Workantile: what do users think?
Zach Wilkinson: Inviting facility and amenities.Phone booths and meeting room available, but only for infrequent calls.Might be best for mostly heads-down work. Those in constant calls or meetings could disturb others.Could benefit from more enclosed 4-person pods surrounded by sound-absorbing partitions.Free bus pass a major bonus.Very community oriented culture unlike other places with a more corporate feel.
Michael Nicholas: Workantile has a fantastic community.
lee terry: Professional business.
Eric Burke: I come here periodically -- the space is open and quiet, the people are great, and you can't beat the location downtown Ann Arbor!
Leigh Stuckey: Workantile is like if all of your coworkers were smart, engaged, generous, kind, and not competing or performing. Not just way better than the "productive procrastination" of working at home, but amazing in its own right. Great location, great setup, great community. 3
Will Warren: A great space for remote workers and entrepreneurs. A great community for new residents or long time Ann Arborites. It is a co-op which helps bring us together and create a sense of ownership. 10/10
Laura Slider: Humans need humans; working at home was too isolated. The humans here are great! I'm neither a tech person nor a young person, yet I felt welcome right from the start. Five stars!
Shawn Kelly: A great place to work with diverse group of friendly people!
Charles Thomas: The diversity of skills and talents of Workantile members makes this place unique and so valuable. I have learned so much from members that makes me better at what I do. You really do not know how much more productive you can be being a member here vs working from home until you try it.
Omar Abdala: As the gig economy, remote work, two career family, and high velocity relocation grows and impacts workers (and especially being in the shadow of U of M), co-working has been and will continue to be a strong need in Ann Arbor. Working alone in the house, day after day, with very little connection to anybody can be lonely, isolating and depressing. I don't recommend it.As a model for *how* to do do co-working, I can think of no better model than Workantile. Being co-involved in the collaborative project of the space and community itself is such an ingenious way to facilitate meaningful interactions between members. It's totally opposite from the alternative model of a for profit company which is expected to provide services for members who then have no real reason to interact. As to the facilities themselves, Workantile is a ground level retail space bathed in light, in the middle of downtown shops and eateries. The desks and phonecall rooms are plentiful, the internet is fast and flawless, and the coffee is delicious. There is nothing left to want for the remote employee!
Dana Kublin: I'm so grateful to have found Workantile. This coworking community is very much by the people, for the people. The atmosphere is welcoming, the space inviting, and the Main Street location convenient and lively. The membership is diverse in their industries, career journeys, and stories.
Tom Brandt: Great people, awesome community, terrific location, nice space. What more could you want?
Max Sprauer: When I got my first remote job, I was excited by how much time I would save by cutting out the commute. I quickly discovered that focusing on work at home was nearly impossible; my work/life balance was actually worse because home and work were both always pulling at me.Luckily I found Workantile soon after and have been working there ever since. Workantile is a godsend to remote and independent workers. There are other incubators and tech-focused co-working spaces in town, but Workantile offers a true community of people that are diverse in every way, including occupations. The people are friendly, the location is fantastic, and you will shocked at the difference getting out of the house can make!
Ryan Gough: So much more than a place to work. This spot is filled with interesting people and great coffee, and you can be as comfortable locking yourself away quietly all day as you can setting up a meet up for an after work community event.Highly recommended for everyone!
Aaron Starkey: Workantile truly embodies the coworking spirit and does well to foster a positive community of people from a wide variety of disciplines. I was only in Ann Arbor for 3 weeks, but they accommodated me and my situation with ease, and it was wonderful being able to make use of their space.
Jeff Clingenpeel: My office-away-from-home for 10 years now—it's such a wonderful, down-to-earth community full of great people. It's done more than just get me out of the house and out of my pajamas: I've learned a lot here about professions and worldviews very different from my own and made some good friends in the process. Workantile has really enriched my life.
Sarah Zettel: I’m a writer, and I worked at home for a lot of years, but, slowly, isolation crept in and my productivity began to drop off sharply. Coffee shops and libraries were not providing the structure, or the human connections that I needed. As soon as I joined Workantile, I joined a professionally-oriented community. I could work in a comfortable, work-focused environment, but still have the daily give and take around the coffee station that I had missed. My productivity shot up and my stress level dropped. I’ve been a member now for 9 years and am about to complete my 15th published novel. I highly recommend Workantile for creative professionals who are finding the home office less ideal than they thought it might be.
George Hotelling: I couldn't work remotely without Workantile. Having a place to go for work where I can settle in gets me in the productive mindset. The community is thoughtful and kind, and the Slack is the best guide everything Ann Arbor.
Edward Vielmetti: Excellent coworking facility, great people. There's covered bicycle parking inside, and a rack outside.
Jim Walke: Workantile has been perfect for me. I work from home, but still need to get out of the house occasionally. This community offers a desk in a great office, and interaction with a lot of smart people.
Laura Hopkins: I've been a member of Workantile for almost two years. It's been a life-saver; working from home can be really limiting and distracting. I'm a remote employee and having "co-workers" here has been immensely helpful! We have a real sense of community here too - weekly social lunches, game nights, happy hours, holiday parties, etc. I know most members because we all actively participate and engage with each other, which is really nice. All different types of folks work here - from technical to sales and everything in between. Very open and diverse. Come on in and try a free day and see if you like it!

Cahoots: what do users think?
Grace Su Ming: Nice space for events! Has large garage door to allow for air flow. Has a stage with sound system and screen and protector
Akira Kashiwagura: Greeted by a super friendly barista at this airy and pleasant coffee shop. Was bummed that they were out of matcha the day we visited but we enjoyed the decor and vibes of the store. Selections of baked goods and pastries were limited to some muffins, a quiche, and a scone; wished there were croissants visible or available. Ordered a small cold brew and it was well balanced and refreshing!
Ariana Ross: Awesome place! Delicious coffee, jalapeño cornbread was on point. Love the decor and comfy seating area! The Cahoots staff is super friendly and made some great suggestions of what else to check out in the area. Overall great place to catch a bite and a coffee, interesting unique items to choose from and a very pleasant atmosphere. Cool to know they have an event space too! Thanks for the great coffee guys!
Mikki Sharp: Beautiful workspace, and fantastic Feng Shui. I've been looking for a workspace outside of my home office on remote days. I would definitely consider.
Charlie Andrews: I've been working from Cahoots for about five months and absolutely love the entrepreneurial bug in the atmosphere here. Everyone seems to be working hard on realizing the future in their own peculiar way.The desk rental rates are fair, the space is bright and open, and the gym is well equipped. Heck, they usually even have a service where they'll wash your gym clothes so that they're ready the next day.I'd definitely recommend Cahoots to anyone in the Ann Arbor area who's frustrated with the work-from-home monotony.
Prashant Salla: what can i say about this place? me and my team have been working here and buying lots of coffee everyday at the cafe. AMAZING people & energetic, fun & high tech environment. Definitely try this place out for a coffee or a co-working space! :)
Alnoor Virani: Love the community feeling here
Andy Fowler: What a great space and community to be a part of. The Nutshell team is proud to be growing here!
Colin Gross: Excellent space for presentations.
Emily Tumminia: Cahoots is an awesome place to work with a friendly environment unlike any other co-working space around!
Thressa Nichols: I worked at a company housed in the Cahoots space for a little over a year and LOVED it. Being in a coworking space allowed us to collaborate and problem solve with other great organizations. I would highly recommend!
Nicole Worth: 15/10 would recommend as a coworking space!
Katherine Mays: Working in Cahoots is the best! Friendly people, comfortable spaces, booking meeting rooms is a breeze, the amenities are great (I love my standing desk). A wonderful community is forming here and Joe, Guy, and Alison, in particular, are nothing but a pleasure and know their stuff. Highly recommended!
Karl Tiedemann: A fantastic space to work in a fantastic building in a fantastic downtown location.
Kody Peters: Great place to work!
Sara Kissner: Despite my co-workers preventing me from turning the heat up to 87, this really is an incredible place to be part of. Amazing facilities, wonderful co-working colleagues, and run by a great group of people!
Asya Sharrow: Beautiful space, great location, and awesome group of people.
Andy Jensen: Now that the vision is being realized, couldn't ask for a more awesome home.
Brian Flaherty: Terrific space. Great people. Cool startups working on cool stuff. Friendly office culture.
Jack Virag: Cahoots is the coolest coworking spaces in Ann Arbor. One of my favorite features is the mobile app. I use it all the time to book conference / relaxation rooms.
Dan Seely: I’m a huge fan of working in Cahoots. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Office Evolution: what do users think?
Hiag Avsharian: A+ First Class facility AND Management. I have been a member for the shared office space and now a temporary office with both experiences being more than worth the cost. Dave does a great job managing everything and is always has a "can do" spirit to help in any way he can.
Peter Andreeson: Great place nice people definitely enjoy the relationship
Bobby Manion: Excellent office and meeting spaces with coffee machines!
Vikas Kukreja: Great staff, good location
Nicole Mackmiller: The offices are beautifully decorated, professional, and able to accommodate a meeting of any size. The staff members are also wonderful and attentive to their clients’ office needs.
Logan McLeod: I had the opportunity to office out of Office Evolution from May to Dec 2022 & I have to say it's an amazing facility. You're surrounded by entrepreneur's from all walks of life, friendly, collaborative folks, ample access to meeting rooms and common areas, it's very quiet for actual work. Some of the perks, like Cold Brew Coffee on tap are over the top! Dave and his team do a wonderful job & given the opportunity, I'll definitely be back!
Ryan Britt: Excellent staff. Always helpful and friendly. Meeting spaces are nice and clean.
Soosmita Sinha: Love love love the staff and the space. Always felt like I was among friends. My first exposure was attending a meeting for an organization I volunteer with in Ann Arbor. Dave was a warm and hospitable host and we formed an instant connection talking about the artwork from local artist that he displays in the common spaces. Fast forward months later I just had my artist reception there this past Saturday. Words can't describe the commitment of everyone who came forward to contribute to the event in every shape or form right from providing drinks, food, gift baskets, helping with logistics, and just being there to support me. A special shout out to Jen who is just awesome and Dave, Carol and Dan. When I finally make a living off my art I will definitely rent a co-working space there :0) Jokes apart, if you are looking for a space that will let you grow and give you a sense of community look no further than OE Ann Arbor.
Daniel Raglin: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueOffice Evolution is an outstanding Virtual Office in a great space with a exceptional staff. The location is great, parking is easy and the environment is bright and clean with lots of conveniences. A Professional business, high quality and good value. I highly recommend Office Evolution.
Sarah Maria: My organization used a private office at Office Evolution and absolutely LOVED the experience. It is a great atmosphere, people are friendly and cold brew iced coffee on tap! I highly recommend using this shared working space and hopefully one day I will end up back here again!
Cecilia Aguilar: Super great space for our teams strategy meeting! Pricing is super fair for all the amenities you get. Staff were very friendly and helpful from the first phone call. Would definitely book another meeting room here again.
Natalie Laurain: Perfect space for a workgroup. Everyone is so friendly and helpful
Thomas Macias: Office Evolution always goes above and beyond to fulfill our team's needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Chris Yu: Had a great experience renting out the small conference room for the day. Amenities were great. WiFi worked well and we had no issues connecting laptops to the TV. The space was very clean and had a nice selection of outlet options. The kitchen area with teas, coffees, and nitro coffee on tap was a really nice feature. Melissa was very friendly and welcoming - She even gave me a full tour because I was curious to check out the other spaces. Small things that made a big difference were not having to search for parking as there is a big parking lot right outside the building and having several food options within a ~2 minute walk. Would definitely recommend to others!
Phil Santer: Positive:Professionalism,Responsiveness,Value
Jeremy Yoder: Perfect location for an on-site working session with my team. They were great to work with and friendly.
Laurie Greenberg: I have been leasing from the Ann Arbor Office Evolution for a few months and love it. I feel grateful to have discovered this amazing gem to come to and be productive. It’s clean, light, friendly and convenient. Melissa, the kind friendly face you see every morning, is incredibly helpful and attentive to any of my needs and questions I have. Thank you for your awesome office space and more importantly your incredible customer service.
sarah lee: Friendly people and I feel like my mail is safe there!
Jennifer Laidlaw: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueWe recently held an in-person event at this space. Melissa was attentive and responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The conference room has all the technology bells and whistles to make our event run seamlessly. Highly recommend!
Jason Rogers: Great offices. Dave and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I was at O.E. for two years and enjoyed every minute of it. O.E. was determined to be "essential" at the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 outbreaks so they never shut down. When we started going back to offices during that time, Dave was well-prepared to service our needs. I would absolutely choose O.E. again if I was in need of office space. The co-working spaces are nice as well, but I spent my time in a private office. The FREE PARKING is also a huge bonus.
keven: Office Evolution in Ann Arbor is designed for optimal productivity and creativity. The working space options, technology, equipment and amenities available allow me to focus solely on getting my work done. My office mates are innovative and seem like entrepeneurs at heart, which further facilitates a productive and stimulating work environment that I have not experienced before. It is affordable, the office manager is very responsive, and working there has been a very positive adventure!

Regus - Ann Arbor - South State Commons: what do users think?
Pete Shanahan: This is a great place to hold or host a meeting. The receptionist was more than helpful and we get along .ore accomplished out of the office.
Thomas miller: We keep canceling services but they show back up and get extended. Office manager assured us it would be fixed but it never was. Online attempts at a solution just get some canned response that doesn't fix anything.
Drew Noble: Pros:Erica and Ryan are greatNice clean officeMonthly price is good- but fees are almost as much as the rentCons:I was charged $520 in fees for a 2.5 month commitment.Fees should be much more transparent and not hidden in legalese.Invoicing should be more streamlined and transparent. I received 5 invoices in 2 months.$309 office restoration fee based on $3/sq. foot (hidden in "house rules", not in my contract)$45 late fee (I accidentally paid my security deposit instead of my rent the first month, and they charged me a late fee and would not refund as a courtesy)$65 late fee (no idea, they charge $800 in security deposits, first $400 appears the first month, then $400 appears another time as part of another invoice, I didn't recognize this invoice)$12 per month to use the kitchen$49 activation fee
Nitish Jaiswal: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,ValueAmazing people. Ryan is extremely helpful and flexible. The workspace itself is quiet, peaceful and very conducive to focused work.
Sandra Jimenez: Todo llega super rápido y en buen estado
Devan Olah: Great place to stop by and get work done. Very helpful staff. Go Blue!
Colleen Samantha: Very impressed! Convenient location right off 94, close to downtown. Super nice staff, professional and welcoming to all my clients. All inclusive office space - just what I was looking for, for my business.
Joseph Generette: Location is great. I've started up a new business and this is just what I needed to help me start up on a budget friendly space. Thank you Regus!!!!
H C: When traveling a lot Regus gives me the option to utilize a walk in office where ever I am. The Ann Arbor location is great, the staff is helpful, the location is right next to the hotels and just a short distance from down town. Its reliable and welcoming. I am pleased I found a service like this that works with my ever changing company needs.

Venue by 4M: what do users think?
John Hamerink: We ordered the tacos, chips and guacamole, salsa, rosemary bread, and the Caesar salad. The beer and wine were great! Service was spot on and very attentive (thank you EJ)! Even the owner stopped by our table to check in on our experience. Furthermore, the parking lot makes it easy to get in and out. The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Yes, the food and drink cost money… but it was very well done and delicious, and frankly good food costs money. We will 100% be back!

Mason Cox: Great food, even better people
Tina Champagne: Love the food and service!
Scott Edenstrom: To the owner(s). Read all your negative reviews and take them to heart. They are spot on.

Roslyn Maksym: absolutely terrible experience. came here with a large party, which i understand can be a hassle, but the waiter ej was completely disrespectful and had an attitude the entire time we were served. there were only a few people who actually liked the food, the rest was absolutely terrible to the point they did not eat it & it was not taken off the bill. we told ej from the beginning who was separated and he completely messed up 1/2 the bills. will never be coming here again.
Lauren Gerrity: Food: 5/5|Service: 2/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
David Sayah: This was incredible. My guest and I started out with two beach runs for our drinks which were very refreshing and flavorful. Chips & queso was our appetizer which was delicious. The queso was so silky smooth and the chips were very crisp. I ordered the chef salad and my guest ordered the chilaquiles, both of which were very large and very enjoyable! I subbed the ranch for champagne vinaigrette as my waitress recommended and it was the perfect complement for the dish. And she brought over a fresh avocado with a smile when my guest expressed that she wasn’t a fan of the pickled one. The service was great! Ashley waited on us and was super suggestive and personable, definitely hope she’s available next time I’m in. And the atmosphere is amazing, coworking and coffee spaces, restaurant, bar, event space, etc. It’s absolutely gorgeous, I can’t wait to come back.
Margaret Curtis Howe: Not cheap, but not overly expensive. Brilliant interior design. I ordered the classic burger and it was amazing. This picture doesn’t do it justice. Also highly recommend the brussel sprout chips.
Katie V: Went to an event here tonight and stayed after for dinner. The food was amazing and will definitely be back. Our server Kat was terrific. Service and food are top notch highly recommend!

Laura Stevens: We enjoyed a terrific dinner for six on graduation weekend. Service was very good even though it a was a super busy weekend.
Corey Winters: Food was good. Expensive but good. Happy hour definitely the way to go if it’s your first time so you can try some drinks and an appy for a reasonable price. “Any questions with the menu.” … yes, it’s non existent. On your phone only menu which is annoying on a date. Service is slow even when not busy and having a lot of staff. The best part of the place is the ability to have a large party in a cool location, which I will keep in mind. Also it’s not downtown so parking is easy in, easy out.
Ryan Salem: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lotMore
Ivana Armstrong: We visited this place twice while staying in Ann Arbor. Cocktails were amazing, two high recommendations are Dr Booze and Smokey Old forum. Food is very very good, my recommendation are calamari as a starter and pappardelle with boar bolognese for main.Bread pudding is missing some ice cream and pizza was not my favorite. But I would come again
Renu Yonkoski: With the Ann Arbor food scene this place is just mediocre. Service was great, but food is underwhelming for the price. We will not be eating here again.Dietary restrictions accommodated Vegetarian Recommendation for vegetarians Would not recommend …More
