Johnny Bates: I put my Onan generator in to get checked and Eric and his tech sorry I don’t have the tech name got in it to diagnose the problem and they did it quicker than I expected and although Eric had a slow down due to not being able to get the parts rite away he kept me updated and I did bug him more Than I should have he was always willing to talk to me so as of now the parts are In and my generator will be done as soon as they can thank you to Eric for being a professional also the lady who answers the service calls again don’t have her name everybody is and has ben great people to deal with thank you

Remo DeSantis: Brought my truck in for the TRP campaign on the SCR system. They were more than happy to fix my problem. Truck ran fine for a week then wouldn't stop re-gening. They insisted this had nothing to do with the repairs they made to the SCR system just one week prior and wanted $4,700 to fix my truck. They also charged me $340 to tell me this. What a joke.
