Canceled appointments without letting me know after I took they day off as If my work schedule didn't matter. The one star is for the dental assistant because she was very kind hearted. I am beyond disappointed with my service and treatment while being at this place. I was not treated with the dignity or respect I deserved.

Kyoung Jo: He saved my dying tooth!I had a tooth that was previously root canal treated by some incompetent dentist, and that tooth got seriously infected due to a chipped file stuck in the root. Dr. Jung thoroughly explained possible complications and options. He pulled out the chipped file and treated the infection for several weeks, watching whether infection can be treated so that the tooth can be saved. Once he was confident enough that the infection was fully treated, he retreated the tooth with the proper root canal treatment and saved my tooth! Im very satisfied and happy with my treatment and the crown he put on the tooth is flawless and feels like my own tooth!I would say that i can be very picky but Dr. Jung is the real DEAL!

One minor comment, the post-procedure instructions say take 800 mg ibuprofen for pain but the prescription is for 600.Update 4 yrs later, am on my 3rd implant! Still all positives, with one suggestion- patient should have eye protection during procedures.

Sara Bowers: DO NOT GO HERE!!! First situation with them is I called the insurance company to make sure the crown was covered for my 17 year old, it was. We get to the dentist they file the tooth down slap this big ugly temp on her then tell us the insurance don’t cover the crown, lie!! They wanted to set up payments, I then call the insurance company it was in fact covered they didn’t submit the correct information.I had to do their job for them!! We Get the crown, they then say my daughter needs her wisdom teeth removed. Once again I do the same thing with insurance, once again it’s covered. We go to the appointment that is an hour away from my home. They then tell me that the procedure is covered but they need to do a ct scan… uhhh never heard of that!! And my insurance refused to pay that. Duhhh because it’s not needed!! They wanted once again to set up a payment plan. I believe they are running some type of insurance fraud. I will be reporting them today to the better business bureau my insurance company and to the state for insurance fraud.

ellie bowers: went to get my wisdom teeth done and before this i have went to them to get my fake tooth done and they did shady stuff then too, told me my insurance covered it and shaved my tooth down and put a temporary tooth on and then tried telling me too bad it doesn’t cover it, so i called my insurance and fought for me to get my tooth, so now i go to get my wisdom teeth done drove an hour away and we even talked to the lady and even have a letter saying everything will be covered by my insurance and we get up their and they said it will cover my extraction but not for ct? and that a cat scan has to be done for you to get ur wisdom teeth done. not true they have some type of Medicade scam going on and saying it doesn’t cover and we have to pay for the ct, witch i already have x-rays from them showing i need to get my wisdom teeth done. they just want ur money and doing shady stuff don’t trust them.

My dental health is not the best but they did not make me feel uncomfortable about it. The dentist was professional and gentle. He made sure that my experience was pain free. Brenda Brown: I rate this 1 star. My reason for this is because it takes them 5 or 6 months to prepare dentures and in the mean time their patient have to wear temporary dentures. Speaking with a few of the patient's I was informed they are unable to actually eat food of their choice. Instead their diet consist of soft foods. Well that is truly unhealthy because the patient's diet is limited. If dentures are made in your office the dentures should be completed less than 3 to 6 months. I am not a patient nor will I ever be. But a friend of mine is a patient. And the wait for consultation and the visit was over 5 hours for those two appointments. To top it off the person can not get their permanent dentures for 6 months. I do not understand the reasoning for this. When my friend finally get their dentures and the are comfortable with them then maybe again maybe I might be a little more generous with my rating for them.

Dr. Kaplan sat with me in his office several times and explained every detail regarding my upcoming procedures! After every process, he called to check on me personally!I have just completed 2 difficult implants, but with Dr. Kaplan's expertise and patience, we succeeded beautifully!!!His staff is nothing short of spectacular! Not only are they talented and professional, but they embrace you like an old friend!I will continue to maintain this very special relationship and highly recommend Dr. Kaplan! And she was right!I was a difficult case and, after several surgeries, I was not only impressed by his meticulous work, but by his genuine care and follow-up as well. Once, when I was out of the country, he called a world-renowned periodontist to do the follow-up visit with me. After the London dr. looked at my x-rays and examined me, he said, "I rarely comment on my peers, but your dr. did a beautiful job!"Dr. Kaplan's staff is just as competent, and there's a friendly, inviting atmosphere in his office, which is rare.Today, I'm grateful that my dentist made sure I saw the very best and I ended up in Dr. Kaplan's capable hands!

Johann Schwank: I have been a patient of Dr. Mitch Kaplan for about 5 years. I was referred to him by my dentist, as there was concern about deep pockets in my gums and periodontal disease. In 2015, Dr. Kaplan did surgery that took care of two major problem areas and significantly improved my oral health. Following surgery, I had regular check-ups with him, and periodic deep cleaning of my teeth by his dental hygienists, alternating with cleanings by my regular dentist. In a recent checkup, Dr. Kaplan noticed that one of the pockets was growing again, and he explained to me the treatment options, and we agreed that it was best to again do some surgery. I have been deeply impressed by Dr. Kaplan’s surgical skills and his demonstrated deep knowledge of the newest developments in his field. He has a wonderful and friendly way to interact with patients and his staff. Dr. Kaplan holds not only a DDS degree (Doctorate in Dental Surgery), but also a PhD degree, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. To become a Diplomate, a periodontist has to have made significant achievement beyond the educational requirements of periodontics, and has to be certified by the American Board of Periodontology.I have come to trust Dr. Kaplan without any reservation. He has not only educated me about the treatment options and provided excellent guidance how I could help improve my oral health by appropriate dental hygiene, but also helped me with timely surgical interventions that had great outcomes. Kudos are also due to his staff. They are friendly, professional, and highly skilled. If there were a ranking, Dr. Kaplan and his professional team would get top 5 stars! Dr. Mitch Kaplan’s practice is defined by excellence, top-notch treatment, and fantastic people skills.

Dr. Kaplan is top-notch, of course, but he has surrounded himself with a staff that can’t be beat! They are all very efficient, organized and professional. They all excel at their job functions! Most importantly though, they are compassionate and take the time to make sure that you are comfortable and that your experience there is the best it can be. Previously, I was not a fan of having dental work done but that has changed since coming to this office!
