Lauren F.: Maybe my bad experience was the exception, but it was bad. I wasnt able to talk to anyone beyond text. They asked me to come in for an appointment on a Saturday, earlier than I'd offered to, I accepted. They confirmed 2 hours ahead, but when I arrived early, and waited until well after the scheduled time, the door was locked, no one was around and my texts and calls were not immediately answered. The OPEN light was on but no one was there.I was later asked by text later how my experience was! Well they implied I had the wrong address or arrived at the wrong time. I work nearby and they had confirmed! It was ridiculous and a waste of my time. They never tried to apologize in any way

adriana garrett: i purchased a car here in january and by the end of february i had to put in over 1500$ of work into it. never came with a spare tire or the part to take the tires off. whippits in the backseat, all the previous owners stuff in the glove compartment. clearly was not cleaned or looked over. had no oil in it AT ALL. im very disappointed and was going to trade my other car in here but will NOT be back.

I did everything over the phone due to my busy schedule.I showed up looked over the paperwork sighned and drove off the lot in less then an hr . They even went and got plates for me no more hassling with paper plates and waiting for them to be mailed to me .

ron woods: Dan is the man. Daniel is AWESOME PERIOD. He's calm collected pleasant knowledgeable and honest. If you have credit issues he will work with you and for your best interest. Never before have I encountered a salesman who was as curtious. Cbeck him out if your looking for a nice used vehicle from a dealership you can trust.

Ray Ziegler: The sales staff was okay at best and the gentleman who helped us was probably in the wrong job even though he was a nice guy... Prices on a few of the vehicles were very high for the condition of the vehicle. I give it a 2 because a week or so after we were about to purchase a vehicle they ended up jacking the price up $1,000 dollars so that kind of rubbed me the wrong way....

Even though there were other customers waiting, he listened carefully to what I wanted/needed to be done, did active listening to make sure he understood and shared with me the reason for these issues. When I asked to delay a service for my next visit, he did not pressure me, but agreed with my idea to do it next time.

Ron & Pamela Sarkozi: The write up young lady was very helpful and accommodating. As for the service, the speaker was on back order for a very long time but works well now. I also had my tires rotated and balanced and now the truck has a shake. I have an appointment to return it for a re-balance. It is very difficult to keep returning for parts and now a newly created service issue.

I leased my first car from them in 2018 and it went smoothly. Unfortunately, I did not lease my car through the Saline LaFontaine in 2021 due to the major car shortage during that year (I would have if I could have.) I ended up getting my new lease with the LaFontaine in Detroit because they were the only ones who had the car I wanted available. However, I had MAJOR issues with the Detroit LaFontaine. So, I decided to purchase my car out of the lease I had with LaFontaine in Saline. This was my first lease buy out and Matt answered all of my 1000 questions. They worked with me and the process of buying my first car was pleasant. Thanks so much again. Go to Saline for service and sales! :)

I actually traveled there all the way from Hawaii to buy a hard-to-find model that they had advertised (used Tacoma TRD Pro). My salesman, Isaiah Christie, and Steve Thompson in finance were incredible. Isaiah was ultra responsive, organized, and easy going. The entire experience was smooth with no surprises. Poncho Brown: We have been purchasing our vehicles at LaFontaine for nearly 10 years and taking all our vehicles to them for all service needs, tires and oil changes. We brought one of our vehicles in for a brake issue and a slow leak in the tire. Since the purchase of our tires a month or so ago, one of the tires had a slow leak. We were told it was the valve stem and it was not covered. While I was frusterated as it seemed that since it only started at the time of their new tires they didn't want to discuss the possiblity of maybe it was caused by them while they were putting them on; I was told by Robert Wall not to bring our vehicle back when the brakes started making the noise again. Which further frusterated me. I received a call from Brad Lansdale accusing me of using vulgar language which was not true. I said it was ridiculous and only AFTER he told me not to bring my car back; then I did use foul languge.I will find a new dealership to buy and service my vehicles.
