Ghasaq Abdul: My Daughter loves going to Sprouting chefs cooking classes. It's 3 hours of fun as well as learning a variety of delicious recipes like lunch and dinner meals, snacks, desserts and more!!And the best part is parents get to taste the food because there is plenty to share! Yumm!Lillian (teacher/chef) is the best; she is the nicest person you'll ever meet, the kids love her classes! Two thumps up!
e p.: My daughter has recently been expressing an interest in helping more in the kitchen, and Sprouting Chefs seemed like a fun way for her to have a fun experience with peers while learning some new techniques. She absolutely loved the class and asked to return for more sessions. The leftovers she brought home to share were incredibly delicious. I’m so grateful for this program!

Rachel Egelhof: Sprouting Chefs has been a great experience for my daughter! She has learned proper knife techniques, how to temper chocolate, bake bread from scratch, worked with phyllo dough, and so much more. It has helped her confidence in the kitchen and fostered her love to cook. I love the variety of classes, especially since we are vegetarian; the choices are always interesting and varied. Lilian has helped my daughter become a great chef!
Mira Collins: This cooking class is very fun and entertaining to the youth audience. Children learn basic knowledge of cooking while doing it. The variety of topics/ themes of the cooking classes were always intriguing. My daughter kept going back taking classes from Sprouting Chefs Ann Arbor because the classes continuously offer excitement for her to learn cooking and its preparation process. A fantastic program for children.
Silvia Gonzalez: My daughter loves cooking with Sprouting Chefs!! She brings home leftovers that are delicious with the recipes so she can recreate her creations! I highly recommend these cooking classes for any little one who loves to be in the kitchen!
Anne Heise: Sprouting Chefs offers 3 hour cooking classes for kids aged 8 and up. The menus are themed and offer nutritious things that kids enjoy. Kids come home with recipes and generous portions of everything they made.

Victoria Yaklitch: 12 kitchen elves is amazing! The owner Oksana is fantastic! She is so creative and always has great ideas for classes that my kid loves! There is always a good atmosphere and tons of fun! My kid always can’t wait to visit another class! Highly highly recommend this school!
that girl: I had the pleasure of sitting in on the class my daughter attended, Oksana (I hope I spelled that correctly) is not only a wonderful teacher, but she's so engaging and informative. No question went unanswered, and we all know children have LOTS of questions. She was able to keep the children on track and very interactive throughout the whole class. I can't say enough how cool she is and the experience was everything my daughter hoped it would be.

A Glaspie: I can't say enough great things about 12 Kitchen Elves! My 11 year old daughter and her friend did a 3 day sweets camp and they loved it. They made 8 different recipes and can say they all tasted amazing! It was clean, organized, well-run and friendly atmosphere!
Danielle Millenbach: My daughter had a birthday party at 12 Kitchen Elves recently and it was fabulous. Oksana (the owner) kept all the kids at various ages engaged and entertained. You can tell she loves her job and children love her. She also went above and beyond, since we had 2 guests with different food allergies. I was beyond impressed and happy with the successful fun event. My daughter mentioned she enjoyed the entire class from start to finish as well as other children.

The instructor follows Covid 19 protocol and teaches the kids about the importance of safety and hygiene in the kitchen, while making it fun.I highly recommend 12 Kitchen Elves for parents whose kids want to learn the basics while having fun in a safe environment.Parents don’t stay for classes so it’s a great social time for the kids, as well.The entrance is behind the building, clearly marked. Parking is free and is also behind the building in the public parking lots off of Lake and Lafayette.
