Ganger Dermatology (Ann Arbor): what do users think?
jasonvanryn: Was on hold for 1 hour and gave up.
Hailey S.: Called twice, no one responded to my voicemails. The third time I called I waited twenty minutes on hold just to get the earliest appointment which was in seven months time. An appointment that apparently only lasts fifteen minutes.
LM70 Canton MI: Dr. Do is amazing! She is professional, caring and thorough to the Max! Marisa is a sweetheart too :). I am humbled and thankful for everything this staff ( including Dr Hamp too) has done for me and my daughter. They are efficient accurate and don’t mess around in getting to the answers of things. Seriously thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Do for curing my girl. You are an angels! ~Lory and family
David R. Klubeck: In all of my life experiences, I’ve never been more impressed with the professionalism, communication and services of a medical practice. Not one of the best or among the best or any of those other accolades used to describe a superior to their peers; Ganger Dermatology (specifically Jill, Ethan and Dr. Johnson) is simply the finest medical team I’ve ever worked with. Jill’s splendid phone call coordinating our visit was brilliant. From the moment we walked in your door, Ethan and Dr. Johnson were respectful, articulate and their competent demeanor reassured us throughout the entire medical procedure. Dr. Johnson is a skilled healer and artisan, all wrapped up into one. The three members we worked with represent Ganger Dermatology extremely well.We will tell everyone we know about the incredible people and treatment at Ganger Dermatology!
Matthew Beissel: Warning: This place does not prioritize your medical needs above its rigid schedule with appointments every 3 months. Accutane levels drop every week you don't take pills, so when you finally get an appointment and get more pills prescribed you end taking acutance longer, taking more of it, and paying more money.
Ms Tiff: Dr.Ganger is amazing! I am very happy with my results. I truly appreciate her knowledge on how to care for darker skin tones. She and her staff were very friendly.
Dawn Wolfe: EDIT: They made it right the same day by fitting me in, and I'm very impressed with Dr. Ganger. So almost certainly, the earlier wait was a one-time lapse.WAS: I have just given up after waiting 45 minutes for an appointment. No one told me they were running late. This may have been a one time lapse on their end, but it has been a serious disappointment, and I'll be looking for a different practitioner.
Lawrence Kramer: Dr. Do is the best. She discovered from a rash that I had leukemia rather than mistaken diagnoses from other health providers. She also discovered a spot on my eye and sent me to have it checked…. She is really thorough as well as super-competent.
Erin Miller: I cannot say enough positive things about this office! Everyone from the receptionists to the medical support staff to the doctors themselves were so incredible.I called Ganger Dermatology earlier this week after visiting five other doctors over the course of a month, following a "mysterious" ankle rash and an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I'd been given by another doctor that had caused a second, blistered rash that left my skin inflamed and discolored. When I called Ganger Dermatology, I was pretty desperate to understand what was going on with my skin/body/health, and Dr. Ganger herself was kind enough to fit me in last-second.Dr. Ganger and her medical staff took time to listen to my details and spent time thoroughly explaining my condition, immune response, and what to expect as my skin healed over time after the allergic reaction. She was warm, kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding -- basically everything anyone could want in a doctor. After my visit, when I learned that one of my prescriptions wasn't covered by my insurance (and the pharmacy was charging way too much for my budget), the staff at Ganger was amazing in responding to my needs and helping me find the lotion I needed for almost 40% less through a medication discount program.I highly recommend Ganger Dermatology and Dr. Ganger for anyone in need of expert help with a skin condition. This was a wonderful experience and, while I seriously hope I never have any serious skin issues again, Ganger Dermatology will be the first place I call if I do!
ken: Horrible customer service, took almost 2 months to get in for an appointment, I was told to be there at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment, when I got there there was only one other person in the office waiting, as I waited many other patients came and were called in, I understand they may have been there for other doctors or procedures, this was my first visit so after waiting another 30 minutes I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot me, they said no, that i have been checked in, five minutes latter a lady came from the back and called my name, yeah, but no, she informed me that there are 2 patients ahead of me and that I might want to reschedule, are you kidding me!, I lost 2 hours of work, waited 2 months and now you want to reschedule me, sorry I will not be back, I hardly ever write reviews as I know stuff happens, but this was ridiculous
Susan Warmbier: Ganger Dermatology is absolutely the best! Dr. Ganger and Dr Iacco are great, Terri is amazing, and Leah is really the best! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, and I look forward to seeing them each time I have an appointment. All of the professionals are so knowledgeable, too. If you're looking for a very reputable dermatology office you can always trust and count on, I highly recommend Ganger Dermatology either in Ann Arbor, Plymouth, or Wixom!
Robert Stoler: Staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Do is delightful, thorough and kind!
Dave Nelson: I was early for my appointment and they were able take me in early. They are very professional and very pleasant.
Holger Elischberger: Doc Do always listens carefully to my concerns, is thorough, and provides helpful explanations of diagnosis and treatment. The COVID protocol is easy to navigate and makes me feel as comfortable about my appointments as I did before the pandemic. The staff is friendly and efficient as well - thanks to all of you for the excellent care you provide!
aurora james: Unable to get an appointment. No one answers call or returns voicemails.
Edward Goldman: Beautiful space, excellent staff and Dr. Do does a wonderful job
Penelope Paulus: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Do! She removed a mole for me today and it was painless! She was thorough and informative about the process and very personable in addressing all of my concerns. She is a truly kind professional!
Jennifer Hail: I somehow got some appointments scheduled as a new patient, but have not been able to reach anyone for the past three days in order to reschedule. I have left multiple messages and have not been contacted. Now I want to cancel all of my appointments and go somewhere else. Please remove me from your patient list. I do not want to deal with this unreliability as an actual patient.
Murotbek Qalandarov: I have tried to make an appointment for skin screening at this place. I have called many times, left voicemail and also filled out a new patient form that they have. Never heard from them. Very unprofessional.
tom peters: Saw Dr. Johnson to have skin cancer removed. He was by for the nicest Dr. I have met. His assistant was also awesome.
Kristen Haenchen: Dr. Do is wonderful and thorough.

Forefront Dermatology Ann Arbor, MI - Eisenhower Parkway: what do users think?
Dianna Brenner: Was very good dr. Completed all things I was there for. The only thing I do want to say. They sent my prescriptions to wrong place which was a litter irritating especially when we looked up the store to send too!! Lots of wasted time for me.
Mark Nye: Top notch - very detailed
Hal Carroll: Staff were very attentive and thorough.
Olga W: Will not going to come back. Office never followed up with preauthorization for the medications that doctors prescribed a year ago! So I never got the prescriptions. After the year they ask me how my treatment going. What treatment? I never got it. Just a joke.I know isn’t not the office fault but I did all work for them. I called my insurance, asked them that to do and let office know 3 times! No one followed up with me. To be a good doctor is not only to see the patient with smile it’s also to do paperwork and insurance’s games. Sorry, do not recommend this practice. Unless you want to pay out of pocket with good insurance. (This what office offered me)
Karen Senior: Loved the doctor she was great
Dale Radak: Great visit, great people.
Eric Pear: Clinical staff ( Emily and Cara) and administrative staff (forgot name) all knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and efficient. As far as medical visits go, as good as it gets.
Jennifer Rice: Cara rocks! Seriously! She has amazing bedside manner, is smart and has helped with multiple issues. Very thankful! Nurse Emily is an excellent support to both Cara and patients. Amy at the front desk is always vibrant and kind. Thank you, Forefront Dermatology!
Virginia Brown: Had a swift and pleasant appointment, front desk was personable and kind upon walking in. The assistant was also professional and easy to talk with. Doc was great, too. Good group and care!
Anthony Williams: Staff was very nice and informative
Ty Dawes: They took the time to answer each and every question I had.
Arash Sharifi: Great work, Great Staff
Jennifer Barnes: Forefront Dermatology is AMAZING!!! The waiting room and examination rooms are aesthetically pleasing, calming and very clean! The office staff are very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and kind! The medical staff are very knowledgeable, thoughtful about their treatment plans and patient!I have wanted to give myself a "refresh/touch-up" for awhile now but have been very nervous and hesitant about the process.... However, Forefront Dermatology's staff made the process so easy and relaxing for me that I am SO happy about my decision to have Forefront Dermatology as my skin care provider!!!
Steve Altenberndt: Forefront is an excellent dermatology clinic with a very professional and warm, friendly, staff. We've always had prompt, caring treatment and highly recommended them.
Lois Mould: Kara Wise and Assistants are calming, professional and clear regarding advise, counsel and care.
Robin Brophy: I can’t recommend this office enough. I’d been going through the UofM medical system for the last few years and they started to charge an additional fee for the use of the room, gloves, etc. ($333), which brought my total bill to $800 to have one small spot frozen off. So, I needed to look elsewhere. I am very glad I did.The front desk staff at Forefront were so kind and relational when I walked in. I saw Cara Wise PA for my exam and she was caring, slowed down, professional and took time to sit and talk with me to answer all my questions. I’d highly recommend her. The office is bright and modern and the treatment rooms are warm. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to detail for the comfort of their patients. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
linda pena: The ladies at the front desk were very nice. The office was easy to find and has ample parking.I felt comfortable with the doctor. I was able to ask questions and felt like I got the answers I needed.
Steve Sumkowski: Very friendly staff, and great overall experience. I would highly recommend Forefront Dermatology.
Gregory Irwin: Fast, professional and a beautiful new office!!! Terrific office!!!
Laurie Niecko: Very nice people. I would recommend them.
Fire Fly: Although my dx of melanoma was concerning and scary to me, I felt that Cara and her team were highly competent. All of my questions were answered. I loved that we had levity during the procedure, which decreased my stress by 90% !!

Brian Franklin: Dr. Viola and her staff are exceptional. Dr. Viola started Accutane and cleared my acne in a matter of months. While I initially had reservations about Accutane, she answered all my questions and ultimately made the process go incredibly smoothly and managed every side effect. Dr. Viola is extremely knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor, and accessible, even between appointments. When other unrelated skin concerns popped up from time to time, Dr. Viola addressed (and resolved!) them during the same visit. I am grateful to Dr. Viola and her staff. I trust her completely and recommend her to anyone in need of a fantastic dermatologist!

No one has ever offered me those before. She caught a suspicious mole on my face during an appointment which was not part of an all over skin exam. I was grateful for that. She has always been thorough, gives helpful feedback and has a wonderful personality. Great appointments with her.

Dr. Laura Ganger, MD: what do users think?
C T: Nurse practitioner Julie used liquid nitrogen to burn my age spot and it got bigger and darker. She also use an electric device to burn some smaller age spots and caused scaring in a couple spots. She was obviously not careful in treating me and over did the procedures. Wish I never gone here.

Beth Packard: Dr. Ganger is very professional and down to earth too. Thank you.
Kathy Lash: Excellent patient care expert with Botox and filler. A true artist and physician.
Johnny Nichols: My daughter and I waited an hour while watching others go in. As a father, it looks sexist. I addressed the issue and they still tended to other females first. After finally getting in, they, didnt seem to care even though I let it go. Now they sent her medication to the wrong place and it's been over a week with no reply. Stay away!!
Martin Richardson: Good Doctor
Deb Hillock: Great friendly service and delicious food.

David Fivenson, MD: what do users think?
Gavin Cameron: I have seen Loren Shkolnik NP 4 or 5 times now and she is fantastic, I would highly recommend. She is thorough, caring and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she listens and addresses concerns in an empathetic and reassuring manner.
Sari Grossman: Smartest doctor I have ever had. After three dermatologists close to my home failed to diagnose me correctly, I was referred to him. He is worth a travel to his office. The appointments are quick because he gets straight to the point, but he has correctly diagnosed and treated every condition I've had for over seven years while I've been a patient of his. I wish I had the same amount of trust in all my doctors as I do with him.
Joseph Barnes: I saw Loren the Nurse Practitioner this morning and she was amazing. I’m fair skinned and she did a complete skin check on me. She was professional, kind and caring. This was my first visit to this clinic and I will be returning for all of my future dermatological appointments. Thank you!
Randal Olofsbuubhh: Dr. Fivenson was my professor during dermatology residency. He is very bright and caring. It’s worth traveling long distances to get his opinion about the most complicated skin conditions.
Stanley Riley: Wonderful doctor and staff
Ray Astani: Dr. Fivenson. In my opinion, he is one of the best dermatologist in the country. He has treated me for a very difficult skin disorder/condition, and I cannot be more thankful with the result and outcome. He is pleasant and knowledgeable. His office staff are very attentive and professional. He also treated my wife and she was very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Fivenson.
Elizabeth Barber: I have seen Loren, the NP, several times now for a minor skin condition. I was so impressed with her kindness, thoroughness, attention to detail, and knowledge. She even called me after hours to give me test results. Her professionalism and bubbly personality make her a delight to work with.
Annalisa M: A great doctor! I was born with a skin condition nobody knew how to cure. He is the first and only doctor (of the several I have seen over many decades) who found out the underlying cause and managed to treat and fix my problem without just another corticosteroid salad. I highly recommend him! Amazing doctor and very knowledgeable!
Jennifer Patselas: Thank you Dr. Fivenson for your expertise and comprehensive care of my term issues. Special thanks to Loren.
Claudia Livernois: I've been a patiant of his and refered my daughter to him. He accused her of shopping. He's cruel and demeaning. I'm very 😡
John Rep: Dr Fivenson came highly recommended by our other specialists, but he treated my wife poorly as a new patient who came in wanting to find help and answers. Thanks doc! If I could rate this place lower I would. Shame on him
Diane St Louis: He is an excellent Dermatologist. He may run late but he's worth the wait. He takes the time to really listen to you & gives clear instructions
Richard Blake: Dr Fivenson was referred to me by another general Derm. doctor. He put me on a fast path to wellness and I am very grateful.
Nic P: Denies care to patients with demonstrated need and insurance. Unwilling to stay up to date in dermatology best practices, especially in autoimmune diseases and atopic dermatitis involving staph infections and other bacterial, viral and yeast coinfections. Will not treat complex patients with multiple conditions. I sent my info and it was persinally review by Dr. Fivenson who personally called me to say he would not treat me. This is discrimination plain and simple.
Kaiti Fracalossi: Dr. Fivenson and staff fit me into their schedule so I could be seen the same day I called. Everyone was very friendly and on time.
Connie Pinson: Excellent Doctor and also a great staff. Have been going there for years.I have never had to wait unless there was an emergency and then it was not forever wait. I recommend him all the time.
Thomas Tanner: No waiting at all. Second visit. First time over a year ago Dr Fivenson cured a years long chronic issue. No doubt he will do the same for me again.
Breanna Baker: My appointment and treatment was anything but great. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I was then sent to a room, where I proceeded to wait for Dr. Fivenson for another 30 minutes. From the time Dr. Fivenson walked in the room, he visited and treated my condition under 5 minutes. Took the littlest look at my scalp (I have scalp Psoriasis) and told me that I in fact don't have scalp Psoriasis and have now Suboric Dermatitis. After having Psoriasis for my whole life I suddenly have a whole new condition and need all new treatment plan. What? I spent over $100.00 on a treatment plan and appointement that didn't work and still doesn't work! My head is horribly itchy, still!! I have now goning to a different dermatologist and getting a new treatment plan for my scalp Psoriasis that I DO have. Highly disappointed in the treatment I got here.
Flena Rubalcaba: There are not enough stars to rate this doctor. He is knowledgeable, professional and very responsive. He goes the extra mile to care for me as his patient and I highly recommend him.
Niki: Great Doctor!!!!! Would definitely recommend him!!!!!!

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Dermatology - Domino's Farms: what do users think?
cody klann: I have been seeing Dr. Patel for about 5 years through IHA Dermatology . Received great care from her. I was not happy to receive the letter stating IHA was dissolving dermatology. I see multiple doctors through IHA. Not happy with the transition Dermatology Specialist does not accept any Medicaid health plans and IHA derm did so I’m sure you lost some patient due to this. I have regular blue cross blue shield but dermatology specialist should of looked into accepting the medicaid health plans prior to the merge or should consider looking into them. that IHA accept. I just recently seen Dr. Patel since the transition great doctor I have nothing against Dermatology Specialist just not happy with switch. I liked that I could go in MyChart and see all my notes from all my doctors. But now with the switch Dr. Patel notes will not be there. It’s good for coordination of care. I still plan to continue seeing Dr. Patel.
Karen Barbu: Sherren White is very good
Judith Richards: Excellent team of specialists at the Ann Arbor office. I am able to see a doctor who was previously my doctor under Trinity Health/IHA.
Megan Harmer: I have been here twice since this particular practice opened in the Fall 2022. I have had great experiences both times. I have not had to wait any time at all. Dr. Fatima is very nice and thorough and is happy to answer any questions you have. Would definitely recommend.
Kathy Orscheln: Dr. Nallamothu was competent, sensitive and caring as she examined me, explained my options and followed up. I felt completely taken care of in the most professional and caring was possible. I HIGHLY recommend her!
Richard Lobert: Kind, professional, competent care from an expert in dermatology. I highly recommend this practice.
Wayne Locke: Friendly, professional,and thorough
Family B: Waited over an hour after my scheduled appt time in the room. Nobody ever came. No wonder every real doctor left this place. Nobody apologized or cared when I had concerns. Find any other place so these guys will go under. You should be ashamed of yourself for calling this a medical office. I come from a medical background and would never treat people like this. If you like being treated like trash, welcome to the clinic.
Laura Garrity: Quick but thorough exam. Dr was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. Will be back annually!
Zach Mounsey: I love my doctor, Dr. Fontichiaro. I would recommend her without reservation. However, since this practice was bought out they have cancelled 2 of my existing appointments -- the day before the appt. I get that appts get cancelled for various reasons, but what I don't understand is why they failed to better manage the acquisition of existing patients.
Penny Blackburn: New patient trying to be seen. I’ve waited over a month to get a new patient appointment with this place and they call me a day and a half before my appointment and cancel my appointment and then tell me that they can’t see me until after the first of the year, so I’m professional would not recommend.
Collette Lies: The most unprofessional, least helpful, laziest office I’ve been too. Would not recommend wasting your time here
Jerome Blue: Outstanding doctors, excellent clinic.
Rachel R: Yet another corporate health care system drops the ball. Still waiting for medication I needed and was called I n a week ago. After waiting almost 3 weeks for a video appointment.Seems that they’re communicating with patients though MyChart and not directly calling them?Fail. Maybe they could have looked to see if I am even active and registered on MyChart? Because I’m not.The whole process is unorganized and confusing. And why did my doctor wear a mask for the entire visit on Zoom? I thought there was confidentiality? So who is within 6 feet of my doctor during my video visit?Ugh. Gonna start all over again with a new health system.
Jeremy Otter: I booked my appointment January 2nd 2020 for 11:00 AM February 28th 2020 online. It was the first available that I could get. I showed up 10 minutes early, signed-in, and knew there was an issue from the get-go as teh receptionist didn't seem to be able to find me in the system (I have an e-mail confirmation for time and date). The receptionist spoke to the doctor and they did offer to get me in sometime during the day but couldn't commit to any type of time and they'd try to fit me in but I'd have to wait for people that were booked and signed in. They also offered to book me on Monday from 8-9, which does not work with my schedule.I appreciate they tried to make accommodations for me. However, I have a job, six kids, and a booked schedule. I already moved meetings to make it to the appointment I scheduled. I can't wait around hoping to get in when it's convenient for them so that they can get paid.Bottom line, my time is just as important as their time. I just wasted an hour away from work after waiting 2 months to get in. I won't be back. Instead, I'll look for an office that values my time and honors their committments.
Scott Rzepka: Nice People.Good Visit.New Building.Professional staff members.Thanks!
Valerie Kenny: Dr. Cha is a fantastic dermatologist. Very knowledgeable and not biopsy happy. Previous melanoma patient x2. Only switched dermatology offices because I moved out of state. Highly recommend.
dewdog123: Dr. Vasievich and Julie were most helpful today at my visit in the Canton office. Very friendly, calming and understanding. They gave me plenty of time and offered to answer any questions I had. Glad my PCP referred me here. Thank You.
Olivia Mielke: I had a great experience with Dr. Fontichiaro! She was respectful, patient, and listened to my concerns. She also provided effective & immediate relief to my skin concerns. Dr. Fontichiaro is a really effective & helpful dermatologist.Make sure to leave 15mins before your appt- no matter what google maps says! There always seems to be traffic, etc, which may otherwise make you late to your appt.
Kaitlyn: Have seen Dr. Iacco in the past and was very pleased with the care I received from her! She made sure I understood everything and made sure to follow up promptly with biopsy results. Now that she is no longer practicing at this location I hope to find another great dermatologist here!
Jerri: Dr. Iacco is amazing! She responds promptly to any question I have. She's also very knowledgeable. She has helped me find a way to alleviate my symptoms. If you're looking for a dermatologist, make an appointment with her.

Dermatology at Taubman Center: what do users think?
Kaitlin Weston: My doctor thought a persistent and severe rash around my eyes was indicative of an autoimmune disorder and she convinced me to visit the U of M ER on a morning weekday in order to fast track some tests instead of waiting for a rheumatologist appointment to open up. I wouldn’t recommend this process, we were there for over 12 hours. During this time I the dermatologist “team” showed up in my room (in workout gear?) with zero explanation from the ER doctor. I was waiting on tests results. From what I can gather the ER doc had decided it was not autoimmune but dermatitis and called them in. I can forgive the ER for lack of communication, medical care post Covid has been kind of a wreck regardless of where you go. What I can’t forgive is the absolute uselessness that is the derm team. They hadn’t reviewed my chart at all when they came in, or even know I had blood tests done. When I mentioned it, a doc quickly glanced at it and deemed the results “fine”. They then proceeded to give me a list of fragrance free products and sent me on my way. I had a follow up appointment today, and yesterday night I had the premonition that it was going to be another huge waste of time, but remembered when asking the team in the ER if I should keep my appointment in two 1/2 months they assured me to keep it and that they could do further tests, like an allergy patch test and the like. Well, I should have followed my intuition, today was a huge waste. They don’t even do patch tests, that’s the allergy department? So basically I waited 2 months +, drove all the way to Ann Arbor, navigated the very confusing and massive campus to be told it’s probably a product I’m using. But they don’t know which one because they don’t do patch tests 👍. No biopsy, no blood tests done. I’m not a religious person but praying that my very severe, very painful rash doesn’t come back has been far more effective then anything the derm team has to offer. Unless for some reason you don’t know about Vaseline. They give a killer Vaseline recommendation.
Hussain Alshikh: It is so good
Walter Langkowski: Waited over 3 months for my wife to get in so she could see the best of the best, we get to her appointment and they pull the bait and switch on us and instead of Mallory they give us Allison Lee who hasn’t even been practicing for a year, I feel like we could trust a now care doctors opinion more then hers. Now we have to start the whole process over again and try to get a more qualified opinion. If it turns out to be cancer and we got shuffled in and out U of M is going to have their hands full with my attorney.
j rambo: Unfortunately there isn’t a -star.., so I was forced to choose a one star review. We arrived and let the receptionist know I had filled out the e-check in, and was instructed to sit in the main Taubman waiting area, because of the limited seating in their lobby. We waited about 30 minutes, then decided to go see if the seating situation had gotten better. There was a seat available next to a chair that had a sticker on it.., so my husband and I sat down. Shortly after sitting down, the receptionist spoke up and said, “excuse me, but you can’t sit there.” I said, reason being?” She said, “one of those chairs has a sticker!” I said, He is my husband.” She said, he is too close to the other person to his left (which was two chairs away) I looked to my right and the lady that had been sitting next to her husband quickly moved back to her original seat, with one chair between us, almost as if she was afraid of getting scolded too. (We could have touch elbows!) The receptionist said, “you can wait in the hall.” I looked at her and said, “and you can cancel my appointment, and your Not charging me for this appointment, because I will be contacting my insurance company.”I am absolutely tired of the way the U of M shames their patients. This is the third time over the last 10 months I have had to defend myself in one of their offices because of the fear that they have instilled in their staff. As people were coming and going, we NEVER saw one chair get wiped down. It’s a shame that playing this Covid narrative, is more important than keeping a patient.Side note; when we sat down, the husband to our right informed us how frustrated they were.. they had been waiting forever & how shock they were when they were asked to put masks on. I’m pretty sure they would have left too, but they had driven all the way from Lansing.
Mike Bice: EXTREMELY RUDE. Not a very good experience here
Michael Kim: Lacking in follow through and compassion. It is worrisome when your providers do not take the steps they say they will. It is clear the PA tries, but is overruled by the attending. The attending makes questionable medical decisions playing games with insurance companies and caving to the insurance company reccomendations to force prescription medications that are not medically indicated or FDA approved for treatments the attending wants to use them for. It is clear this is a profit motivated practice not evidence based practice.
Terry Tui: Waited 5 months for an appointment, only to be seen by a PA. She wasn't able to help me and instead made me schedule an appointment with another doctor in the office. This appointment was 1 month later and this doctor then told me I needed to see ANOTHER doctor in the office because she didn't know how to help me either!
Katie Hall: Most professional dermatology office in all of Michigan.
Jerry Kozak: I just had my first appointment with this office. It was routine (getting a concerning mole checked out), but I was really impressed with the whole process. My appointment was at 12:50pm on a Friday. The doctor saw me at 12:55pm - probably a personal record as far as my history seeing doctors is concerned. The resident doctor (Dr. Vieregge) was thorough and engaging. The attending doctor (Dr. T) was also very personable and spent a good ten minutes examining my moles. He took time on each one, talked me through it, and decided that while the one I came in for was fine, we should biopsy a different one. I agreed, and they had the procedure done in 10 minutes. I walked out a half hour after I walked in. Per my request, the results will be shared with me via my patient portal, which I think is fantastic. Nothing about this was mind-blowingly incredible, but it was such a nice change to have a visit to a doctor go on time, smoothly, and see two physicians who took the time to engage with me. I feel like most derm offices in particular are over-booked, and the staff spread too thin. I was really impressed, and look forward to using them for my skin care in the future.
