Andrew Pickett: She was very loving and polite in handling my account. She was so kind and patient with me. I'm going to miss her and her professional way of dealing with me. Thanks so ever much.
Ashley Nickolopoulos: Heather was very friendly and timely. I got everything done in under 5 minutes!! Thanks!!
Ari Love: Leah M. Hoults has made myself very satisfied with my experience. She has made it a lot easier to get a roof over my head from being homeless. She is the best and very easy to communicate with. She has did any outstanding job.
Jose V: Very easy to work with.
Kenya Deese: Leah McKinney from Account Adjustment Bureau was amazing. She was so very helpful and did her all helping me. She has a heart to help both sides. She gave me her ear and she applied what I said to work out a settlement that me and the company agreed on. I thank God I was able to reach this Angel she was definitely a blessing!
Susan Gentil: Heather Akers resolved my problem in several minutes! She was really nice and understanding to me! Thanks Heather!
Jewell Donaldson: I want to give Leah Hoults all the accolades I can possibly give her. She worked with me through my whole account. She was pleasant to talk to and very courteous. When I had troubles she was understanding and gave me all the opportunities to make up payments. She was a motivation to me as well. Thank you Leah Hoults you made this whole ordeal bearable.
Dwayne Gurley: Leah was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Mark Decker: They didn't call me obnoxiously (to my knowledge). When I called them, I'm almost certain I always talked to someone who was coherent and actually helpful. No fifth star because calling them meant I had to shell out, and I didn't want to for the organization that submitted the collection.
earniah bennett: Great helpVery understandableLove the customer service
maia freeman: This company really helped me. Kind and accommodating and they stood behind their word which is very rare for a collection agency. I just paid off my debt and it is rewarding that it’s done.
Shaquanda Williams: Sooo helpful! Why can't they all be like this lbvs. Patient, clear, friendly, informal..just the best service and I was completely satisfied. Trust!.. I never leave reviews lol
Jonathan Smith: Parasites on society
Cheri Mills: I paid the total balance of my account in January and was told it would be removed from my credit report completely. I was told it would take 30 days and it’s been well over 30 days.
Samantha Navarre: Thanks to Leah I was able to get this situation taken care of.
Danny Kelly: Heather was amazing!! She was very kind and helpful and made the experience a breeze!
kera martynuik: I’ve called this company several times to settle/ pay off my debt and no one answers the phone. I am continually sent to a voicemail. It seems they are fast to report things to a credit agency but don’t actually work to resolve the debt.
Kaitlin VanDuyne: AAB is fine, sunhomes not so much.Do not let sunhomes take advantage of you. They have 30 days to send you an itemized receipt of damages to your forwarding address. They like to pull a fast one and send it to the address you are MOVING OUT FROM so you never see it, and can't dispute it. Then they sell it to debt collectors to now try and collect. They also did this to the renters in our home before us. Win-win for sunhomes. Also, check your itemized damages carefully. They like to say things like "hole in the wall" and charge $50 for it, but not specify which room or wall the damaged occurred on. If that is the case, it can be disputed especially if you said there were holes in the wall on your damage report upon move in.If I were AAB, I would stop doing business with sunhomes community.Thank you Heather for helping me take care of my "debt". I understand you are just doing your job. Appreciate it!
Madison Tuttle: Positive:Quality
Nathan Whitener: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Responsiveness,Value
Bianca Boomer: Positive:Professionalism

American Profit Recovery: what do users think?
River Oaks Vet Clinic: the team at APR were very professional and easy to work with.We had issues with our internet due to storms during our training, however the staff of APR were patient and helpful
Light Touch Laser Dental: Matt and Courtney from American Profit Recovery are amazing. They attention to detail and customer service is by far top notch. The training I attended today answered all my questions and made the collection process seamless.
Anthony Leonardi: Was surprised to be notified about an old bank account that was neglected and with the help of Ms. Blackburn I was able to get it resolved right away.
Arizona Garage & Closet Design: We use APR for our business, they make training incredibly easy. Their website is very user friendly and they are highly responsive to any questions you may have.
Nathan Newlands: Aubreigh did a great job training today. ApPR is a great company to work with!
Mark Hale: Great customer service and experience.
Natalie Berrios: Very pleasant and easy to work with.
Patrick Adams: There helping me alot
luis gomez: this woman is an angel sent from the lord himself. incredibly helpful, super sweet, and a very calming voice. i would give her more than 5 stars if it were an option. thank you Rema!
Heena Khatri: Aubreigh was so helpful and informative throughout the training process! Great communication and support!
Deni Harrison: Aubreigh was very informative and super helpful when training!
Stefan Diasti: Matt and Courtney have been great in developing a long term partnership that is mutually successful. They have relieved administrative burden and helped out bottom line! Recommend for any business looking for help with receivables.
A New Outlook: Courtney;s training was perfect, answered all my questions and was patient with me
Kyle Greening: The woman I spoke with was very pleasant to talk with, unlike some of the other collectors that have terrible attitudes, almost as if it's their own money, there's just some people that do not have the proper attitudes to be in the collections business. Thank you, Kyle.
Nikita Umrania: Just started with APR, set up was easy and the system is very user friendly. I had my training session with Meka, she walked me through the system and collection process step by step. They are also available for support any time we need them.
Jason Snyder: Great company to work with!
Jonathan Kenyon: The training was good. Going through the outlines is why I give a 4 instead of a 5. I understand the reason why to go through them, but it was not needed for me. Also website is easy to navigate. After the training I will have no problems.
Amber Toney: Aubreigh and Andy are so kind and knowledgeable and help make training fun. Very happy to be working with them.
Renee Hunter: Courtney R is our customer service rep; she took the time to answer our questions, was very personable, and is a joy to work with. However, the great customer service doesn't start with her; it started with Meka P, who is hands down amazing, personable, articulate, and very knowledgeable
Amy Potts: Meka and the team with APR are easy to communicate and work with! They are very knowledgeable and have made a huge difference in collecting debt on behalf of my business! Would highly recommend their services.
Alyssa Godfrey: I am the office manager for our company and wanted to make sure that our clients were treated with respect when APR would contact them.Unfortunately, I had my first "complaint" that the representative from APR was rude and condescending. So I contacted our rep who puts up with me and all my emails and asked if we could listen to the call.We set up a time with her and her manager Matt M who is also AMAZING. We listened to the call together and was pleased with the outcome. There are some people who will make things harder on everyone (including themselves) just to make a point or get out of something. However, I am very confident with our choice to go with American Profit Recovery. The training they provide, the communication, their professionalism and everything else that goes along with it, I have no doubt that they are the best company to go with if you need to have someone on your side to collect for you.

Hirshberg Acceptance Corporation: what do users think?
Kelly Brandon: This company has been going after me for 20 plus years. Send documents to my parents house, maiden name on documents, won't tell you what the debt is. They know my current address but send to my parents house after a judgement has been made. I never get the opportunity to go to court. This company needs to be sued for their shady practices....anyone who works for them should be embarrassed to say they even receive a paycheck from them. Time to contact an attorney.
Marnie Wirick: I made a pymt plan with this debt collector and they are still sending me judgement papers. I'm going to fight it!
Cassie Goslin: phone number does not even ring
seriously serious: Nobody answers the phone, how do you expect to get a payment? It's September 29 and I've been calling since the beginning of Sept.
tammy Flonta: They have been on me for years for a debt my daughter created. Now they dont even answer there phone
Kristine Larsen: They also garnish you taxes and try to garish from you job at the same time and I dont even get any information about any of this and they been taking my state for few years now very unprofessional business
Detroitspider: Business practices are very shady. After being informed that information was being sent to wrong address they continued to send paper work there. Also comes up with new hidden fees that are never mentioned in any paperwork. They conduct business in a way that they can try and tack on extra money that is not owed or warranted. If dealing with them in any way contact a lawyer. If case is minor be sure to get a hold of a free legal sevice for advice. Never trust this company and never take them at their word. Make them prove every word they say for everything they want
Joe Bojanic: This is a shady debt collector. They do not try to contact you and don't send anything to your credit reports so they can just file suit against you without you knowing.

Congress Collection: what do users think?
Dylan Alder: This place sucked to deal with on the phone . They would not offer a discounted buy out of a collection that is 3 years old and I don’t have knowledge about
Tony Ward: Congress Collections will destroy your credit before even trying to reach out to you. Then once you contact them instead, understandably frustrated, they have an attitude as if they didn’t just tank your credit score before even attempting to reach out. It’s incredibly lazy, irresponsible, and destructive.
Scott Neal: I inquired with this company about doing collections for my employer. Although we chose to retain our current provider, this was definitely one of the most professional, courteous and thorough phone calls I have had with a collections provider. The man I spoke with, John, was very helpful, taking time out of his day to explain not only the system that this company uses, but collections in general. Very helpful and informative. If you have collections needs, I highly recommend this company.
Bella Fox: Charleen was amazing to work with, so incredibly helpful & explaining everything in detail for me. I appreciated her kindness dearly, this was my first time dealing with this kind of stuff & she was very patient & understanding. Made my experience very easy, thank you Charleen.
Jordan Updike: They have been contacting me about a debt that I didn’t owe. I even went to court over this issue and the judge dismissed it. So I’m very confused on why they are still contacting me and my job. I am hoping to get this issue fixed. They are very disrespectful over the phone too. I see in the other reviews stating it’s a scam, so I’m hoping that’s the case. If not I will have to take legal action.
Ms. Princess Hinds: I have no idea of this company will be calling on Monday total scam to lower credit scores
Nicholas rich: So finally I was able to get ahold of some one and speak to them..When they finally admitted their mistake and the admitted that the billing entity made the mistake they fixed their reporting within that period. So yes they messed up but at least they owned it and fixed it without too much legal issues..
Deerweed: My boyfriend got a letter in the mail saying he owed 700 dollars the money amount looks like the last payment he made almost two years ago to a jail for a fine. He hasnt had any other reason to owe money to anyone and he knows he paid the last balance at the jail we basically celebrated. This looks like a horrible scam but im unsure what to do everyone in the reviews says its a scam and it very much looks like it.
howard rush: don't understand how I have a "debt" 2-3 years after I'd thought medical bills were paid off, feels like I was scammed
m bert: I was sent bill from 2018 that were not valid. I PAID anyway to avoid any issues on my credit rating. GUESS WHAT??? They still reported against my credit. Don't bother paying them, they're going to ding your credit anyway. I'm in process of disputing, doubtful it will get correctedTo EDIT: Congress Collection assured my husband that if I paid the bill, they would remove the ding on my credit. THEY DID NOT. I disputed the charges because charges originally billed were invalid anyway, the dispute did not reach favorable resolution for me. If I had known they were going to tank my credit anyway I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID. Again, to reiterate, if you're just paying your bill to avoid the negative action on your credit DO NOT BOTHER - they will still report it.
Darin Lamphier: No answer, no return calls. Now there is no phone number listed. Debt was paid off 6 months ago but it is still on my credit report.
Delisicia Jenkins: Fraudulent. If you see this company calling or writing you SUE THEM for harassment. If they are on your credit report dispute it. Do not pay these mishandlers that are ruining people's loves with their Fraud.
Ganja Granny: While attempting to assure the CSR that the account did not belong to me, I was cussed out. Called back 4 times. Cussed out every time. Spoke with a supervisor who assured me that the business itself, congress collections, belonged to her and she was "the one in charge of all matters legal or not".I laughed and contacted an attorney. Very simple to deal with these types of businesses.
Jim Buczkowski: Biller acknowledged receiving payment and that Congress Collection should not be attempting to collect. Congress Collection refused to acknowledge receipt from biller that payment was made 2 months ago even though biller provided information and contact name at Congress that received a copy of the receipt. Congress continues to contact credit bureau and post negative comments on credit record. They ask for payment or they will not stop even though payment has been made. I have proof of payment and so do they. They are attempting to extort payment. They are rude and will not try to fix their issues and use credit service postings to damage consumers credit to extort money for a bill already settled. Reported to BBB and the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services. Next step is to sue them.
Shawn W: Contacted me for a med bill from over 3 years ago. Sent one payment and then no bill. They called wanting money I asked for a statement or bill. I had to wait for my next check before i could send another payment. Wouldn't understand that i dont always have time to get to the post office. Kept bugging me to give him a date for the next payment, a date that I did not know. So I hung up, blocked them and sent'em 5 bucks. Then they dinged my credit.
Kyle Gruber: Nobody likes dealing with collection agencies, but if I have to in the future, I hope it's this one. Very pleasant to work with, and quickly reported payment to credit agencies.
Aaron Willett: Was never contacted or knew that I had a. Outstanding bill, moved in August and they said they sent me something in June which I never received, they also said that they didn’t have my phone number... I have had the same number for 10 years. Went from a 780 to a 650 over a 68$ bill
Kimberlee McAvoy: The second lady I spoke to here was Janette. She informed me that my insurance company had not yet been billed for the service, and that once it was processed the negative mark on my credit report would disappear. I cannot thank Janette enough for all of her help!
Ashley Duke: Congress Collections never sent me a notice of this debt or any chance to deny the debt before posting the collection to my credit which is a direct violation of my FCRA rights. This bill is for medical office visits which were incorrectly billed by the physicians staff. The VA covers my copay as I am an 80% disabled bet with choice healthcare as well as BCBS FEPBlue covered from my current job. The wrong insurance was billed. I filed a claim to have the Bill covered by the VA and it is processing. Any attempt to come after me for this collection is fraudulent and done in error.I asked Congress Collection to remove the collection from my credit report with all three credit bureaus and they refused which is punishable with a $1,000 fine. Restitution of damages to my credit will be sought. It is criminal to prey on veterans for collections when it has been proven they are covered by dual healthcare policies and then refuse to correct this collection during a pandemic which is making people seek medical care more often!
Sarah Macko: This place is absolutely horrible, I payed my bill directly to the place that I owe, they say they still cannot help me and I'm still in collections. Shawn was extremely rude to me on the phone today. He told me to send him proof in an email, and he could have it taken care of. I did what he asked, and its still not taken care of. He said that I was making demands, and that was not the case. I'm still dealing with this mess. He is horrible to talk to. Im very frustrated with this company, when I should not be in collections, when I already paid that company directly and sent proof that I paid.
Jaime Black: I thought working with them was really easy. They let me pay what I could in the beginning, since my bills were medical and I had virtually no money to my name. If I call to delay a payment, they work it out. I'm pleased with the way they've helped me, and I don't feel like they're judging me. I worked with one company that was horrible, and would not lower my monthly payment even though I had to choose between rent, insulin, or paying them. Congress Collections does not do that. If you just pay your bill with them, there are no problems.
