Kingsley Condominiums: what do users think?
Barbara Hooberman: Your landscaping crew is blowing dirt and dust from the work site into the woods and street and all that dust floats right back towards our condo at 213 W Kingsley. Both my husband and I suffer from allergies to dust and mites and this has becomes somewhat intolerable at times.

Sloan Plaza Condominiums: what do users think?
Numb Bee: I couldn't disagree more with the reviews that were left in the past that were one star. I looked at and evaluated most condos in the area before deciding on Sloan Plaza. The financials of the HOA are rock solid and one of the few that I have seen that has set aside a reserve for long term maintenance/repair/replacement. Looking at the building should tell anyone with knowledge of construction that it is has been very well maintained, is solidly constructed, and has management that is very involved in addressing the needs/concerns of the tenants. I recently purchased and have found the person described in previous reviews actually cares a great deal about the building, maintains and looks after the premises like a hawk. I think that it basically boils down to perspective. If you want a safe, secure, and watched over building (i.e someone that makes sure your reserved parking is not being parked in), this is the place. It isn't for everyone and clearly those who left a one star review are the ones that shouldn't (and I'm glad) be here. Though I am relatively new to the building, I have had nothing but great interactions with EVERYONE here so far and have not had any issues described by some of the reviewers previously. The fact that there are reviewers complaining about the older person tells me that he is doing his job well...protecting the residence and keeping the place safe and secure from those who would try to push the boundaries.
Chanoan Sumonthee: People working and living here don’t have respect. Sad reflection of society . Live somewhere else.
Cameron Costa: Please tell the old resident who acts like he runs the place to not threaten hub and foundry residents. He threw someone's moving-in bin down the sidewalk and told them he would call the police on them. The person moving in said it was an honest mistake and would move. Heard he has been a problem for a long time.
Stacy Lyell: Terrible waste of money and the guy with the lisp that claims he is "in charge" is terribly rude. If your going to charge that much for condos you should hire proper staff.

Chapel Hill Condominium Association: what do users think?
Jeffrey Duart-Digon: Covfefe
Wendell Wilson: Outstanding Association! They have been doing it for a long time, as well. Linda, in the main office knows everything so go meet her.Dues are due monthly at the 1st week.Enjoy!
Jonathan Fellows: Chapel Hill is one of the best-kept secrets in Ann Arbor, and my family is SO GLAD we discovered it! Clean, safe, and friendly. We first rented here to try out the neighborhood and Logan Elementary School before buying. About 1.5 years later, we bought after confirming what a warm and family-friendly neighborhood it was, and we've been here five years. Very happy with Logan teachers, staff, and families.Chapel Hill's location with easy on/easy off access to highway US-23 has made my commute to work SO much easier. There is so much within a 10-min walk. It's about a 2-min walk to the clubhouse with pool, sauna, fitness center, and beautiful, newly-renovated, handicap-accessible, 1st-floor ballroom and bathrooms. 10-min walk to Busch's and Plum Market (like Whole Foods), passing the post office on the way.Speaking of the pool... It's an outdoor pool with lifeguards, olympic-length (50-yard) lanes for exercise, a dedicated shallow area for small kids, and a dedicated 9-foot area for cannonballs and such. :-) It hosts a swim team (so convenient) that helped my kids develop from timid to confident swimmers during our first summer here. My wife and I enjoy chatting with neighbors around the water.Speaking of neighbors... they're so friendly. We've hosted neighbors over 100 times at our home (no exaggeration) between the unit we rented and the one we bought, so we know a bunch of 'em. I really think you get what you put into it when it comes to a friendly neighborhood. If you want a friendly neighborhood, be friendly, and you'll discover the great folks at Chapel Hill. The HOA board and management staff seem to really care about the upkeep and curb appeal of the facilities and grounds. When we were renting, our landlord was SLOW to address *internal* maintenance issues (e.g., leaking pipe), but the Chapel Hill maintenance crew QUICKLY fixed *external* maintenance requests (e.g., fence gate latch, clearing a backed up roof gutter, fixing a damaged dryer vent cover).I've never lived anywhere with a more-invested HOA board than here at Chapel Hill. In fact, I enjoy this community so much, I just joined the 9-member board a month ago to see how I can help further. The monthly board meetings are open to any residents to support good two-way communication with folks. For instance, hearing residents' requests for an electric vehicle (EV) chager and recognizing the anticipated need, Chapel Hill was only the 2nd condo association in Ann Arbor to install an EV charger for residents. Also, when it snows, I've found that the office will text everyone clear directions about when to move vehicles so lots can be snow plowed when necessary. Our general manager (Kate) really works hard serving our community. There's always room for improvement, but the staff team does many things well.I saw a 4-year-old review that criticized the HOA board and staff. Maybe there was a legit concern to address there at the time. There has been new management since then. But, consider this... The board and staff are the ones who do all of the “dirty work” for the association. They enforce the rules, make people pay fines, request assessments, and more. All of these are things that homeowners supposedly want the HOA to do, since they bought a home inside the HOA. However, when that applies to them, they can interpret the experience as negative even when the staff are simply doing their job.The north side of Ann Arbor has experienced periodic thefts of property out of unlocked vehicles (e.g., loose coins taken from a console), and Chapel Hill has not been immune. That said, in five years here, I don't personally know of anyone whose vehicle or home was broken into or stolen. I think it's quite safe. Just lock up your car. My $0.02 worth!
BC Wells: This is an updated review. There have been changes to the Chapel Hill condo management staff. The new team is responsive, proactive, and caring. Very happy here!
Viviane Shammas: Fantastic location and affordable housing for the Ann Arbor area.
Roman Seifner: Local facility management explained once on the phone they don’t care about customer satisfaction - that seems to be the case, literally.
Ramprasad Nambisan: Ideal for the gathering of 80-100 people.
Anna Haentjens: Nice place
Graham: Nosey neighbors, facility ran very strict, the HOA has been super frustrating over a few situations.
Becky White: Not a place to live with children. Frequent Crime (day and night). Cars have been broken into, multiple times. Has a horrible HOA (home owner's association)... cant say one good thing about this neighborhood or how it is run.
Tyreal San: Horrible management, stay away from this place.
Joey Bickerstaff: Great place to live. Friendly neighbors and staff.
Melissa T: Had an event here. The clubhouse was perfect! Full kitchen with double stoves, a large coat room, and double bathrooms. Lots of light.
M J: Clean facility
Charles Blackmer: 12/2/13Outstanding Association! They have been doing it for a long time, as well. Linda, in the main office knows everything so go meet her.Dues are due monthly at the 1st week.Enjoy!

Weatherstone Condominium Association Clubhouse & Pool: what do users think?
Kay Thompson: Private for owners living in Weatherstone. Nice clubhouse and pool.
Valerie Kenny: Lived in this association for over 3 years. Sold my unit with zero regrets. Broke down hot tub room. Never repaired. Excessively high HOA fee. I received multiple written notices for having my trash can at the curb at 4pm instead of after 6pm, having guests park in guest spots (not over flow) when there is no problem with parking. My next door neighbor committed suicide in her unit. Bad place to live. Horrible board members. A majority of the owners here are 55 and older. It’s not family or kid friendly. Avoid. Use your money and buy a condo somewhere that is welcoming.
Kenneth Miller: There seems to be a waste by the employees I've seen hundreds of pounds of ice melt piled in the middle of the road in that stuff's not cheap yet our association fees go up up up The spending has to be curbed according to the need and when it is needed not misused by employees that don't care
Tammy Parker: Nice condos close to restaurants and shopping
Sam Esarey: The condo association itself is exactly what you'd expect of a condo association. Good lawn care, they treat their grass with pesticide twice a summer (watch out if you're a dog owner), and pool/spa were well maintained. They also liked to change rules a lot. However, overall they knew what they were doing, and I have no complaints about the condominium association nor the properties themselves. The neighborhood was full of nice people.**CAUTION** Renters/owners of 1665 Weatherstone Drive threatened me to illegally withhold my security deposit for the property during the time I rented it because I asked for receipts to the repairs made after leaving. They clearly had no understanding of the landlord-tenant act, nor did they understand any case law. I had to threaten legal action multiple times just to get them to call me, and after further empty threats and illegal activity, I got them to return my security deposit.During the lease, expect them to email you during the weekdays at 8am for an 8:30am (same day) visit to the rental property after no previous notice. They were awful at giving reasonable notice for entering the property. If renting with Maher Salah or Nader Salah, it is imperative that you take careful photos of the condo as soon as you move in AND move-out. GIVE THEM YOUR FORWARDING ADDRESS WITHIN 4 DAYS OF MOVE-OUT! They will use this against you to deny you from seeing any receipts. It was apparent during my conversation with them that they didn't have any of them, but because I gave them a forwarding address 2 weeks after moving rather than 4 days after moving, they weren't legally required to give them to me. They used this against me in order to prevent me from suing for full amount of the security deposit. They also replaced carpeting that had significantly depreciated past the legal obligation of the tenants, but charged *full price* for the repairs ($518 for a 8' x 10' sunroom with berber carpeting).
Randa Furrha: The office never answers the phone or return phone calls.
Graeme W: too many rules
Karen: Nice clubhouse and pool. They keep up the landscaping beautifully in the spring and summer. I do wish the condos had attached garages, however, instead of separate.
Merci Whitney: Nice

Geddes Lake Condominiums: what do users think?
Dan DiGregorio: A beautiful condo association in the Geddes Lake area and within close proximity to Greater Ann Arbor. There are great amenities to choose from and enjoy throughout the year.
Areej Othman: Take a nice thing and ruin it with terrible management. Particularly Dave and Shawn need to get off their high horses and at the very least fix their patronizing attitudes. They won't be any help unless it's convenient or financially beneficial for them. Don't expect any courtesy from them or neighbors.
Elaine Durson: Beautiful and well kept landscaping, pool RR not open until 11 a.m.
Chef John: My son lives at Geddes Lake Townhouses.I lived here when kitchens were upgraded and carports enclosed for garages. Good onsite management. Great location. Recommend checking it out. New paved roadway. Three lakes with waterfront sites. Wildlife, swans nest here, trumpeter swans, black feet, keep wild geese off lake in nesting season. I watch adults teach young to fly!
Kylea James: Geddes Lake Condominiums is absolutely gorgeous and full of some very wonderful people! The ground keepers do an amazing job of keeping the property beautiful, they work year round to keep everything pristine! When it comes to great people, the management at Geddes Lake definitely top it. Shawn and David are such great, kind people. They work day in and day out to keep everything flowing smoothly throughout the neighborhood, and they do it amazingly. I was lucky enough to work as a pool attendant over the summer and hope to come back for many years! Working around and with such amazing people made the experience ten times better! And last but not least, Geddes Lake Condominiums has beautiful wildlife. You never know what cute little creatures you’ll see in or around the ponds and trees!
Alec Glanville: They will fine you for every little thing. They make their money off of tenant fines and nothing else.
Jay Thomas: Absolutely wonderful community to live in! Staff are great and maintenance staff fantastic. It’s like living in a park like setting in Ann Arbor. Good job Geddes Lake team
Lauren Dietz Perkins: Absolutely beautiful setting, serene and peaceful, very nice neighbors, BUT then there's the intrusive, parental and extremely rude Property Management company! Their mantra- "you're gonna get fined, you're gonna get fined, you're gonna get fined" I sold and bought a house.
Mikki Sharp: Great place to live with a amazing sense of community and wilderness just inside Ann Arbor.
Senjuti Mallik: Nice one
Ed Rensi: Looks very small from the outside. Garages are very short and tiny.
Y. Zhang: The environment of the condo is quite nice. Sometimes you can even spot deers, squirrels, ducks, swans...and also David Thrasher, the condo manager. If you live here, he's like a bad taste in your mouth you simply can't get rid off. Despite being employed by the Association to handle the day-to-day operations, finances, and he also enjoys levying various superfluous charges on the residents, presumably because it goes to his paycheck. Oh, and he also runs his own *private* business *on-site*. How this is even allowed is beyond me.
Michael Landesman: The speed bumps here are so comically over sized that you can/will damage your vehicle at 5 miles an hour....
Kevin Keoshian: Love the people and the grounds. HATE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY.
Rick Carter: Generally a decent deal for home ownership in Ann Arbor.
