leaking faucet and he shut off the valves for me & let me know the next time he saw me.He constantly goes above & beyond & I wanted to show our appreciation.Thank you JNS & Victor!!!

Christine Hagemann: It was a Sunday afternoon and we had an emergency request for a daycare facility that needed water extraction due to a pipe that broke. The facility needed to be cleaned up prior to school opening the next day at 6:00 a.m. I reached out to four (4) contractors and JNS Facility was the only contractor who answered their phone and confirmed that they would be able to assist in cleaning up the day care facility. They were onsite within an hour and took care of the excessive water and mudd that had accumulated in the day care. They completed the work ontime and we were able to open up for business the next day. They are friendly, understand the sense of urgency and are professional. I would use them again.
