During all the time before my move, I always found the employees there friendly and helpful. While I was away, any questions I had about billing or simple things like changing contact information were always easily and pleasantly handled.I've always been confident that my property was safe and protected, and it has been. I've moved back to the area again and so just today, I emptied my storage unit and closed out my "lease." Linda at the office was helpful and pleasant.
