Tom Meyers: I ordered two donuts and the person waiting on me use the gloved hand to work the cash register and then pick out my donuts for me, and before cashing me out, coughed into his gloved hand. I paid for the donuts and toss them in the trashcan. On my way out. Some workers think the gloves are to protect them when they are there to protect the customer. I will not be returning to the store.

Jn Msks: As a person who likes Tim Hortons, I remember how excited I was when I learned they were building a location closer to my house a few years back. However, this location is definitely not open during their stated hours, and it doesn't seem like they open the actual store, so it's drive-thru only. I get that there's probably a staff shortage, but is it that difficult to post a sign saying drive-thru only or closed when they're not open during posted hours? I seriously tried stopping by today after work before 6pm. They were closed, I guess, but there was no sign saying this and the drive-thru signs looked normal. I don't know how profitable this location can be when they keep turning off would-be customers. I'm probably going to write this location off completely now, since today was just another instance in a string of disappointments for this location.

Collin Burton: Classic Tim Hortons. Used to live in up north and it was always a place I stopped by. It’s a must visit when I’m in the area. Even just a coffee satisfies. Ended up purchasing coffee grounds to take back home as well.

Ty Dawes: I ordered a large iced cappuccino and a Boston creme at around 2pm on Thursday. What I received however was a stale Boston creme and the iced cappuccino was made with milk/cream that was going bad. Never have I had such poor quality from a Tim Hortons. I did try to call to see about either a refund or replacement however no one would answer the phone.

Sometimes they are even out of panini bread and it's like i don't even know how you call yourself a restaurant. It's for cold brew only guys. Jim Riley: By far the slowest, most unfriendly, borderline rude Timmy’s I’ve ever been too! I wish there was an option closer to Wixom so I could avoid this place. They don’t even greet you when you pull up to the speaker, you have to sit there and wait forever until they greet you. I’ve even said hello because nobody addressed me when I pulled up only to get a rude response of wait a minute.

Cori Skinner: Ordered 2 meals for breakfast with orange juice and coffees. No response in the drive thru for several minutes. Asked if they heard our order was told they were waiting. Repeated order again. Was given half the order despite receipt showing our full order. The worker at the window wouldn’t even look at our receipt but was very rude and instead argued with us DESPITE US PAYING FOR WHAT WE ORDERED.
