Michael Hackbarth: Looking for breakers and electrical supplies for our store. Called Mike and gave him my list, this guy's top notch. He collected everything I needed together and ended up staying over thirty minutes after close on a Saturday to make sure I was taken care of. Also found out they have a nice selection of Milwaukee and Klein tools too! Mike earned my business today.

From the receptionist to and thru all the counter and phone help they provide fair, caring, honest, friendly and patient service. I'm not some big contractor or big dollar spender I'm just an owner of a single family home and a single family rental but I would never go anywhere else after all the help John Z. gave me in solving a very difficult situation. And there was zero dollars in it for them...he could just tell I was in a spot and he didn't rest until he'd hooked me up with the right answers. Thanks to all at McNaughton-McKay...especially John 👍🏻

If your a electrical contractor you need to go to Wyandotte. They will take great care of you every time!

Jack Wheeler: I had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a single-pole dimmer switch by mistake. I needed a three-way switch. I returned to the shop for an exchange, admittedly without the receipt, which I could not locate. I did have my credit card history showing the purchase. I was told an exchange without receipt is against company policy. I maybe understand the policy for a refund. But for an exchange?

Tom Bellinson: Sometimes I buy local just to support the economy, but I usually buy from BG because their prices are competitive, their salespeople are knowledgeable, and their delivery/installation folks (like Andrew and Alec) are great!

The negative reviews about not helping people is because they only sell to mechanical contractors. It’s not just them it’s the whole Hvac wholesale business in general any wholesaler has the same laws.
Shawn Young: Poor customer service and business. Wholesaler only will not help the people in the city. Businesses like this show how far we've become disconnected as a society. Hope no one is ever in need of parts for repair.
