Shelby Wood: I love cottage inn the restaurant itself but everytime I order from this location specifically the food is so under cooked and undone I get sick every time I can’t always tell if it’s undone till I try it and then boom my breadsticks are pretty much just raw dough dipped in a pound of butter which makes the box get soggy. I’ve literally only order from this place three times because it’s the closest to my job and everytime I end up having to call off my next day of work because I’m up all night getting sick. I also have to make a comment for whoever my delivery driver was yesterday literally added a tip for himself on the check like literally asked if I wanted to add a tip and said how much and started writing it down on my receipt I was dumbfounded like you were already 20 minutes late and now your pretty much just taking a tip (which I did put one on when I ordered the food)

Sarah Green: Cottage inn Broadway is one of the best for carryout. We live in farmington and I refuse to go to the cottage inn in that city. The drivers (farmington) always drive like they're in Nascar, they always smoke with orders in their car and it's just not good.So why do we get carryout from the Ann Arbor location? Because once again my kid is admitted to U of M and there's only so many "guest trays" a parent can handle.It's ridiculously easy to order online and out of the 5 orders we've placed at this location since 12/22, we've never had a wrong order. Their drivers are fantastic at following the complicated delivery instructions; food delivery is only allowed at a certain entrance and the customer has to go out a certain door to pick up their order. I've never had a driver just leave our order unattended in the lobby (looking at you, door dash!) The drivers are always on time, if not earlier than expected. They are also always so kind and great at communicating and texting to confirm one if us is at the entrance. When you have a kid admitted to the hospital, it's those little things that make each and every order hassle free. The food is always piping hot and we've never not received extra sauces or had any issues with the food.Keep up the great work, cottage inn Broadway!

Jenna: I ordered from the Cottage Inn at Packard street a few days ago and thought ordering from this location would be fine, oh boy was i wrong. Everything looked fine at first, they did forget my garlic drizzle on the pizza. But after I ate one slice I took a bite of the ham on my second slice and the ham was absolutely rancid, slimey, and smelled horrible. They did resend a pizza and (forgot the drizzle again), but that does not makeup for the very severe stomach pain and vomitting i'm expirencing now, I'm staying in the area for U of M doctors and I already feel ill and it sucks that something that could be so simply prevented made me feel more ill.

Allison Forest: Everytime I've ordered from here the pizza's have been ready by the specified pick up time and are always correct. They have a great variety of options including vegan cheese and vegan meats. Price is reasonable for the size of pizzas they offer. Never a wait for pickup even at peak times like Friday and Saturday night.

Macalister Wells: This is the worst cottage inn location I have been to , over 20-21 they were reliable and good pizzas every time , the past 2 visits to this establishment have been very disappointing, they get your order wrong on multiple occasions in the same night , you call and get a re make and the re make is made incorrectly as well , then they give you a credit and you think they are just having a bad night so you get a credit and try again and the next time they don’t put toppings on half the pizza and the ones they do are incorrect. The pizza’s also were very cheesy and dough was raw , don’t recommend this establishment, go to the little ceasers on stadium , they are 1,000 times better

R. Hibbard: I have been getting pizza from Cottage Inn from this corner (It was on the other side of the street when I was younger) for more than 40 years. I am not a fan of the company, but the guys at this store are great. Best pizza in this part of town. One thing I am disappointed about though, they stopped selling brocolli as a topping. I have specifically been going to Cottage Inn to get deep dish pizzas with sesame seed crust, sausage, and brocolli for decades.

Ralphie: Update:Dirty, unkept, unappealing interior. Staff was not inviting, except for one gentleman who was doubling as a delivery driver. No greeting upon entry.Please don't put sauce cups on top of the cheese bread. Better to put them in a bag or other box.On a side note that only deals with the location / area of this business....on my last visit I observed a male walk to the woods adjacent to complex, pull his pants down and squat to defecate.------‐----------------------------4 years ago I wrote....If you can find this location.... The staff is always friendly and they havent messed up our order, to date. We prefer this Cottage Inn vs others in our area. They have perfected the recipes and usually not a long wait. Yes, they deliver. Only suggestion would be an interior makeover. Limited parking. Will continue to get our pizzas from here and drive the extra miles when feasible.

She had so many tables, it looks like the labor shortage hit them— but she was still super friendly, helpful, and efficient. We will definitely be back sooner than later. Carla Morabito: The guys at this Cottage Inn location knock it out of the park every time! I have ordered a pizza from here on average probably once a month for the last year or so. I have been helped by a handful of different staff members and I’m always impressed at the quality service I receive. They’re such a genuine group and I always feel well taken care of from being greeted when I arrive to quickly being serviced. The care they take in preparing the pizzas is far better than any other pizza chain in the area. I highly recommend the app! It makes ordering and paying a breeze and you earn points to redeem for delicious menu items. I always get the same thing, (the Spinach Alfredo Gourmet Pizza — YUM!) and I thank these guys so much for helping me to feed my pizza craving time & time again. The homemade ranch is SO good too. If I ever have extra I enjoy it on my salads for the rest of the week! Thank you! I appreciate you all for making my pizzas so delicious every time!

Damon Bowman: “Maverick” the supposed manager who answered the phone was extremely rude when I called in asking about a delivery that was never received. The email receipt said that a jason delivered the pizza however when I questioned maverick about the delivery he said that he was the one who dropped it off and that we accept a risk of losing our pizza. When I asked for a refund he claimed that “they” already processed one without explaining or adding any context. Once I asked for the manager he claimed that he was the manager and processed the refund. I will not being going back somewhere that employs shady people like this.

Truth Teller: Good food but remember, 20 minute pick up means 40 minutes. A bit ridiculous when you’re on a scheduled lunch. It only seems to happen during the days the girl is working.

Without the system taking in how many other orders have come in? That. Is. Ridiculous. Every order I’ve picked up using the app to order has said 20 minutes to pickup. And I’ve picked up after 20 minutes and numerous instances more than 20, and now 40 minutes. I got more accurate info when I used to phone the order in. The pizza was good tonight. Always has been. But it’s not that good that I’ll forget all the waiting. I’m going to start exploring other local pizza options.

CD 54: I ordered a medium pizza with 3 toppings. It was really doughy and soggy also had extra grease and combine that with the extra sauce all the toppings just fell off. Really disappointed in the quality and overall experience.

Melody Resnover: Originally ordered food from another restaurant (not cottage inn) that was only a mile down the road from the Hampton Inn South where we are staying and they quoted us at 30 minutes after 45 called to let us know they didn't have a driver and wouldn't for 45 more minutes but would call us if their driver showed up before that we told them no thanks and placed an order at Cottage inn instead in less than 30 minutes we had very good food! They did forget our salad but them being right across the street helped at this point the other place turns up at the door with the food we'd thought we cancelled as Cottage inn brought our salad! Long story short we ended up with two orders from two different places and out of the two we preferred Cottage inn they definitely had the better food and quicker delivery!

(1.5hrs wait is a bit too much) I decided to call to change it to pickup. Needless to say it was wait after wait no one would pick up finally after 10min on hold I get disconnected.

Lynn Jenkinson: Most of the time they're excellent. I have had a few "duds" where the crust wasn't as requested or the pizza arrived cold but for the most part they make very good pizza. The website has the option to add requests such as "well done" crust, and parking instructions for apartment owners. I like their pizza much better than Domino's or other varying brands.

Jason Park: I ordered a pizza to pick up at a scheduled time. I went to pick it up at the time but they said to give them 15 minutes. I checked again later but they said 15-20 more minutes again. The delay is unacceptable.

David Stone: Cottage Inn has a great crust and excellent gormet pizza specialities. Standouts include the Price Buster, Chicken Mediterranean, and the Cuban. Some locations offer milkshakes and some good cheese bread options. A step above the national chains, especially in the non-Detroit style category. Lots of locations around town. The stadium location is super convenient on the west side of Ann Arbor. This location has a good sized dining area.
