I've called the office about eight times and left messages the last six or so for the person who's supposed to handle matches for me to get back with me. No one has. When you call their operator service, you never get to talk to someone in person. Just an operator.I'll come down there to the office every day on my way into work to talk to their office personnel about their service, if that's the way they operate! I want my money back!Don't waste your money on this company!

Anna: Be warned: this place is a money grab (you have to pay for everything upfront). Then if you are not satisfied, you cannot get your money back. If you are still in your 30s and can manage a dating app, I would stick to that. I've had much better luck and dating apps are free! I have 2 main complaints with this business: 1) My "matchmaker" changed 3 times over 6 months...not sure why but each time I could tell from their accents that they were not located in Michigan! 😅 2) They are very hard to get ahold of. I almost always got the voicemail when I called. That being said, if you are not savvy with technology and/or not interested in online dating, and have thousands of dollars to spare, then give it a shot.

After spending three thousand dollars on their services, I found that they matched me with people I would never date, and when I tried to get a hold of my "matchmaker", they chose when they wanted to respond and still have not heard a response to an email I have sent them over a month ago.
