Devin Brent: Performed an unnecessary procedure without informing me it wouldn't be covered by my insurance. After contesting the bill and being given the runaround, I was eventually told the charge would be withdrawn. Now I'm getting hounded by a collection agency. Extremely scammy business practices.

I was not notified of this policy upon the scheduling of my appointment.I am a communication specialist and [essential] healthcare worker and am experienced in providing a high standard of patient care. I feel I am qualified to state that Community Dental Center demonstrated poor communication with patients and poor transparency with regards to their policy.I was a potential new client and I will be seeking my dental care elsewhere.
Sophie Bright: This place is awesome. I saw Dr. Maynor for my exam and Iesha for my cleaning— they were both great. It seems like it’s practically an all-female staff, which is cool in and of itself, not to mention they all are very good at what they do. Very professional, my teeth feel A+, Iesha was above and beyond enjoyable to talk to (Dr. Maynor, too, I just saw her for less time).I’m back in school as a grad student now and so am on Medicaid, and my old dentist wouldn’t take me since I lost my employer-based insurance so that was why I came here. But honestly would come regardless— I like them better than my old place! Thanks!

She is good and young and experienced. She is good! Gosh, what a skilled dentist who wants to help her patients. I have seen a lot of dentists and they are motivated by what insurance you are using. This clinic and doctor is here for you, to fix your teeth. A gift to the community. We are so blessed to have this clinic with a caring staff! So grateful.

Not only does Dr. Maynor go out of her way to ensure that I am comfortable, but takes the time to answer every question I have during each visit. I’ve never experienced any wait time and my appointments generally are under 45 minutes. What makes the Community Dental Center different than any other dental office is their staff. When you walk through the front doors, Kalisha is the first person you meet with a smile. Carolyn is a sweetheart and I look forward to seeing her at my next visit. Joanne was very knowledgeable throughout my cleaning. Overall, amazing service, amazing office.

They are truly patient-centered and want to make sure your oral health is at its best. They also have great front desk staff. Kalisha has always greeted me with kindness and care. L A: This is by far the best dentist in the area based on several factors.- Dr R is more concerned with your oral health than the money you pay for service - she'll never recommend anything you don't need to fill her pocket book.-Dr R treats her staff very well and you can tell based on how they work together. She's a boots on the ground leader and doesn't bark orders like a tyrant. She has lots of respect for her team.-Dr R treats her patients like her family - I know a bunch of offices push that narrative but actions speak louder than words. This kind woman will remember your small talk and follow up about it. She will give you her honest professional take and not sugar coat it. She will go above and beyond standard care to make you more comfortable. All her work is time tested and done right the first time.-You are treated like a human not a number - they will keep you informed of what's going on and summarize the visit so you understand everything about your situation.-Dr K shares all these values and you can expect the same top shelf care no matter who you see.-The RDH is incredibly personable, professional, and gentle when it comes to cleanings. She knows what she's doing and also translates the same level of care that Dr R and Dr K provide.Overall, I would and have recommended this office to my entire extended family and friends. There is a good reason we all go here despite some large travel distsnces. I live in Oakland County but still travel 2x a year for the most optimal dental care around.

Sara Bowers: DO NOT GO HERE!!! First situation with them is I called the insurance company to make sure the crown was covered for my 17 year old, it was. We get to the dentist they file the tooth down slap this big ugly temp on her then tell us the insurance don’t cover the crown, lie!! They wanted to set up payments, I then call the insurance company it was in fact covered they didn’t submit the correct information.I had to do their job for them!! We Get the crown, they then say my daughter needs her wisdom teeth removed. Once again I do the same thing with insurance, once again it’s covered. We go to the appointment that is an hour away from my home. They then tell me that the procedure is covered but they need to do a ct scan… uhhh never heard of that!! And my insurance refused to pay that. Duhhh because it’s not needed!! They wanted once again to set up a payment plan. I believe they are running some type of insurance fraud. I will be reporting them today to the better business bureau my insurance company and to the state for insurance fraud.
ellie bowers: went to get my wisdom teeth done and before this i have went to them to get my fake tooth done and they did shady stuff then too, told me my insurance covered it and shaved my tooth down and put a temporary tooth on and then tried telling me too bad it doesn’t cover it, so i called my insurance and fought for me to get my tooth, so now i go to get my wisdom teeth done drove an hour away and we even talked to the lady and even have a letter saying everything will be covered by my insurance and we get up their and they said it will cover my extraction but not for ct? and that a cat scan has to be done for you to get ur wisdom teeth done. not true they have some type of Medicade scam going on and saying it doesn’t cover and we have to pay for the ct, witch i already have x-rays from them showing i need to get my wisdom teeth done. they just want ur money and doing shady stuff don’t trust them.

Brenda Brown: I rate this 1 star. My reason for this is because it takes them 5 or 6 months to prepare dentures and in the mean time their patient have to wear temporary dentures. Speaking with a few of the patient's I was informed they are unable to actually eat food of their choice. Instead their diet consist of soft foods. Well that is truly unhealthy because the patient's diet is limited. If dentures are made in your office the dentures should be completed less than 3 to 6 months. I am not a patient nor will I ever be. But a friend of mine is a patient. And the wait for consultation and the visit was over 5 hours for those two appointments. To top it off the person can not get their permanent dentures for 6 months. I do not understand the reasoning for this. When my friend finally get their dentures and the are comfortable with them then maybe again maybe I might be a little more generous with my rating for them.

jocelyn calvin: Let me just say i have been looking for a new dentist"home" for a while now. Im very particular about dentist offices being clean and welcoming. Normally, im waiting a long time to even be seen. I was in and out within hour for my first consultation. Dr. K was very informative and let me know exactly what i needed to do going forward. Now, i called back to follow up if my insurance would cover my procedures to be done same day or seperate visits. First off i dont belive the office was even open but Dr. Wang answered the phone as if he has calls forwarded to his personal phone (im assuming in case of emergencys)Awesome!!!. cause like who does that anymore?? Only a dentist that truly cares about his patients!! That was the first thing that blew my mind. Now, as i said office was closed and Mr. Wang let me know that someone would follow up with me tomorrow and he was so kind with his words i told him no problem i will wait until tomorrow. An hour later Mr. Wang called me back to let me know the answer to my questions as well as follow up on some other things so that my next appointmet would go smooth with no issues from insurance. Mr. Wang explained everthing to me in detail and in an understatnding way. I know i made the right choice going to this dentist office I am just blown away by the outstanding customer service!! im sorry but after covid it seems customer service is not a lot of places #1 thing anymore. And if your anything like me and terrified of dentist office visits then you know how these little things go a long way. I have alot of dental work i need done and am so happy to found this place!!!

My older son even got some fillings done in the office last week. With all the up-to-date equipment used in the office in the COVID-19 pandemic era, I feel safe and confident in the quality of dental care my family has received. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and straightforward. His entire team including the girls in the front office is very friendly, caring, and informative. Lisa Abernathy Close: I highly recommend Daily Dental! The staff are incredibly kind and thorough, and I feel like they genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Wang is excellent and always takes the time to talk things through with you. He is never rushes and it seems that he knows all of his patients, which is important to me. I am so used to dentists treating patients like it's the first time they have seen them despite them being a patient at the practice for years. I really appreciate that he takes the time to treat each of his patients based on their individual needs, taking care to do what is best for the patient. My husband is also a patient of Dr. Wang's, so I have seen this individualized care first hand, as we have very distinct dental needs and experiences. In addition, they are very flexible and understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments. If you are someone that is fearful of going to the dentist, schedule an appointment here. Dr. Wang and his staff will listen to you and help you feel as comfortable as possible while also providing excellent care.

William Close: I've been going to Dr. Wang for a little over three years now and I couldn't be happier! They've done a great job of listening to me and helped me fix issues with pain and sensitivity that I had been dealing with for years before moving to the area. I've also historically had some anxiety about the dentist but the staff at Daily Dental Center has done an excellent job of putting me at ease and I no longer feel anxious about going. If you're looking for a dentist, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Wang is an ABSOLUTE gem and is the most knowledgeable, kind, thorough and flexible dentist you will come across. He is very busy but always takes the time to explain what's going on and what to expect. You will never feel like a number here.If there is ever an occasional wait, know it's because someone is getting the best care...and next time it could be you that needs the extra time. Staff is always great at communicating schedules and fitting you in where it's most convenient or calling if something becomes available.I had some pretty extensive work done after onset of postpartum anxiety symptoms. Dr. Wang was extremely patient with me and I could not be happier with the results. I am extremely sad to be moving and having to find another provider. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

I even arrived unfortunately a little late my second appointment, and they were still able to accommodate me. Dr Wang was extremely nice, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He also made sure to explain everything so that I could understand. I definitely recommend this place !

Lina Cepeda: Extensive superb dental work by Dr. Sooong - Ryong Jung , bridge work , implants and front maxillary crowns , my smile has tremendously improved . Love his work , so gentle , professional , precise & thorough .
Cameron McBride: From the moment I walked in the secretary was rude. Even went as far as to question if I could pay for my services. I did by the way and with cash. They disregarded everything I said I wanted to accomplish. Ignored emails. I was yelled at by the secretary during a discussion about my results. Very unprofessional and rude lady. Canceled appointments without letting me know after I took they day off as If my work schedule didn't matter. The one star is for the dental assistant because she was very kind hearted. I am beyond disappointed with my service and treatment while being at this place. I was not treated with the dignity or respect I deserved.
Kathryn Kerrins: I'm a total wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. When I found out I had a tooth that was dying and had to come out I was terrified of having it pulled. But my experience with Dr. Jung and his staff was great. They were compassionate and attentive. And much to my surprise and relief having the extraction was pain free. I'd highly recommend his practice.

Betty Hu: I had my wisdom teeth taken out with Dr. Jung. Dr. Jung is super friendly and he has really good techniques. The whole process was smooth and quick. Only local anesthesia was used. Unlike other dentists who try to sell you unnecessary procedures, Dr. Jung focus on helping you solve your problems and care about you. I would definitely come back for future procedures.

Kyoung Jo: He saved my dying tooth!I had a tooth that was previously root canal treated by some incompetent dentist, and that tooth got seriously infected due to a chipped file stuck in the root. Dr. Jung thoroughly explained possible complications and options. He pulled out the chipped file and treated the infection for several weeks, watching whether infection can be treated so that the tooth can be saved. Once he was confident enough that the infection was fully treated, he retreated the tooth with the proper root canal treatment and saved my tooth! Im very satisfied and happy with my treatment and the crown he put on the tooth is flawless and feels like my own tooth!I would say that i can be very picky but Dr. Jung is the real DEAL!

Armando Ruvalcaba: Had 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled out, didn’t need any more ibuprofen after the first day felt about normal after the second. This is after another dentist told me they would not operate on me without IV sedation because of how close one tooth was to my nerve/jaw. I only needed local anesthesia here, if you want something done right go to someone who knows what they’re doing.

Nam Nguyen: My husband and I are very happy with the dental implant that dr. Jung did for both of us last year. This year I had dr. Jung removed the right upper partial crown and planted 2 individual implants. As a result of his highly experienced skills , again the job finished in a timely manner and I felt almost no pain at all. I only took 3 pills for reducing pain and a week on antibiotics pills. I highly recommend dr Jung. His office is clean, sincere, and care for your concerns. They listened to my concerns, gave me best advices, and got job done. They didn’t try to rob money. I’m so happy that I found the honest dentist since I have so many problems with my teeth.
Craig Perdue: There are two very good places in the area who did not catch the underlying cause of my problem, much less take corrective action. If you are unsure and you want a second opinion, I recommend Dr. Jung highly.

Dr Jung and his staff set you at ease even when executing even the most complicated procedures. The quality of the work performed is second to none. Pete Thomas: Dr Lee and his team are superior! The office is inviting and this is the best Dental environment I have ever been in. The staff are warm and welcoming and highly skilled. And of course Dr Lee has the highest of credentials and his knowledge shows up in his dental expertise and ability. I pay for my own dental insurance out of pocket just to go to be taken care of by Dr Lee and his team. Highly recommended!

It was the first time I ever left the dentist without sore gums. Wild Dandelion Acres LLC: I first came to this clinic two years ago and really liked it. They talk you through everything and the X-rays are in the same room so you don’t have to move around. The doctor is amazing! She goes over everything with you and explains things easily. Every time I call I’m greeted as if I’m family and they were able to get me an extremely quick. I don’t see myself switching dentists ever again!
