Michael Hackbarth: Looking for breakers and electrical supplies for our store. Called Mike and gave him my list, this guy's top notch. He collected everything I needed together and ended up staying over thirty minutes after close on a Saturday to make sure I was taken care of. JC: Gosh these folks at McNaughton-McKay in Ann Arbor are all really wonderful people. So helpful and sincere in carrying out what they must feel is their part in making our community better. From the receptionist to and thru all the counter and phone help they provide fair, caring, honest, friendly and patient service. I'm not some big contractor or big dollar spender I'm just an owner of a single family home and a single family rental but I would never go anywhere else after all the help John Z. gave me in solving a very difficult situation. And there was zero dollars in it for them...he could just tell I was in a spot and he didn't rest until he'd hooked me up with the right answers. Thanks to all at McNaughton-McKay...especially John 👍🏻

Linda Nasset: Jim at Madison Electric in A2 was incredibly helpful in my search for a replacement for my vintage 1930s stacked triple switch that requires 2 switches that are 3 way & 1 single. None of the big box stores could order this somewhat unusual configuration for me. Jim guided me to amazon as a source.
