J Dan: Very frustrated right now.1.The Ted virtual customer service thing is basically useless. Can't answer any actual questions.2. Every time I call there is a 1 hour wait time to talk to anyone - who has time for that. Meanwhile, even though I have a small account, I am missing opportunities because I can't get what I think are simple quick questions answered.3. All the branches are closed and/or I assume not taking calls because if you call those phone numbers you just get routed back to the same 1 hour wait main customer service phone number.4. It was not always this way but I think TD has not taken the need to keep significant customer service capabilities in place even when offices are shut down. I would expect more.
