My second technician did a much better job, but did work slowly.My biggest problem is that I called with several hours notice to the business to let them know I had left work after throwing up. They immediately asked for My credit card. I refused, and asked if I should show up sick? The receptionist responded "Mask up and come in, or pay for the full session."I went home from work, slept, then set an alarm to get up and go for my session. I could hardly stand. It made me angry that they would make a clearly sick client come in, and that they would expose other clients and their staff.I came in, I again asked them, pleaded with them, that this policy is not in anyone's best interests. I asked if my comments could be passed on to an owner or operator and to have them talk to me, but I was never contacted.I canceled all future standing appointments at this business.While I understand why a cancellation policy exists, I also understand that acting in the spirit of the policy rather than the letter would be of good practice. Charging someone when they have the flu or Covid is an added insult to what already is a terrible feeling--or worse, forcing them to come in for a service that puts everyone at risk.Does this business really care about their clients and workers or are they really all about cashing in and converting groupon sales $$$?
