Dan Edwards: Find what you want on the Internet first, then have it ready to show to floor pep from your phone. Staff are college kids, sometimes friendly sometimes not. No more bags to carry stuff out. Prep first and in-out can go relatively painless.

Eddie Smith: Great electronics store with a wide selection of consumer electronic products. There is a decent level of staffing and most of the staff on the floor know their products and can provide helpful advice. The prices are definitely higher than online retailers, but the premium isn't too much higher and the service makes up for it in my opinion.

Joe Kat: Sold me a phone not properly vetted...phone was finance locked and I was contacted by my Carrier Verizon to let me know that there was a second account owner on the phone.... So now the phone is blacklisted ...Currently Ez Way Electronics inc is not willing to do anything to resolve this issue. If this changes going forward, I will update my review.

They got the first charge to go threw- then decided to cancel it and then charge $2800 and then $845 and the $1690… SO NO ONE THOUGHT THIS WAS ODD? I then call and talk to “ Linda” the so called store manager who says “ Just like any retail store we do not require ID when making a charge “… SO FOR ALL THOSE Thief's OUT THERE, JUST KNOW YOU CSN GO TO THIS STORE AND LINDA WILL LET YOU USE ANYONES CARD YOU CHOISE YOu BRING WITH YOU!This is sick!! At this point I am ready to turn all my Apple equipment in and never deal with them again due to the fact they clearly care more about selling rather than safety!!! A police report was made. Then 2 men are on camera at Costco stealing my wallet ( my purse was strapped in the cart with the child safety belt and one reached around me while the other quickly unzipped and took the wallet! ) SHAME ON YOU APPLE FOR NOT HAVING A BETTER SYSTEM IN place when someone is randomly making 3-4 CHARGES AFTER CANCELING A LARGE CHARGE!!

David Tedesco: I'll try to be as fair as I possibly can with this review. I do like Apple products and own several, so I lean on giving this store the benefit of the doubt.First, the store is the size of a walk-in closet, so if you go during peak times during the weekend, yeah, it's going to be slammed and your service isn't going to be that great.Second, Apple can be cagey in general about the state of why some products fail. This is a company-wide thing.Third, I've once had an experience with an overly aggressive sales person.Those complaints of mine above seem to be in line with what most people on here have problems with. So yeah, if you go on a weekend at 2 PM, you're going to see a slammed store, so it's kind of baffling to me to see all these one-star reviews about that when it's a pretty obvious occurrence with a store that size.On the positive side, most of the employees there have been fantastic. I've gotten questions answered fast. They do a good job with cleanliness and stock on the store floor so that you can try out and mess with the products for as long as you like. And most of the times when I've asked questions about products, the employees have been really happy to help out.One other huge positive is that none of the employees ever seem upset to work there. I've gone into other "big box" stores and the staff is like, "Yeah? What. Uh...dunno. Let me see about that or something." This store's employees are always ready and eager to help, even if the store is hopping.So most of the one-star reviews on this page baffle me because so many of them deal with difficulties of being in a store that size trying to get fast service. It's a good store and I've usually always had a good experience there.

Lin Stoddard: Don't get me wrong I loved the store and the staff is friendly but I doubt the person we spoke with about our phone issue. I don't think he knows what he's doing. Our phone is totally crashed what you can see in the screen is the cable that need to plug in the computer or something for iTunes. We actually do that, we try everything but still crashing we took it in best buy geek people and they actually fix it for us. But after 2 days it went back to what it was, we take in best buy again but they recommend to go to apple store they said they can actually help us for it. Went to apple store drive 45 mins since there is no apple store in our area. Waited for 30 minutes because they are so busy, until it's our turn the representative we spoke too he just do the same what we did plug in a computer and plugged it in unplugged it. Boom! And say can't fix it. Gosh! 🙄 what a waste of time! For me what I'm saying is the geek people in best buy did something they re opened it and it works but with them they can't do any. We have a high expectation when we went there looking forward they can do somethin but NOTHING! I'm very disappointed, is so frustrating.

Matt Muchmore: Went in with a Bricked Macbook following a software update (this isn't as uncommon as you would think). Employees were friendly and took a look at it. However, they never updated my Case ID with what they documented - even after having a follow-up call with a manager and a tech support.Now when I went back to Apple Support they have nothing to go on what they found.1/5 stars for the handling of my case.I was also told that after a software update it could make the hardware issues more relevant (really?).Now I need to spend another 2.5 hours of my time to get the computer in so they can document the issue and then go back to Apple Support to have them tell me that they cannot give an exception on it. No thanks

My daughter can now change the channel with her voice , raise the shades and notify us if she is in need. It has empowered her and I couldn't be more grateful.
