Josh Colina: This is my favorite place to eat in Ypsilanti! The staff is super nice and the food is incredible
Aamod Pethe: hidden little place serving amazing dumplings. Prices are reasonable, ambiance is ok. Scratch all that.Resetting my review to 1. This place is going down in both taste and service. Dumplings are iffy. Owner is rude. Asks for tips on take out orders. I don’t usually tip on take outs.Gets angry when tip not given. Well you can go someplace, I’m never coming back here. On my BANNED list
Emma Dodoo: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Mongolian Beef, Dumplings, Spicy Beef Noodles SoupMore

Yang Carter: Sizing is very generous, and dumplings tastes like home, they have many flavors of dumplings!
Candace Rose: Everything I ordered was delicious. The dumplings were wonderful! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and was delighted at the perfect blend of flavors, not too sweet and more on the savory side. The fried rice was incredibly interesting and packed with flavor. I will be back and am excited to try more of the menu.
R J: Couldn't be more authentic, multiple Asian culture food served here and if the 5 dishes I have had.......all AMAZING! Super fast service too ❣️Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Dumplings, Beef Ho Fun, Mongolian Beef Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot …More

Armmy Potty: Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Tonya: In general, very authentic Chinese food (if you order right). I ordered lamb cilantro dumplings and pork baos. The fillings are all very tasty. Dumpling filling is a bit oily. The skin of the dumpling and bao are not very smooth and the bao is on the chewy side. This could be they used normal US flour, not a bad thing. Dumpling skin is typical northern style. I believe this type is better boiled than pan fried. A bit pricey but acceptable
Malissa Rose: Delicious. So so yummy!
Michael Lum: The BEST dumplings in Michigan, maybe even the entire eastern US. Beef & Dill, Lamb & Cilantro, and Pork & Shitake are some of our favorites. The udon noodles are out of this world good too.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Brianna M: Ordered vegetable lo mein and there was a meat bone in my food
Brandon Finn: Fantastic food and service. We'll be back!Vegetarian options: Wide array of optionsKid-friendliness: High chair for babies
Cora Holmes: The restaurant itself is very beautiful. It has a clean appearance and very beautiful tables as well as ceiling decorations. The complimentary chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce add flavor and spice to the dumplings. We got the lamb and the beef dumplings, and the beef ones were outstanding!! We also got the Jasmine tea which is bottomless and tasty, as well as the crispiest spring roll ever. 10/10 recommend for dates or with a friend, I wouldn’t bring a whole family to consume the whole restaurant.

Asian Legend: what do users think?
Danny Chen: Automatically put 18% gratuity without any service at all. And the portion of food is disappointing.
Hsuan-Hsueh Huang: Pepper Salt Pork Chop is so gooood!
Gopal Shrestha: Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5More
Andres Martinez: Fantastic find, u can't go wrong here !!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Jasmine Tea, Scallion Pancakes, Mongolian Beef, Crispy Shrimp Roll 虾卷 …More
Tonya: Recommend minced pork rice and salt pepper chicken. They should be pretty authentic. The stinky tofu was not what I expected. It’s so hard and dry both inside and outside and it doesn’t have much stinky taste. I don’t know why it’s more expensive than the other two items.I like that they provided hot teaEnded up paying 40 dollars for these three dishes incl. tax and service fee.
Frau Bischof: Restaurante pequeno, comida muito boa, atendimento rápido e pessoal e simpático.Kid-friendliness: Eu estava com crianças e correu tudo bem
Clayton Blackwell: Fantastic food and great service
Tyler Campbell: Use caution: posted hours don’t reflect actual work ethic. We were told only take out available at 8:20 on a Friday evening.
Zhiyuan Sun: Honestly not happy with their 18% default tip given their bad service
Laura: Generally authentic Chinese food but with more black pepper flavour. Like the tea
rex: Excellent experience. Went in for Chinese New Year and it was relatively packed but I came in with a party of 2 and was seated immediately. There is an extensive paper menu with many specialty dishes. The only gripe I had was that there were no pictures so it was hard to tell what exactly some dishes were without a picture or description. The waitress, however, suggested the Chicken w/ Basil and the Spicy Fish Filet w/ Mustard Green & Tofu; they were excellent picks. The chicken was incredibly flavorful and the basil added a distinctive flavor to it that paired really well. The fish didn't really have a kick to it, but it tasted flavorful. (I wasn't looking for a very spicy dish in the first place). We both got a complimentary bowl of rice to pair with these entrees. Also ordered the Chinese Watercress w/Garlic but the kitchen was out of watercress though pea tips as a substitute were still good. One of the better Asian dining experiences in downtown Ann Arbor for sure. The dishes were a bit pricey but the two of us were full and there were some leftovers by the end of our meal. Will definitely visit again and try out their other entrees!
Aaron Salsitz: OMG 😱 - As a (Ann Arbor) townie, I wish I had known about this place a long time ago. Great Szechuan is a dream! Asian Legend is my new favorite 😍. Our friends Blake and Jinghan said Asian Legend was superior and we should go there. Everything we had was incredible. We will definitely return! The oyster and mustard green soup was really light and fishy… like an ocean breeze tastes. The oysters were tender and flavorful. Normally, this would NOT be in my wife’s radar, however, she loved it.The Szechuan fish was ordered spicy hot 🌶️ and it was perfect - hot enough to satisfy, but not so hot to kill the flavor of everything else! The fish was tasty and cabbage was not over or under done. I certainly noticed the sauce had broad beans… genuine Szechuan flavor and freaking delicious. The Wuxi ribs were so tender and very tasty and flavorful. There was no obnoxious fat on the ribs and the meat was absolutely tender but not at all mushy. All in all… I am super pleased to get quality Szechuan and Taiwanese food in Ann Arbor and not have to drive to Lansing ❤️.Onze avondeten was super lekker 🤤
Leka Shameti: Shrimps are so-so.The Taiwanese/beef noodle Soup I do not reccomend It was not good. The egg drop soup was as good as it has the fame for.All-in-all not really as much of a "legend".Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Maulshree Sinha: Food: 5/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Joy Q: No greeting or service at all. 20% tips was automatically added to the bill. Probably they've already known people aren't willing to pay 20% for such bad services thats why they charged customers first without asking. I was trying to use a different credit card to pay the bill and it was too much trouble for them to take another credit card even before they swiped the card. They lied to me that they've swiped card already, and I saw them swiping the card after they turned me down. Simply did not allow me to use a different credit card. That is ridiculous! Can't believe a dishonest restaurant without service can still survive in downtown. Will never return.
Ray Bas: Taiwanese cooking style. Food is savory and sweet not spicy like other chinese style.
Zhengyi Huang: sooo terrible!! Please avoid!
joseph nusbaum: Great little place. Friendly staff. The food was amazing. I actually ordered a second helping to take back to the hotel.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Lance Blake: $14 for a few pieces of beef? Please don’t insult spicy chili beef. Just don’t make any Szechuan cuisine.

Wow Bao - Burns Park: what do users think?
Drew Crabb: Probably the single worst meal I have ever been served. The rice was so over cooked it was functionally a paste. The "meat" and vegetables that were sprinkled on the rice soup were equally over cooked, while also being ice cold. The also included some form of crunchy rocks on top of the dish and they were so hard I couldn't actually crush/chew the few I attempted to eat. I also cannot believe how insanely overpriced this meal was, made even worse by the fact that I was essentially served cat food.
Joshua Gambrel: Ordered for lunch off door dash. They forgot my dumpling order to start. Second. The food was just under 4.7 ounces, mostly rice, and the meat looked fresh out of a cat food can. The taste and texture reminded me of week old food out of the freezer. Doordash gave me full refund plus extra credits. Stay away.
EpicRob: Absolutely the worst place around. Misleading marketing, excessive pricing, underwhelming portions, distasteful lack of taste and rude employees. Never. Go. Here.
Shutterbug: Small portions. The meat was diced too small and there were more mushy veggies than meat. The price is astronomical. I had it delivered by grub hub so I understand that the price was inflated but 2 plates and 4 bao was 45 bucks. I've had microwave meals with larger portions and better taste. The bao was ok but the filling all tasted the same.
Danielle N.: Best part of this meal were the potstickers, which were obviously frozen/not homemade, which should be enough to tell you how bad the rest of the meal was. $20 for Bao that were essentially breadrolls with flavorless fillings. Absolutely terrible.
Shanna Dempsey: Dog food would be a safer choice. This is my first bad review but it’s a total scam. I don’t know how they are still in business.
S T: Don’t even order on Uber eats or door dash. The rice not even cooked evenly. Half my order was wrong items. I’m not blaming the delivery service they were wonderful. All the blame go onto the execution of this order. Also everyone is right. Taste not that great. You better off getting bao at Whole Foods market. Their Bao is dry! I supposed to be made in a steamer. Why it’s dry? Idk.
Philip Livingston: I love these! So good and convenient! Glad to have them in the area! Must order more often!
Alisha Sablosky: Absolutely horrible!! Worse than a frozen dinner. $16 for what looked and tasted like a Michelina's microwave meal.
Gladys Abbott: If I could give it a zero I would I ordered on uber eats tonight only recieved the boa when I ordered a shared bundle (6 boa and 12 potstickers) and an additional 12 potstickers you could tell the bao had been microwaved and they felt so rubbery to the touch you would be better off making frozen grocery store bao than ordering from this restaurant
Anita Almendarez: Don't do it. I would have to agree with the other people, it seems like microwaved food. You're wayyyy better off going to Bao Boys (higher quality) or just a different place in general. Let's just say, when I got my food, I wish I had just ordered Chinese... Just don't waste your money here, trust me.
Kim possible: It's frozen prepackaged food. They microwave it before delivery. It Tastes terrible and def Overpriced.
Deepu Mitra: I’ve had microwave food better than this, in both taste and quantity

Lan City Noodle Bar (Ann Arbor): what do users think?
Jennifer Miller: Food was delicious, but the meat was not the best. I got the No. 1 beef soup on the menu, and the beef was tasty but it had an odd green tint to it and had alot of fat! I would definitely go back, but for safety sake, I will stick to the vegetarian options. Price was okay.
Richi: Good variety of asian food. And quick service. Malaysia goreng with shrimp, $16, is well balanced of not too spicy but a contains a good kick.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Danielle Clark-Ramsey: We drove 2 hours for these noodles and they nailed it! Worth the trip and we will be back 😍
Chulwon Lee: Best noodle shop in town. If you compare this with any noodle bar in China or Singapore or Taiwan or HongKong, you may be disappointed, but this place is at least authentic in many aspects. Brisket noodle soup and the Peking or DanDan noodle are recommended. What I order at this place is, a DanDan or Peking noodle with extra tripe on it. Put some chili oil and Chinese vinegar and mix it thoroughly, and Voila! You might want to add a side of rice for the leftover sauce too.
Leanne Shashlo: Truly the best asian food in the area, extremely authentic. LOVE the samosas, ramen, and dumplings. The pickup window makes take out easy and efficient.
Xiaopeng Wang: The hand pulled noodle is absolutely tasty. We ordered the signature beef noodle soup and the brisket noodle soup. Bothare good. And the portion of meet is satisfying. The place seems quite popular. But the line mived fast; We did not have to wait much. It is clean and the staff are friendly. It is interesting to see the chef pulling noodle, quite an art.
Daniel Winnick: Service was fine, food was so-so. Laksa looked great but very oily and pretty bland. (I’m not an expert on the dish, though, just my first impression.) Pork buns were disappointing—flavor reminiscent of Jimmy Dean. Also, please serve noodle soups HOT.
Some Guy: Took a party of 20 here from work. They were very accommodating. Food is good, quick and service is phenomenal.Music is nice and upbeat. A lot of traffic for this place and I can’t see why. Best restaurant in the neighborhood.Recommended dishes Dandan Noodles, Korean Fried Wings, Soup …More
Joggo: Quick, tasty, and filling. This is a great spot to bring your friends out for lunch.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Korean Fried Wings …More
Vazir Fatehi: Had a fun meal at Lan City, the soups are awesome. We tried the Lamb Noodle Soup and the Beef brisket and Tendon Noodle soup. The portions are healthy and adequate for one hungry person per bowl.Parking: A2 has free parking after 6pm and on Sundays, so the spots fill up fast although there plenty of parking within walking distance.
Jeff Withington: Chili oil noodles are my go to.
Doreen Bradley: Good food! Basic decore but a great place for lunch.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Elizabeth Rusanchin: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Noodle SoupMore
Chin-Hsuan Cheng: Food is good and price is reasonable.
Andi Budiwarman: It was great food, a nice atmosphere would come again for the Laksa seafood noodles.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Laksa w Seafood, House Special Lo Mein Noodles …More
Bak Lava: 5 stars for the food and 3 star for the serviceRecommended dishes Noodle Soup …More
Ingrid Fichtenberg: I liked the noodles and everything tasted good. However I ordered soup dumplings and what I got was absolutely not soup dumplings. They were bone dry.
Chawoong Koo: I LOVE LAN CITY ANN ARBOR!!!!!!!
Kathy Elsner: Food: 2/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5More
CocutFX: Not the most flavored broth. Noodles are definitely hand pulled. But the price is steep for what it is. These go for $5-9 in Brooklyn and NYC, and are way more flavorful.
xueqing wu: Bad music taste. The food is okay, the noodle is hand pulled, but its still not 筋道.However, I just hate the music being played here. The older lady (boss or manager) at the counter is always instructing those at the counter something, just let them do their thing!!
