How the hell is she suppose to get a job if you won't give her her damn license back to get a job to pay the damn fines! Makes no damn sense. Asia Priester: Magistrate Tamara whatever is a rude woman who basically accused me of lying under oath without any proof. Just clearly off of her personal opinion. She is very demeaning and I don't respect her style of judging.

Jake L: Being accused of crimes you didn't do or couldn't have done really diminishes the trust a person has in the judicial system. Assuming guilt is exactly what our system does. Everything will be used against you. Lawyers work within a failed system and the public is in willfull denial of that failure. Caught in the middle are the helpless hero's, our police. Dow Davidson: Well organized. We were in and out in no time. We were early though. A good thing to note is that they do have lockers for personal items before the security station. So you do not have to leave your phone in your car. Just lock it in the box. Parking at the Washington Fourth structure is close by and an easy walk.

Bryan B: 2 years ago, I received a VBSL(Basic Speed Law) ticket when I was unfortunate to get into an accident(spin-out). I was not going too fast for conditions. Weather conditions were absolutely horrible with 4 inches of snow on I-94. I waited 3 hours for MSP so they could issue me said ticket. The trooper was very rude to me and I told him why was I being cited and refused to answer question. I went to 14B and got court date with Judge Pope. Said judge was awesome and dismissed case without prejudice. Judge Pope is a very fair and impartial judge and he listens to you.
