Chris Mays: Highly recommend. I found my 2009 Kawasaki Concourse on CycleTrader. I have never bought a vehicle by not actually seeing it in person. Scotty Zee was very helpful, courteous and extremely patient. There was a lot of texting back and forth answered every question I had right away. He helped me through the whole process. Not once did I ever get attitude from Scotty. Always “yes Sir” and “you’re welcome”.When it came time for the bike to be be picked up the transport company said they would be there at 5, they close at 5, they were a half hour late! Scotty stayed and waited for them. That is going above and beyond! I’m sure, understandably, he wanted to be done with this deal and out of the shop.I’m happy with the bike and had a great experience.

The price I was offered was less than I planned on bargaining for. I was shocked.Carl was able to get me the bike I wanted super fast (the first sv650x in Michigan) by talking to Suzuki, and has continued to be extremely accommodating with getting me parts for this bike and my others. All prices are less than what I'm used to paying, and labor cost is extremely fair.I spoke with their technician once as well in his shop. He is very experienced, keeps a clean work environment and does fantastic work. The aftermarket accessories he installed for me look like they're factory fitted.All in all, it is apparent that this newer dealership is committed to making lifetime customers through great service and reasonable prices, rather than making a quick buck off someone once. I will continue to exclusively come here as long as I live in the area.

They open at 10 and there were 3 customers and then us just after 10. All said a s done it was a good experience.

Kc Stunt: Bought a bike from pinnacle the sales are to the point they awnser question work with you theres not much bad i can say about this place you need to get your own transport if shipping but they always awnser when there open and deffinantly dont trap you in any fees at least they didnt to me i give them 5 star there good at doing buisness my bike was used and as is but thats basically everywhere you go for used i bought a 2002 suzuki its carberated and starts extremely good its music to my ears thank again. scotty..................after actually getting my bike out and riding it this is a hell of a good bike for the price no problems it was used but in immaculate shape it runs better then i could of expected someone really took care of this bike i wish i could throw pinnacle another 5 star thank you ..stay safe

Great customer service and even got it shipped to me. Received it the next day! Great thanks to Amina for the great help and service. Their Service Dept. Staff was very friendly and helpful as well when I first called and tried finding a way to fix my PWC.

Rob Feigel: Gave me a fake offer for my boat to try to get me to come in. Offered me 30k, then days later they were back out of it claiming 23-25k after they called others they were told not to offer that much. Manager was rude and asked how I could expect a trade price without them seeing a like new boat with no hours? Then WHY OFFER A PRICE FOR IT. This place really has gone down hill the last few years.Update for owner.That is not what happened. I have a text message from your salesman offering me 30k for my boat saying he talked to the manager and we are good, would you like to see that?Then days later I asked him if they didn't want to do the deal and he replied that everything was still fine. Your staff should not be offering trades without verifying they are good with management.

The service department sent me back to the parts department to see if they had the tube i needed. Then the service department said I needed to check with the parts department to see if they would change just a tube. These people work in the same building and wanted me, the customer, to figure out their internal policies for them. I left annoyed with a flat tire.

Thomas: Purchased a Polaris ATV and given a 10,500 OTD price. They then reported I didnt pay sales tax to the state of Michigan and I was charged another $630 against my tax refund. Very deceptive.Follow up: I wasn't trying to be sales tax exempt. I know I am not. I paid sales tax to you based on my OTD price and you turned into state and I was charged use tax through state. I am working through the Attorney General and State of Michigan tax department to recoup.

1 1: 👎👎👎 called about a service three weeks prior and they said call back in a couple weeks when their technicians are back to work. So I do and the price has doubled for the same service.. had them even double check it was the correct service and sure enough they doubled it on me. Then they pulled the old well the job is 12hrs long. Which is funny because the book says less than 6 lmaooo and a good tech could do it in 3. So yeah I wouldn't waste my time with these guys. They just lost me as a customer and I will be purchasing from elsewhere. Also the price was over 6k more for the same ski at another location. If you unfortunately have to do business with them I'd get everything itemized and in writing!
