Arbor Professional Solutions: what do users think?
Janice Baar: I have worked with Arbor Professional Solutions for over 10 years. They are prompt in getting me any answers I need and their performance is outstanding. The staff is always pleasant when I call and ask them any questions. Great Place to do Business With.
Christopher: This company is the worst! Not only were they rude, and disrespectful, but after they found out I was never billed because the police dept that took my information after my 12 year old son needed an ambulance for an emergency, never transcribing my address correctly. That means I NEVER RECEIVED A BILL FROM THE ORIGINAL COMPANY, OR A BILL FROM YOU!!!!!!!!! They just lied, and hung up, so don't bother trying to work with them, they are crooks. Companies like this are just normal businesses, they have to make a profit too, so they should not be thought of as untouchable. The same laws that govern your local gas stations, govern debt collection companies, it's not some federal agency, or shadow Bank. It's probably a bunch of old white guys sitting around drinking bourbon and reminiscing about how much money they steal from single mothers and laugh. So don't feel bad for these folks, they helped give you the credit knowing you probably couldn't pay it back.
brian howe: Snotty people
Alexis Ajja: This company is a SCAM I made a payment with them and it showed up on my billing statement as Ann Arbor Professional Massage, which has a website with the same address and phone number as this company! Had to report them for violations of privacy and FDCPA regulations.
Michelle Haviland: THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST! Sent multiple past due accounts to them back in 2011. They never collected single dime but charged us fees over and over again. I got so frustrated with them that I fired them within a year. Just got a call from them today (2022), wanting money to pursue an account from 11 years ago. I asked what the fees were for and they stated "for collecting past due balances" so I asked "And have you collected anything" her reply "no".
MrMurphy's Mom: After reading Google reviews, I was prepared to do battle. Quite the opposite ensued. The person who answered the phone, Amber, was courteous, respectful and pleasant. I did not even have to ask about a receipt as she explained that when she found my account. Everyone may not have a pleasant experience, but maybe it's some customer's approach. Be respectful when you first call. Now if want to talk about some rude as heck companies, too, I'm your gal. :-)Update: About a week after speaking with them, I received a receipt of payment in the mail. A week further, the collection was removed from my credit report and my score jumped 49 pts!
Nate Cass: Absolutely the worst customer service. Tom does not deserve to be in business. They are taking people's money and treating them like trash at the same time.God has a special way of dealing with these type of animals
B: Service is TERRIBLE! I just tried to resolve my debt because I was in a car accident. I informed someone by the name of Leah that this debt will be taken care of by litigation through insurance. I let her know that I have a case number on file, insurance company, and lawyers information and still refuses to take derogatory mark off my credit. Literally the only person that answers the phone and refuses to get a manager on the phone.
andy sims: They are inept at getting anything correct. Had a Dr bill that was sent to.them to collect . Settled up with the drs office. They would not remove it from my.credit report. Took three months to clear up. Lawyering up...Vom was who the Dr sent the statement to twice and I sent it twice also.....
Kimo Brown: They are very unprofessional and rude. My experience felt like collections in the early 80's. Thank God for FDCPA, CFPB and FCRA !!! They put people like them out of business! Hopefully my complaint to all of them will lead to an investigation or even better a class action lawsuit
Pamela Ward: I read bad reviews about this agency and didn't want to call. I did want a debt off my bill so I called and got Wade. He was kind, professional, and told me they will report this to all the bureaus. I said I would give him a good review because I was happy with his service.
Carmen Kelley: ****DEAL DIRECTLY WITH YOUR CREDITOR****I had an account placed with Arbor Professional Solutions about four years ago. I didn't have very much contact with them, but the little contact I did have was exactly what you would expect from a collection agency. I decided to purchase a house and I was ready to get them off my credit report. I called them and told them I wanted to pay. I was amused that even when I initiated polite contact to pay the debt, there was still an underlying attitude from the rep. I was told I would have to submit a settlement request in writing by fax or mail and it could take thirty days for the creditor to respond. That seemed like a big unnecessary waste of time to me. I asked the rep if I should contact the original creditor directly for more expediency. The rep stated he couldn't stop me from doing it, but warned me the creditor probably wouldn't deal with me and tell me to call Arbor Professional Solutions back. I had nothing to lose so, I called. My creditor was a small business owner. I was pleasant to them and I received the same in return. It was much easier dealing with the original creditor as opposed to Arbor Professional Solutions. We reached a settlement agreement and I agreed to make the payment in person the same day. When I paid in person, I asked if the creditor would consider having the account removed from my credit report. The creditor agreed and called Arbor Professional Solutions while I was standing there and confirmed my payment and requested the account be removed from my credit reports. I overheard the rep from Arbor Professional Solutions confirm with my creditor the amount paid and ask if they were sure they wanted the account removed. My creditor confirmed the removal request and the Arbor Professional Solutions rep replied by saying, "She's probably trying to apply for something". I'm not sure what business of hers that is to speculate on what I'm doing after the resolution of my debt, but people do strange things. I guess she may have felt some type of way after she told my creditor I probably wouldn't show up to pay (I initiated the payment, remember). I called the next day to request a receipt from Arbor Professional Solutions (I had one from the creditor) and they told me one would be mailed. It's been ten days and I have yet to receive anything from them. They did remove the account from my credit reports quickly, which is why I gave a two star review. I tell my story for those of you that have had negative interaction with this company. If you want to make them as uncomfortable as they try to make you, don't deal with them. Call your creditor and open up the lines of communication. Usually, if you are polite and reasonable, they will be too. Doing this takes the collection agency out of the loop (they do still get a percentage of your payment) and you don't have to deal with nasty attitudes and personal vendettas against your credit report. Make sure you get a receipt from your creditor and something in writing saying they will request the removal of the account from your credit report. Once you do that, you're golden. If they decide to be petty, you now have everything you need to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Good luck ;-)
Ashley Brooks: I have never had such a negative experience when calling a company. My dental bill was sent to collections because it was not sent to my forwarding address when I moved out of state. I called today to speak with a representative and pay the debt in full. I asked for something in writing showing that once my debt is paid in full it will be removed from my report. The first person a spoke to insisted this was not possible and that no one there would be able to provide such a document. She recommended I could speak to a supervisor and see what she might be able to do. I of course said yes please and old her I appreciate your help. The so called supervisor gets on the line and proceeds to tell me "We have not been in business for x number of years by lying to people." Followed by me asking to speak to her supervisor ( Apparently a VP) and being told before putting me on hold while I was explaining her unprofessional-ism that " I don't know why you think the answer will change when you have been told 3 times." The so called VP did not take the complaint seriously and stated "Do you want us to put you on a No contact list so you never have to deal with us again?" No I want you and your staff to be far more professional and not speak to people in such a rude manner. I do not know who is above these people but they should be let go. When someone is calling and being very nice to get something cleared up you do not act like classless jerks. Get it together! Or do not work with people.
Beth Dinwiddie: These guys are the worst and what is really disappointing is that most of the complaints are avoidable. They won't send a statement or call you because they "don't do that." HOW DO PEOPLE KNOW?! The initial customer service rep (Sarah) was very nice and actually tried to help me out, but had not further information. They will ask for your customer ID, but they never notified me of one in the first place. What a mess! They will ask how much you owe, but never notify you of the amount in the first place. It was almost like they wanted me to be a mindreader. I haven't have any double reporting (yet), but I know of someone who did and I wouldn't be surprised if it happens with mine too.I had a medical debt from an accident where I was hospitalized and paying bills when you were unable to fill out any of the information yourself is a nightmare. With Arbor Professional Solutions I received no notifications from them. My lawyer notified me that everything was paid and I was pretty convinced I had finally sorted everything out. When I called, it was difficult for representatives to pull up my information because I had never received a statement, ID number, etc. I asked supervisors about it (Amber) they were extremely rude, cutting me off in the middle of questions and then telling me that I was cutting them off (this happened mostly with Amber). They will make no effort to reach out to you about your debt and then tell you it's your fault that you didn't know about any updates or changes. If you can steer clear, please do. I realize they probably have to talk to people who are rude to them all the time and that's not easy. Some of the people calling and a lot of the people leaving the reviews just want to take care of the debt and credit in a timely and responsible manner. WE DON'T WANT THIS DEBT! WHY WOULD WE?! Let us fix it by notifying us and stop double reporting! Any way that Arbor Professional Solutions can improve on that would be appreciated.
Drew Priebe: Horrible people! I called attempting to pay the bill, but no one would assist in answering any questions. They also refused to put anything in writing.
Jon Biszalik: So falsely showing a debt from a BK, I wrote them a letter to take off my report and the idiots put it on my report again, so now it is showing twice on Equifax. They will soon feel the repercussions...... I would give them a 0 star but won't let me and being a business owner my collections will never be handled by this company.
Me Mememe: One of the most awful debt collectors out there. Bought one of my daughters hospitals bills from our local hospital. Slapped it on my credit, garnished my checks, they lost in court and we set up payment arrangements. They never once updated the debt on my credit saying it was up to date, instead they recently added the SAME bill to my credit just with the amount of the garnishment they’d collected subtracted. So, one bill is now two hits on my credit. The second one just cost me 54 points! Yay! Tried to call and discuss it with them, and they wouldn’t answer any questions. Merely told me they would make a note, and hung up on me after being transferred from agent to agent. Some of the most disrespectful, condescending, INJUST scam artists and representatives out there. They belong on the streets attempting to repossess vehicles in Detroit, not professionally trying to conversation and collect debts respectfully. I will not cooperate with bullies, I will be letting the court deal with this matter. Run from them!
Ke'Donne Lee: Arbor Professional Solutions is a store front scam for laundering money, I do believe. I have made multiple attempts to send them a certified letter and they keep refusing it. I only gave them 1 star because the format won't allow me to leave them zero stars. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL
Jeff and Penny Goetz: Super hard to work with. Refused to fax proof of payment. Rude on the phone. Just rude in general. I paid a bill that we weren't even aware was unpaid. Truly thought is was paid a couple of years ago, but it showed up on a credit report.
Jing Han: I have already made my payment 4 months ago, but the agency still shows my ticket open on my credit report and caused a big drop on my credit score. When I tried to call their number to clarify the fact. The customer service was really arrogant and impolite. Not offering any helpful solution at all. Asking me to mail all my proof of payment to them (This is just a third party payment collecting agency), simply because they didn't receive updates from their client (IN THE PAST 4 MONTHS!). And she's even not sure how long it takes them to receive a fax.In a word, the agency is not professional, doesn't work closely with their client.

Credit Bureau of Ypsilanti Inc: what do users think?
cee vee: Shady establishment. Make sure when dealing with them you don’t do it over the phone, have all conversations as written statements (email or snailmail). Do this with all collections agencies.
Talia J: Lack of communication
chrisia pantazides: I would hire a lawyer when dealing with this company. They do not record their conversations with you and constantly lie about how much you owe. I think they are keeping the extra money they are saying you owe that you actually do not and keeping it them selves. I was told I would have a 25% discount for paying a huge portion and legal fees would be dropped. They never gave me a discount. Instead they said I owed even more when I tried to pay the rest. They then said I would of recieved the discount had we let it go to court. If that was the case I would have gone to court that is not what was agreed on and if they recorded our calls I could have proved that. They do not record calls so they can lie and scam people. Please hire a lawyer when dealing with this company. I wish I did!
Jonathan Martin: very helpful.

Jose V: Very easy to work with.
Kenya Deese: Leah McKinney from Account Adjustment Bureau was amazing. She was so very helpful and did her all helping me. She has a heart to help both sides. She gave me her ear and she applied what I said to work out a settlement that me and the company agreed on. I thank God I was able to reach this Angel she was definitely a blessing!
Susan Gentil: Heather Akers resolved my problem in several minutes! She was really nice and understanding to me! Thanks Heather!
Jewell Donaldson: I want to give Leah Hoults all the accolades I can possibly give her. She worked with me through my whole account. She was pleasant to talk to and very courteous. When I had troubles she was understanding and gave me all the opportunities to make up payments. She was a motivation to me as well. Thank you Leah Hoults you made this whole ordeal bearable.
Dwayne Gurley: Leah was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mark Decker: They didn't call me obnoxiously (to my knowledge). When I called them, I'm almost certain I always talked to someone who was coherent and actually helpful. No fifth star because calling them meant I had to shell out, and I didn't want to for the organization that submitted the collection.
earniah bennett: Great helpVery understandableLove the customer service
maia freeman: This company really helped me. Kind and accommodating and they stood behind their word which is very rare for a collection agency. I just paid off my debt and it is rewarding that it’s done.
Shaquanda Williams: Sooo helpful! Why can't they all be like this lbvs. Patient, clear, friendly, informal..just the best service and I was completely satisfied. Trust!.. I never leave reviews lol
Jonathan Smith: Parasites on society
Cheri Mills: I paid the total balance of my account in January and was told it would be removed from my credit report completely. I was told it would take 30 days and it’s been well over 30 days.
Samantha Navarre: Thanks to Leah I was able to get this situation taken care of.
Danny Kelly: Heather was amazing!! She was very kind and helpful and made the experience a breeze!
kera martynuik: I’ve called this company several times to settle/ pay off my debt and no one answers the phone. I am continually sent to a voicemail. It seems they are fast to report things to a credit agency but don’t actually work to resolve the debt.
Kaitlin VanDuyne: AAB is fine, sunhomes not so much.Do not let sunhomes take advantage of you. They have 30 days to send you an itemized receipt of damages to your forwarding address. They like to pull a fast one and send it to the address you are MOVING OUT FROM so you never see it, and can't dispute it. Then they sell it to debt collectors to now try and collect. They also did this to the renters in our home before us. Win-win for sunhomes. Also, check your itemized damages carefully. They like to say things like "hole in the wall" and charge $50 for it, but not specify which room or wall the damaged occurred on. If that is the case, it can be disputed especially if you said there were holes in the wall on your damage report upon move in.If I were AAB, I would stop doing business with sunhomes community.Thank you Heather for helping me take care of my "debt". I understand you are just doing your job. Appreciate it!

Wholesale Payments INC.: what do users think?
Bella Dickens: THIS IS A SCAM! Without a doubt they are not setup to properly manage small businesses and they charge fees & random charges that are NOT disclosed prior to enlisting in their services. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, even if the salesperson is nice and sounds like they know what is going on. THEY DO NOT!!! THEY ARE LYING TO YOU! There is a $350 charge to cancel your "Account". You have an account if you run a single transaction on their system -- even a test transaction. Example: When they were setting up the card reader, before even teaching me how to use it the salesperson ran a transaction through for a penny while making a joke that "I didn't need to worry about paying him back" haha! LOCKING ME INTO A CONTRACT WITH THEM WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.Been on hold with their "customer service" line for 2 hours now with no hope of getting in contact with any real people.
Glorious Women: Great service. Connie was very helpful and informative.Nicole - Supreme Tires and Service Llc.

In mist of setting up she carried a conversation with me that was both funny and enjoyable! She is definitely representative worth keeping and valuing!! Thank you Melissa for helping us at Cruz Automotive LLC here in Amarillo Texas! We Appreciate you!Marcy Salazar
Pam Molander: Slots4fun received a new card machine and needed help setting it up for us. Gage Sackett did a great job getting us set up.
Jason Serby: Wouldn't recommend. Have been working with them for 4 years no problem then out of nowhere they started taking 24% off every transaction. Took 3 weeks to fix and they can't get my money back to me.
Lori Deasel: I spoke with Alec today to get help with our credit card machine at Sixth and Vintage. He was very kind and figured out the problem in no time. Thanks for all the help!
Gloria Portillo: Excelente experience! Great costumer service!
Liliana Bricker: Gage Sackett, thank you so much for the great customer service you provided Plus Mail.I reccommend your service to anyone needing any services for credit card machine servicing.
suha suleiman: Talked to Mia on the phone this morning, she handled all my concerns really well. Great customer service.
Ace Jr: This company and salesperson continue to lie to me about my refund. Forgery fraud and theft by Colin Abel and Wholesale payments. Office lady Savannah Tervino works the same way fraud and theft from businesses..Repost again since was taken down for the 3rd time. For all those with bad experience with this company soon my review will be live and very public.I'll repost my review you took down. Fraud forgery lies unethical business. Colin Abel, Savannah Tervino Wholesale payments Ovvi computers have stolen from myself and many customers. Sad the way you do business especially with your salesperson having a bad record on customer service in colorado. Your reviews on your page are one in the same done by your employees.
Brady Neff: Worked with Lynn today and she was terrific!!! Always had good service with Wholesale
Gabriel Rodriguez: I have a small custom car shop called G-Rodz n Customs and have been working with Wholesale payments since Nov 2022. I had a small issue with my account and Gage Sackett was able to tell me what had happened and quickly fixed the issue! Great company to work with ESPECIALLY if you are a small business like mine
Nathan Gentit: They call incessantly, even when you ask (repeatedly) not to. Last call, they hung up as soon as I asked what company the caller was with. At best, this is borderline harrassment. Not sure what to do, short of blocking each number they call me from and hiring a lawyer.
j miol: When I first signed up with Wholesale Payments, I had Nicholas Briseno pass by. He explained how they weren't going to charge me a dollar for the device, no monthly fees, no debit card fees which sounded great for our business. Later come to find out it was all lies. I had many back and forths with him and director Bobby Ingram which eventually led to them not owning up to their lies and hanging up the phone on me. I then called the main customer service and explained my frustration to the support agent Connie Silvar. She's amazing and followed through with the original statements that were agreed upon and we also received reimbursement for the fees I wasn't supposed to pay. I would expect the agent Nicholas to have some consequences for his lies.Ebenezer Auto SalesTampa, FL-Jose M. Owner
Katie Pettit: The over the phone customer service was wonderful. Abigail was very helpful and answered a lot of questions for me! I needed more questions answered the next day and Mia was also very helpful and clear in her answers. Thank you ladies!
The Design Oasis: We are incredibly grateful to Wholesale Payments for their exceptional service and to Agent Lynn for going above and beyond to assist our company, The Design Oasis. Their expertise and support made my experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you, Wholesale Payments, and a special shoutout to Lynn for your outstanding dedication and assistance!
Rapid Service Insurance: Connie was great on the phone, helped me answer questions about my account and offer solutions.
Juan Esquivel: Always have service no complaints
La Fresa Ice cream Mexican Restaurant: So far so good! We enjoy the clover system with it’s current updated technology to make everything more efficient than ever. I had to call and ask a few questions; my support agent Amanda Garcia was super helpful, clear and concise. Connecting to a real person is quick and easy. Which is a plus on it’s own.
